Work was fine and communication was good throughout but honestly writing this review from parking lot because just picked up car and it s covered in snow and ice so waiting for it to defrost seems like good customer service would not be for me to pick up car and have it not ready to pull out. No other car has snow on it not sure what was wrong with mine to clear up

I appreciate that Caliber Collision works efficiently, but my main concern lies with the Toyota dealership they order parts from. The parts were consistently incorrect, nearly doubling the original repair timeline. This ongoing issue caused significant delays, disrupted my ability to schedule maintenance appointments for my car, and almost left me without reliable transportation to get to university or attend my classes. Additionally, there was one instance where I was told, the vendors didn t show up with the parts, only to later find out that parts apparently arrive daily unless they re unavailable. This miscommunication was frustrating because it made it seem like Caliber Collision didn t care or wasn t taking ownership of the problem. Even though the issue may have been out of their hands, I felt there was sometimes a lack of clarity or effort to fully explain what was happening and why the parts weren t arriving or were consistently wrong. That said, I do appreciate the effort the team placed into trying to be honest about the problems and communicating them as best they could. While the repair work itself was good, I believe there s room for improvement in resolving supplier issues and providing more proactive communication.

If I could give this location less then one star I would. They have had our car for two months now, going on a full month EXTRA of back and forth, 3 separate times when we where supposed to pick up, but the car has new damage, is dirty, not assembled correctly, you name it! This is the second time we have used this location so its not a fluke thing, these people dont care about the quality of work or inconveniencing the customer. When I heard they had new management I was hopeful but nothing seems to have changed. Do NOT use this location!

I have only used three body shops in my life and Caliber was the best.

Do not use this repair facility. Vehicle not done on time. Vehicle quality of repair was terrible. Was told vehicle would be done and given an estimated date of completion, and was never called or told that it would not be done. Called to verify and was told they would call me back. Never did. Had to keep reaching out to find out vehicle would be later and later. Only to find out when it was complete, that there were many issues that were not addressed.

Caliber collision staff kept me informed all along the way with any delays that happened. I expected some setbacks and caliber collision staff notified me along the way to the final repair.

Completely satisfied & car was back 4 days early.

Another great experience with Caliber Collision! They were able to get my car in weeks earlier than the insurance company had scheduled. They kept me updated on the progress continuously. The car was fixed to perfection, and they even picked up on damage to one of the tires that easily could have been overlooked, which is so very impressive. Caliber Collision repaired my car and returned it earlier than scheduled. They also did a fantastic job vacuum the car, wash the exterior of the car and shine the tyres! When I take my BMW to S. Albany for service, they dont bother to do any of these...They will bring a dirty car back every time...no comparison to your wonderful service!

I beat up my poor car pretty good running into a retaining wall. After years of back and forth with my insurance company they finally agreed to fix the damage and sent me to Caliber Collision. I am ecstatic with the results! My cute little car looks like the day I drove it off the lot. Not only did they fix the damage I did, but the staff was so amazing. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. I recommend them to anyone looking to get repairs done to their vehicle.

I was originally given a timeline estimate of at least a week but to my surprise, my car was ready to go after only 2 days! They did immaculate work and I could not be happier.

The manager was very rude and condescending the work wasnt done when promised it took a extra three weeks and they stole 3/4 of a tank of fuel from my truck. When I dropped it off the day before I put gas in it when I picked it up the fuel light was on it was down to empty I drove 3 miles too the gasoline station trying to get fuel it took fifteen minutes to put 6 gallons in it because they were supposed too fix the fuel tank that got damaged in the accident. When I tried to take the pump handle out the filter tube pulled out too from the fuel tank inwitch as you know is very dangerous. So I called them was told to bring it back I had already turned in my rental so I had a hard time finding a ride home. They agreed to fix this issue and even told my insurance company they would they got the permission to have it fixed and didnt do the work. The when I picked it up had a boot print on the new bumper and it put scratches on it my bran new tonocover had a had print on it over the fuel filler now the it is staned and not fixable. Now I have to bring it to a dodge dealer for to get fixed. I am demanding to be payed for cover and the gasoline that I can take it too another body shop to have the damaged they did to a freshly fixed and panted truck. I have all the pictures of the damaged and I sent them to my insurance company they are not very happy with you shop.

Darn near perfect repair and experience. Took longer than I expected and they didnt really clean the glass very well and the body was a bit smudgy. The work was done well.

Bob was my initial contact. He was very informative and explained the process from start to finish. My truck was repaired within 30 days and they addressed the minor things I though needed a little more attention without hesitation. The only bad part of the experience was dealing with some of the folks at the front of the house. I felt that at times, they didnt want to be bothered with a question about the progress or when you would ask a question they would repeat the initial answer they gave with tone. Mind you I only called twice throughout the 30 days. But overall the work was great the techs were great and estimator were great.

Had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision! Unfortunately someone hit my car in the Target parking lot. Fortunately, State Farm has Caliber in network. Everything was taken care of seamlessly. It was also very convenient that Enterprise is attached to their building- making pick up and drop off a breeze. Caliber s communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. My Tahoe looks as good as new! Paint matches seamlessly, and everything is as it should be. Would use them again.

After I hit a dear on the way home, I wasnt sure what to do. Caliber was just awesome with everything from the drop off to pick up. They texted me updates along the way and worked hard to get my car back to me as promised. The repairs were perfect and the customer service was extraordinary! These guys have it together!!

I d even go 4.5. The only issue was my interaction with the owner (maybe) or maybe GM on an early call. Caliber had botched the initial appointment and the person I spoke with tried insisting it was my fault. If I had more time and energy I would have taken my car somewhere else since I thought that was pretty lame, BUT, glad I didn t cause from there on in everything was handled very professionally and the repairs seem to be pretty perfect, so far at least. Mechanic Brendan in particular was super thorough and very informative. Great communication.

My car has been hit several times, and everytime Ive taken it to Caliber Collision for body work they restored my car back to looking brand new. My car was recently hit by a taxi and they also went above and beyond, replacing a dented fender that was unrelated to the damages from the taxi because they had some extra money in the budget from the taxis insurance. Im so thrilled, my car looks like new! I cannot praise these guys highly enough.

Amazing experience. The quote from my insurance was about $8000 less than the actual damages to my vehicle and Caliber handled everything, ensuring the insurance covered the difference. Caliber Collision (CC) did an amazing job fixing my daughters car after she was backed into. The damage looked superficial at first but once CC did a full diagnostic, they uncovered damage to the radiator. The initial time to repair was going to be 21 days but CC expertly completed the repairs within 13 days! Adrian and the team did a fantastic job keeping us updated via text and calls on the status of the repair. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle fixed after an accident.

Everyone was very professional. The work was done in a timely manner, and they even completed the job ahead of schedule. Communication was great, via text messages at least every other day.

Caliber Collision was by far some of the best customer service I have ever received in the car industry. I had gotten into an accident and they made the whole process very seamless. All of their staff were wonderful. I received weekly updates on my car and everything was very clear and concise. It was a wonderful experience. They did great work. Friendly and kept me up to date with text msgs. It took 30 days to completion but I guess it s about the same anywhere. I found a small spot rubbing on the door. Brought it in and they fixed it on the spot. I would definitely use them again.

I use them because my insurance company recommended them. You should get a firm return date before drop-off. My van has been there for over 30 days, and now I need to pay out of pocket! There was no accident - the vehicle scrapped the side of another parked car. I am disappointed that it is taking so long - I will NOT use them again. It takes so long because they have many vehicles to work on - NOT OKAY.

Overall a bad experience and would not recommend this shop. It took almost 3 months to get my car back. And the only reason I got it back then was I sourced some of the parts myself that I kept being told were not available. The excuse of the pandemic has been overplayed. I have purchased products from the start of the pandemic sometimes it takes more than one phone call to get items. When they finally received the last part that I found I received a phone call saying my fender was dropped and damaged and it would take more time to fix. Im still waiting for compensation for parts I purchased for the repair. Yesterday I found that two pegs in my trunk organizer were broke off probably during the detailing process. I have not contacted the shop yet because they don t have an answering machine to my knowledge because I tried using it during my repair. I have been to CC several times in the past decade (unfortunately) for minor scrapes, dings, and dents. I made an appointment, arrived on time and was told that there was no record of an appointment. No apology, no offer to have some else do an estimate, acted as though it was my fault. Will be taking my vehicle some place else for repair.

I took my car to Caliber for an accident repair, from the firs call to me getting my keys back Nothing but impeccable customer service, constant updates on the status we re a blessing no need to call just when you thought I wonder when my car will be ready and update is received via text. Every employee was patient, considerate and super understanding!! I arrived to find my car clean inside and out and ready and waiting. Their Rep walked me through the repair and took the time to say don t wash it until August unless it s a touch less. Great Service Super Happy I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND Caliber to Everyone!

Such a great experience! I had someone hit me so it was definitely a surprise fix. They were super fast. And I was so surprised to find out they cleaned my entire care inside! I have a three month old so I don t have much extra time on my hands. So that was a really nice surprise.

Do not bring your car to the Caliber Collision on Route 50 in Saratoga Springs, NY. In my case the technicians were careless and broke and lost parts which extended my estimated repair date from 6-10 days to 33!

5 stars at this location. Team was great from start to finish. Boys at the front desk were super nice and helpful during this ordeal. My advisor was Bob and he made sure to get my car back ASAP looking brand new. Kudos to the techs who did the work.

My vehicle was involved in an accident. The work that was done was exceptional!

Interesting experience. Had body work and paint done through the insurance company. Caliber communicated well at the start of the project. At the end, Caliber never called to tell me the car was ready - the completion date was delayed multiple times. I called late on a Friday afternoon to get a status on the car and Caliber said the car would be done by 5 pm that day. I was too far out of town at that point to get my car before they closed on Friday. We explicitly asked the Caliber rep on Friday if it was fine to keep the rental until Monday. Caliber said it was fine. Then, Caliber marked the car done in their system and I was charged multiple days by the rental company to cover the weekend. When we picked the car up, it had damage on the brand new paint so they had to remove it. Now, a few weeks later, the new trim Caliber put on is coming loose on the car so I have to waste more time and money having them fix the trim. Could have been a great experience but the way it ended, I cannot willingly return.

Caliber did a fantastic job at repairing my Jeep and did a great job at keeping me updated throughout the repair process, would definitely recommend.

After being backed into by another vehicle, Caliber put my car back together. My car looked and felt like it was brand new.

I was without my truck for a month to repair a broken mirror on my driver Side door and fix the dents in the front door and front fender caused by a deer. They had to repaint the damage. They did a good job, blending the color, but left some defects in the paint. I expected a week turnaround not a month. They have so many vehicles waiting to be fixed, that they should ve allowed me to bring in my vehicle for them to look at it to order parts and then to bring it back when they were ready to work on it

Work was done professionally and with high quality my vehicle looked like new after post accident repair. Staff very client oriented

I have used Caliber both times my vehicle has been in an accident. Not only are they recommended by my insurance provider as a preferred repair shop, but their customer service is always wonderful. Aside from the repairs being top notch, my car always returns to me cleaner than it was brought in and they update you through the whole process.

Can t say enough good things about Caliber Collision and Brendan. To start I called every collision center in the area and they were the first to be able to get me in and the only one that could start work the same day as the estimate. Brendan called me with updates throughout the process and answered any question I had since this was my first car accident and first time needing to get my vehicle repaired and didn t know much about the process. Brendan was able to get my vehicle done a couple days ahead of schedule to help me try to avoid having to pay for my rental vehicle out of pocket after insurance stopped covering it. My vehicle was fully detailed inside and out and felt like a brand new vehicle. The body work done was truly impressive after fearing my car was totaled it was fixed better than before after the new paint job. They made a stressful situation smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Jake and the team at Caliber in Saratoga Springs have been just terrific in helping our family over the past few years with dings on our car both small and large. Today, after I noticed that my great Mom (who always has been treated great at Caliber) mightve in the past week bumped the front of her car into a snow pile and caused the bumper to skip a few of its clips a bit, I called up early this morning and explained the situation. I mentioned that they might be familiar with Mom and they said they remembered her fondly and that I could bring the car around to get checked out. The fellow that I had spoken with at 8AM was the same one behind the front desk when I arrived for our 11:30 appointment and he immediately remembered our conversation and called back to Jake, the General Manager, and Jake was out in 3 minutes, looked over the bumper, went in the back for another 2 minutes, came out with a clip, and nudged the bumper part right back into place looking right as rain. I knew this was a potentially minor fix, but wanted to be sure and they had me out of there in less than 10 minutes. They have also done much more substantial work when previously required. Just a terrific experience and Jake, the fellow at the front desk whose name escapes me, and the whole experience, today and over the years with this company has been terrific.
