My car was hit on the passenger side and I was planning to repair it myself. Unfortunately my insurance company wasn t willing to work with me so I had to choose a repair shop. I went in to the whole process pretty ticked off and afraid no one would give my car the attention and care that I would have. Coles surpassed my expectations, from text updates and the employees who answered my questions patiently and professionally. They took the time when I called, I never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. When I picked up my car I was pleasantly surprised by how great my car looks!! November 15, 2024 Kenny, at Coles Collision Wilton, professionally and expertly worked through onerous Stellantis documentation requirements and completed a bubbling paint repairs and repainting on a 2020 Jeep. The task took ten days, including an emergent repair on different doors. Youd never know there was an issue after the work was completed. Hopefully Stellantis pays this invoice in a timely fashion and the other waiting in the Nemer Jeep owner queue can move along. Kennys enthusiastic approach to dealing with all challenges is appreciated!

My wife took our 2018 Subaru Outback to Coles for repair. After repair was completed, we noticed that the rear portion of the roof rail was dislodged from the railing. My wife brought it in, and was told that the carwash dislodged it. Just took a look at the parts diagram from the Subaru website, and found that Coles lied to my wife. The rearmost part of the roof rail was never replaced. Will contact the NYS AG office for remedy. Do not trust Coles...

I would give the folks at Coles 10 times more stars if I could. They repaired and repainted my Jeep Wrangler due to a manufacturer defect in the paint and hinges. Went to Coles Wilton for bumper repair. Kenny, the asst. mgr. told me to bring it back when I could leave it for a couple of hours. I did so, and the people at Coles repaired the bumper to near perfect. And to top it off; no charge! Nice honest people who do good work.

They are very friendly and they keep you up to date on everything concerning your car.

Can t recommend these guys enough. I brought my car in to get the plastic bumper around the tire popped back in. The young woman behind the counter took it out back and within 15 minutes had it popped back in like new and didn t charge me anything. Really great customer service and I will most certainly be going back there if I should ever need anything else fixed on my car.

Clean modern facility. Knowledgeable polite and patient staff. From estimate to dealing with my very challenging insurer to arranging my rental car, to delivery of my repaired vehicle, they kept me up to the minute both by text messaging and personal calls. You will not find a better managed body shop out there.

My car took took almost a month to finish when the estimated time was about 2.5 weeks which I understand parts take time to come in. I was excited to get my car back but when I picked it up the inside of the car was worse than when I brought it in. There was this weird hard white stuff in the cup holders that I could barely scrape off. They left me with no gas in my car after they did their text drive which left me with so little gas that the car wouldnt even tell me how many miles until empty which means it was under 20 miles til empty. They also waited until friday evening right before closing to tell me my car was finished so i had to add another 3 days for to the rental i had. The repairs looked fine but Im not happy with the experience and will not be a returning customer. The photos are how they left the interior of my car, I was told it would be detailed after repairs.

I think they have actual wizards working there . I dont know if your familiar with the lines on a 2022 Elantra but its described as metal origami ..someone backed into me and put a pretty good dent in the side panels , Coles has this thing looking absolutely perfect, cant tell it was ever hit.body and paint are perfect . Car is cleaner then when I brought it in , except for my seat being moved , Im short , they are tall , you cant tell it was ever worked on its that spot on. Everyone there there was super friendly and answered all my questions and walked me thru everything. 10 stars !!! PS , any thing that looks less then perfect in the photo is 100% due to reflections, or my really bad camera work.this car is perfect

We live up in the boonies. Lots of hitting deer, snow banks. We always use Coles. Theyre an hour from us. Dont care.

I took my vehicle to them after I was in a car accident. When my vehicle was finished they called and said I could pick it up. However, my brake lights were not working and their excuse was they ordered the wrong part. Two days later I brought it back to have the brake lights fixed and instead they took the part off someone elses vehicle and put it on mine! Would definitely not recommend.

They didn t fix it right at first and it took a bit longer than expected. That said after giving them a second swing at it that fixed it right and noted my issues. Thanks Joe and team!

Very nice team here. We had a car repaired here years ago and they did a great job. We recently brought another car in to get an estimate to repair a dent in the bumper. They took the car for 10 minutes and pulled out the dent free of charge. Definitely recommend this company.

Stay far away from this place. Ive had 2 of my cars fixed here in the last year yeah and they have taken longer than They said they would months. And they overcharge my insurance thousands of dollars Stay away from this place they all burn charge and keep cars hostageAnd when I finally did receive my cars payboard will not fix completely . Both cars still had issues

my car was in the shop for 2 months if not a little over, i now have a knocking noise when I start it, my ac & heat won t shut off after I turn it off & they told me to take it to the dealership since they did all they could. insurance will apparently pay for it to be fixed, but I was told to pay for the diagnostic & im a student in college and work outside of school full time as well. I do not have the $ to cover a rental again. kind of mad!

Recently, the side of our car scraped the garage door. I took the car to the dealership and was told repairs would take about five days and cost about $1700. Wanting a second opinion I called Cole s Collision Center of Wilton, where I spoke with Matt. He told me to bring it in. I did so. He looked it over, told me that while there was virtually no body damage, the car had picked up paint from the garage door. In under ten minutes he buffed it out. No charge! While I hope to never need the services of a body shop, if I do, I will absolutely take it to Cole s!

Even months later when my signal light went and I was told by another repair shop it was due to coles not hooking my wires up tight, I called to see if they could help. I was recently rear ended while waiting to turn. My 2015 Ford Flex suffered some significant damage. We had Cole s Collision do the repair job and couldn t be more satisfied or happier with the outcome. My entire rear bumper, dual exhaust system, and driver s side rear tire had to be replaced not to mention the sensors in the bumper for my reverse camera. My car is also a metallic ruby red. It was fixed perfectly. The back of my car looks brand new!!! I wholeheartedly recommend Cole s Collision of Wilton for your next auto body repair needs. Fast auto body work

Our little Ford Fiesta had front end damage from a run-in with a deer. Lucky for us, the passengers were unharmed, but the deer did not fare as well. Coles Collision in Wilton were fantastic, accepting the insufficient estimate provided by our insurance company and doing a thorough repair. They even detailed the car for us. The most impressive part was that we had our car back in less than a week. Thank you Coles!

Over the years I have done significant business with Coles and have always received courteous and professional service. I always made a point of getting other estimates and Coles was always the most reasonable and the most professional. Recently I had occasion to bring my truck and family car in for several, very minor repairs. These were problems too minor, fortunately, to involve insurance but, in new vehicles especially, not the kind of thing my wife and I felt comfortable living with. Not only were their estimates the most reasonable of several we got, but the quality of the work was excellent, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that, after each repair, the entire vehicle was washed and cleaned inside and out. And, without fail, each time we dropped a vehicle off, we were offered a ride home. A small scrape was buffed out with no charge. Frankly, my wife and I found, Coles level of service to be quite remarkable. Most people, I suspect, find automobile accidents to be quite stressful. Coles positive, reassuring attitude was very welcome . I would like to give these guys my very highest recommendation.

My car was attacked by my garage door frame which left an unsightly smear of paint along the drivers side rear quarter panel. I drove around with that blemish, as my wifes car had recently been similarly attacked and we had her car fixed at the dealership. We went through our insurance and our rates went up, so I held off on getting mine fixes as I knew I was going to have to pay out of pocket. Finally, I decided to drop by Cole in Wilton to see what this was going to cost me. Ken from Cole came out and looked at the car and he told me to take a seat in the waiting room. After a few minutes he came back in with product and materials in hand and asked me to come look at the car. The smear was gone and the actual damage was insignificant. My problem which I had been concerned about was solved in about 15 minutes. Ken refused any payment. I am a happy person. Thanks Ken and Cole Collision!
