My Tesla bricked itself underneath and behind my house. I called Nicks Towing yesterday to get my vehicle towed and I was impressed with how quickly they were able to respond ! I had waited a very long time AAA to response and could not wait further!

The towing service wasn t able to come out and help me due to me being on a restricted parkway, but the gentleman who called and spoke to me was extremely and helpful and was able to get me the number of the people that could help me. Very well spoken and helpful guys, and if the situation came for it, I know they re the guts to get the job done.

Friendly, fast, professional. 160$ to jump start my car is a little excessive though.

Their driver was friendly but very expensive towing service. Charged me $250 to get towed 8 minutes away to my house.

Watching these guys maneuver my SUV out of the basement of an East Village parking garage without a scratch was like watching magicians play Jenga.

Merv helped take my car to the nearest tire shop, and was very quick and efficient in mounting my car and dismounting it off the flatbed. He was nice and we had a nice conversation on the way there. Overall very kind, very helpful, and worked efficiently. Would love to have him at my service again should I need it again.

I have had AAA Plus for over 20 years. Pay a membership as security for towing etc or battery jump etc. Called them and 2.5 hours later no one showed up. Yes, it was a Sunday after Thanksgiving...but what are we paying for? Emergency service! Anyway, called Nicks Towing. The woman on the phone answered right away; she was very nice and helpful. We had someone to us in under 15 mins! Jumped and towed the car. Excellent service!!! And the guy that showed up was so nice too. Thank you so much. Recommend this service.

I had an issue with my vehicle the other night and called a few places, didn t get anyone to answer, but when I got to Nick s towing they answered, were very polite and professional. They sent the truck out and it showed up in about 20 minutes to a half hour great service. The driver even helped me push my car into the driveway I highly recommend this towing company

I have a major concern the other night after the kids on broad St in carlstadt were done trick or treating a few kids older kids were out your Flatbed truck came flying down broad St went through the stop sign didnt stop at all then the next stop sign he did stop and was yelling stuff to the kids I believe that driver needs to be fired I will be bringing this up to the police October/November 2024 it was 11:30/12:00

We were in quite an uncomfortable position with a car that wasn t going anywhere. My 86 year old mom was in the car with us. We were told by a third party that it could be 2 1/2 hours in the heat. We asked if there was any way that time frame could be reduced. We also needed to know if we could be transported with our car. The driver arrived in less than an hour and assisted my mom and myself in and out of his cab. He was polite and respectful and went above and beyond his actual duties as the driver. He is an exemplary driver and human being. Thank you Nick s towing as you saved us a lot of anxiety!

He explained in detail how he was loading the car on platform and what he would do upon arrival at the dealers service center. I liked that I was continually notified on the ETA. Driver was super nice and I didn t have to stay. He left a note at shop when dropped off my vehicle. Easy transition!

They were terrific. Took less than 30 minutes to get to me and there was no problem getting my car on the flat bed and getting on our way. The driver was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and courteous. Hard to call your car breaking down a good experience but they came close.

Mark was really careful with my 911 GT3 and arrived way quicker than I expected. The car is very low and it was a stressful night, but he made it about as smooth as possible considering the circumstances. He took his time, explained what how we were going to do it and guided the way smoothly.

It Did take a little while for the driver to get to me, but that s because they came from NJ to get to me in Orange County, NY. They had me on my way within minutes of arriving.

She called me crying last night at 11:30 to inform me that she had blown out both driver-side tires when she bumped the concrete median out on Rt 24 near 287. They fail to be customer friendly, prices are unbelievable, imagine getting into a weather accident with not much financial stability at the moment and have an expensive bill .Also not only did they pick up one plate from the scene which I payed an agreed amount of money to get it back and only was given one back , they fail to inform me that they weren t able to recover the second plate , now I have to take an extra step because of this, from all I know someone could of pick it up but communication and information towards customer is there NOT there at all ,also it would of been great to be notified if the customer is able to afford service prices before any job being done to avoid any kind of unnecessary misunderstanding $1700 is sounds crazy for a few hours ?! , I had dealt with towing companies in the past and never I had an issue with any of them and pricing was very good . This all could of been easier in both ends if they didn t failed to provide proper customer service .
