I had a large bathroom mirror (42 x 62) that needed to be trimmed down. I called on Monday, spoke to Megan, who was very helpful and told me that they could do it in a matter of days for a very reasonable charge. Tuesday morning i arrived with my mirror. Gene helped me get it out of the truck and took it around back. As I was checking out with Megan, Gene appeared saying he wanted to point out a mar on one edge and confirm which edge should be trimmed and by how much. He took me to the back, pointed out what he saw, decided on an edge, and he trimmed it immediately and in minutes we were putting it back in the truck. I couldnt be happier. A well known competitor that is closer to me said it would be six weeks before they could do this job. Im very happy that I went to Clifton Park Glass & Mirrors and met Gene and Megan.

Im restoring a house and had to replace several broken glass panes on 100+ year old windows. Brought the antique glass to the shop, they matched the thickness and had a replacement pane cut in about 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and offered to trim the window if I found the fit wasnt right or the window wasnt square. Overall positive experience.

They replaced a cracked window pane. They will Custom make a piece to fit and they installed it all within 3 weeks time

I called them to have two small custom made mirrors for each side of my fireplace . They came out measured and said I would hear back with an estimate. That was over a month ago. I called again . They stated that they are a small company and don t have a template for this arch mirror..sorry that it took so long .. Don t you make a template after the person comes to measure . Really ?? If I could I would give a 0 ..

So I have a broken window in my house and it is completely open and exposed to the outdoors. I called a few minutes after this place opened at 8, she said she had to look at the scheduling book and call me back to make an appointment which i thought was weird. I called back 2 other times and talked to 2 people and they kept saying that they were waiting for this dude named Sasha to return. mind you, FOUR hours have passed since i first called without a phone call back and no one telling me what was going on. All i wanted to do was schedule a simple appointment to have sasha come over and take 2 measurements for my broken window at some point. I didn t expect it that very day or anything.guess that is too much to ask. they should have more than one person going out to customers and at LEAST inform me of what is happening. fire sasha. RESPONSE TO OWNER... listen tough guy sasha! you are a business. you do not talk to customers like that. now everyone is gonna see what a inappropriate response. now, It is not my fault you cant do your job. I have been in the construction industry for 15 years. why dont YOU take a board and staple it to your mouth so you cant talk. ya friggin idiot.

An enthusiastic salesforce ready to talk about your renovations. On the matter of mirrors, which are in the title of the business, it was impossible to get straight pricing information, and very nearly impossible to get pricing information on mirrors that were on the floor!

Our landscaper sent a small rock with his weed whacker thru our patio glass door and completely shattered it. Jason from Clifton Park Glass and Mirrors came out same morning i called, measured the opening, and helped me secure my home. Came back with perfect fitting glass replacement and within an hour he had new glass installed. this was a 25 year old patio door that i thought for sure i would have had to have entire unit replaced, but Jason was able to fix the broken glass and saved us a fortune. i would call them again for any glass needs. Very personable to work with, thank you Jason.

I put in a new bathroom and spent too much on a pretty door that left 17 inches to get in. Clifton Park Glass identified the issues with the backward installation. They removed, made and installed perfectly a new door. The people who came out to quote the job and those who installed were knowledgeable, professional and sure to advise us of how to proceed. I will never go anywhere else. Some companies wanted to quote the job sight unseen.

Clifton Park Glass and Mirrors is a really outstanding and truly professional company. They are a small business but the quality of their work is superior. They helped me with 3 key projects for our home update (a) new vanity mirrors cut to the correct dimensions (b) re-doing the meshes of window screens, since those meshes had lots of holes and tears in them (c) replacing the glass in multiple window sashes that had gone bad due to gas inside them having escaped. They got all of these done in very reasonable and promised times, even gave discounts due to the amount of business that I did with them and always helped out with carrying the heavy material and putting them inside the minivan. I highly recommend this company.

I ve only had 2 experiences with this place, and they ve exceeded my expectations both times. The staff are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Both orders I ve placed were significantly lower in price and higher in quality than I expected, so the value is exceptional. More importantly it is extremely well done. I ve ordered glass from places where measurements are like suggestions, but not here. I look forward to more windows breaking, just to give them more business.

I am a local contractor who ordered some plate glass shelves from someone else. The day before the installation I still had not received my shelves. I called CP Glass & Mirror @ 10:30am and my shelves were ready for pick up @ 3pm and no extra charge. Thank you for understanding my situation and an expedited delivery. I now have a new glass company!

CP Glass is a customer focused business. I stopped in at 11:00am to order one piece of 19.5 x 12 glass to replace a broken window on my garage door. They said they could have it done for me in a couple of hours. I went back around 4pm to collect my glass and go home to install. It turned out that I had mis-measured the glass. The posts and screws that are used to secure the glass to the frame are actually slightly inside the frame and therefore require a smaller piece than I measured. At 4:29pm I returned hoping to drop it off for a pickup the next day. Instead they took 5/16 off the length and width of the glass right then and there (they were just about to close)! The price for the custom cut glass was unbelievably reasonable and they would not accept any money for cutting it again even though it was my mistake. These are really good people and I sincerely appreciate that their quick to respond attitude set me up to fix my garage window the same day. I did not realize they were there and that they do so much more than glass. I will certainly keep them in mind for future projects around the house.

Great service! Repaired storm door full view glass insert in a couple of hours. Not an easy job. I strongly recommend this business.

I m still standing here with my mouth wide open... this gentleman called me back after I left him a message this morning about a bay window I have that has a crack in it and obviously I wanted it to be fixed. He sounded like he could fix it and it wouldn t be an issue. He comes to my home( which is an older house) looks at the window and tells me that this was not what he was thinking and he can t fix it. He told me it would cost an arm and leg and he doesn t have the time to do it and then left. I was a customer that chose this business to fix my window. And he refused to help me and claimed it couldn t be done. I can t even explain how hopeless this man made me feel. I will never recommend this to business or think of using them myself again. Very poor customer service!

Really bad and poor run business. Order a Moen shower kit and try to install but didnt fit my existing old Moen valve. Emailed the seller to request return but was deny stating that the item has been used and thus they cant do anything with it. How can it used when it has not been installed? Then they try to tell me to spend thousands of dollars to rip down my wall and replace the valve just to make it fit. After a few emails they decided to accept the return but with a whopping 50% restocking fee not anywhere in their return policy!!! Please if you order anything from this company, ensure that it will fit/work with your project 100% or else they wont accept any sort of returns/refund even if the item is unused.

Stay away from this company! They will lie to you to get your business and wont do a good job. Had to call another company to fix my windows issue.

We get all our glass work done here. Gene is one of the best in the business. Always a nice easy experience no matter what the project is.
