They wanted 500 bucks just to come out and give us a quote.

When they say quick response , they mean it ! Came within 2 hours of us calling for help. Baseboard heater pipe broke and flooded an area on the first floor and a room in the basement. They got the standing water removed and placed fans and other equipment to get things dry. Removed damaged hard wood floors and always left the work area cleaner than it was when they arrived. Everyone was friendly and answered any questions we had. Don t think twice about hiring them. Thank you !

When our finished basement recently experienced a flood, I called Quick Response. Within a few hours Thiago and Carmen were at our house and quickly to work. Over the next week, Thiago was at our house daily with Carmen, among others on the team. The work they did was thorough and there was enormous attention to detail, going above a beyond to preserve what they could. Gabe was also extremely helpful in navigating the insurance questions. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Every member of their team was as professional as they come.

Gabe and his team were fantastic. They showed up the day of our incident and helped to minimize any further damage. They stuck with the job until it was complete and were great with communication.

Love your company and services. I do have one knock on your recent car show. As a vendor of many shows I pay close attention to where vendors are placed. To pass by the vendor you had to walk in the opposite direction. By putting the vendors in-between the show and parking, a visitor would natural pass by the vendors. This is important if you want to attract vendors in the future.

The Quick Response team did a great job in restoring our basement that had substantial water damage from hurricane Debby. Charles Pelton and his assistant Daniel, worked tirelessly and systematically in getting things cleaned up. Brendan assessed the damages fairly and quickly. I highly recommend the professionals at Quick Response. And, they have a great seasonal display of lights during the holiday season!

We had a garage fire and QR was there 30 minutes after we called. In a time of unknowns, they were there to guide us and help us through the process. Every team member that came to our house was compassionate, respectful, and professional. They did such a good job with restoration, that we decided to use them for the rebuild. This was the best decision we could have made. The A+ Team continued on the rebuild side. The rebuild looks fantastic! They did high quality work and completed it quickly. We cant thank QR enough. Victor Carvalho was great to work with! When our basement had sewage backup and needed to be cleaned he did an amazing job! They had to come back over several days and every time they called and gave us a notice since we have a large dog. I would recommend them to anyone that needs services they provide!

Another great car show for the 2023 season.

They came out very fast and spent days getting rid of damaged items and ensuring there was no mold. They also had to do demolition of damaged walls and floors. They communicate well and work well to meet your needs. We highly recommend them.

Quick Response showed up within two hours of first contact, at 3:30 am !!!, to help deal with a recent water leak and related damage, in my office building. Gabriel and team helped coordinate a dehumidification, restoration process, including coordination with my insurance company, tenants, and other parties, that has been efficient, courteous and professional! I cannot say enough about the fantastic service my parents received from Quick Response. My elderly parents had a flood in their condo two weeks ago. The minute I called someone from QR came over immediately and set up water mitigation services. Water mitigation is now complete and we are in the restoration phase. I have no doubt the restoration process will go as smoothly. Every person who came to do work at the condo was pleasant, respectful and courteous to my parents. They called before they came and were always right on time. I am so appreciative of the speedy, kind service. If you ever have an emergency, Quick Response should be your first call!!

We are so pleased with Quick Response. After a lightening strike resulted in parts of a huge pine tree falling on our house & causing major damage we called Quick Response. The coordination of experts in all areas - construction, roof damage & leak, tree removal, water damage to ceiling & wall , cleanup of debris etc. has been efficient and professional. All workers have been punctual, calling before arrival, courteous, neat , understanding of our problem, explaining the process and friendly . A special thank you to Gabe for all the above. Quick Response was called to our school on a Friday night due to flooding caused by heavy rains and overwhelmed sewer drains. Quick Response showed up and got to work immediately. They were there throughout the weekend and for several days after that incident. Due to their efforts we opened up on time that Monday morning and without a glitch! Quick Response came in after hours, worked through the nights, and left before staff and students arrived. They were incredible!!!!

I recently had a water issue at my home. Water overflowed from my bathtub & traveled through my house into every room except my kitchen. Initially, I thought I could correct the problem myself. Boy, was I wrong. I desperately needed help. The day I called Quick Response, a team came immediately . Water was sucked out of my carpet & fans were placed around to dry out the wet carpet, floors & walls. Carpet in two rooms had to be removed & water soaked items were removed from my house. I was very impressed with the Water Technician, Mr Marc Cristaldi who handled my case. He explained the process to me, was very knowledgeable & reassuring. He did the demolition in my bathroom, removing a cast iron tub! After living with a huge dehumidifier & 9 fans for many days, my house has dried out and is ready to be put back together. Victor, Roger, Vic, Gabe and the rest of the crew were amazing! They arrived quickly and worked for 6 hours into the night stopping the spread of water and continued damage. BEWARE of this company! Theyre a bunch of scam artists, liars and thieves, and take advantage of the elderly. My mom was billed $34k for a roof that never leaked before (but does now!) including $640 for services NEVER rendered. They even billed her to repair damage THEY did to her driveway. This company is a joke. Elder abuse and insurance fraud is no joke. I cant wait to see you in court. Please tell me how pleased my mother is with having a roof that leaks. Are you joking? There are absolutely NO inaccuracies or embellishments here, just your lack of responsibility to your customer. These picture show the leak and damage that occurred the very first time it rained after my moms roof was replaced by Anthony Peluso. Quick Response repaired the interior damage , did a band aid fix (caulk) instead of installing a cricket on the backside of her chimney which could have been done easily when the roof was replaced had she known how bad the rot was). Bob Serafini from Quick Response promised if it ever leaked again, it would be fixed properly. Of course, it leaked again and now Bob just hangs up on me.

I enjoyed the light display so much that I drove through twice, for enjoyent and to get pictures to post on fb to encourage others to go see your display. Thank you so much for this free activity for the community!

I have to thank Fabian and his whole crew. They are a wonderful company and amazing to work with. They helped my sister and I out at my parents home which was left to us. i cant thank them enough extremely professional and super nice everyone. you can certainly tell they care for people that are stressed.

We went for the first time ever this year to your holiday lights. I have never used your company but if time comes I definitely will!! Your light display made even my teenagers night!! You guys are awesome and this will be our new family tradition. ( Pics up when can) but DEFINITELY GO!!! Its free an well worth the drive!!!! GO GO!!!

From Gabe Sirianni who managed the project to Victor and Daniel who were the first on the scene and to the office manager who took my call - we were in great hands every step of the way. They came every day to help dry out the situation using different methods and adjusting for the best approach. They truly made the experience the best it could be! They are easy and lovely to work with and someone I would immediately call in a crisis situation! I am so grateful for this team!

The team at Quick Response was on the scene immediately after the fire, assessed the damage, and formulated an action plan to clean up after the extensive damage caused by fire, smoke, and water. The Quick Response team was efficient and professional throughout the entire project, from mitigating the initial damage, to completely reconstructing and renovating the building. In a matter of several months the damaged structure was replaced with a modern, and state-of-the-art tennis, pickleball, and fitness facility! Quick Response made it possible for SPORTIME Schenectady to resume business operations faster than many other contractors would have been able to.

Quick response truly lives up to their name. Not only were the quick to respond but the attention to detail amazed me. Our home was damaged by smoke, by the time they left I had a beautiful home. All associates were polite and informed us every step of the way.

Quick and professional, did a great job

The dry out of my basement was fine. They came when they said they would and they set up their equipment and took it away without an issue. Then, I got the invoice which did not accurately reflect the work that was done at my house. I was charged for services that were not provided. I was livid and contacted the company. As a courtesy, they removed many of the services that I complained about from my invoice. I felt cheated and scammed and I would not use them again. If you are going to use this company, I recommend watching them closely and taking notes/ pictures on what services they are providing so that you aren t charged for more than they did.

Company is community minded work is very professional and done promptly

They claimed they restored 3 extra rooms that didnt even exist at our house. So they falsified the claim and added more work then they actually did, this added up to 20,000 dollars extra on top of what they actually did. They have been scam artists since the beginning and Ive talked to numerous other customers and they had the same experience and went to court because of it. They make themselves look good with Christmas time and their little festivities at their shop. But they are nothing but liars and thieves. I would suggest you look elsewhere.

From this experience not sure how this company is still in business. Contacted Quick Response for clean up and repair caused by a small fire. Company came and placed fans and air filter system. Probably spent 2 hours cleaning /sealing the burnt wood. A worker came unannounced the next day to retrieve the fans. When I asked about the repair portion no one seemed to know what was going on. Finally got around to talking to the CEO, who initially came to the assessment, and he acted as if it was never brought up and told me it would be over a month to have someone come here. They never intended on fixing anything and my house stills smells like smoke. Scam artists.

We went to the light show that quick response has every year. They do a toy collection for toys for tots. They put on one of the best displays at no cost. We always donate to the toys for tots. We had a slow leak from a plumbing fixture that built up and took down parts of a ceiling and damaged parts of the walls in a very large room. There was also damage to the carpet, an electric fixture, and some furniture. I called Quick Response in late afternoon. They offered to come immediately, but I said the next morning would be good enough. They came then and cleaned up the mess very thoroughly. They removed lingering moisture and ran air purifiers for days. They replaced the drywall, the electrical fixture, and the carpet throughout the room. They painted the whole room. They also built an acces panel for the place where the leak originated. All of their people were very polite, friendly, and proficient in their work. Our plumber fixed the leak, we notified our insurance company and had a visit with an adjuster whom they sent out. After that, it was all Quick Response. They took care of the dealings with the insurance company. They took all of the burden off of us and produced great results. We could not ask for more. At first, all of this damage was a bewildering shock. Quick Response knew what to do and made things right. If we had to do it all over again, we would do the same. Thank you, Quick Response.

This is a great company to call after an emergency !!! After setting my cousins kitchen on fire (no more empanadas for us) they came- cleaned, repainted Everything was done well and in a timely manner. The owner is super responsive and user friendly. All of the employees were kind and respectful. I can t recommend this company enough

Our case started May 28th and is still on going. They keep giving excuse after excuse as why they cannot continue work. Even more excuses when they do show up as to why their unprepared. They have been very unprofessional and have no saving qualities of service.

The kids loved the place it wasnt busy so we had lots of fun!! Dont forget to pick up a toy to donate!!

We didnt necessarily use the restoration. We went to their FREE drive through lights. In covid money is weird and tight and emotions are low this is exactly what our family needed and Im sure many others as well ! Thank you guys ! Excellent company to call if you have an emergency. Spoke with Steve and they arrived quickly and with everything they needed. Mike and Austin cleared all items and quickly set up to remove water and to start to dry the basement. They consistently came to check on the progress and to do moisture checks and removed the drying equipment only when all was completed and acceptable at inspection. All who came during the course of this time were professional, completely thorough and very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend Quick Response Restoration. We go there to see there Christmas displays and when they have Santa Claus. The people are very friendly the Christmas display is absolutely beautiful.

When a fire broke out in my mothers home this past jan at 2am on a Saturday, after calling insurance we called Quick Response. They showed up that same Saturday an hour after we called! They have been amazing...handling every single detail and have been efficient a ndthe upmost professionals! I dont wish this type of thing on anyone but if you need restoration Quick Response is who to call!

** PLEASE DONT USE **This place was a joke and a bunch of scam artists. Quick Response acted as if they knew what they were doing, they made my problem worse than it was before, it was a true nightmare. They started to rip floors up and drywall out which was 100% unnecessary, according to my insurance company. Soon after that, I asked them to leave the jobsite and contacted another restoration business to complete my small project.

We had a minor flood and they were so helpful. They set us up with the equipment that we needed to minimize the damage. Acting quickly (with their assistance) prevented mold issues that could have cost us thousands to fix. Since this was a minor issue, I am sure that if something more severe ever occurs, they will be the first company we will call. I cant express how grateful we are that they were there when we needed them.
