Rich and his team did an excellent job with the body work required to repair a most unfortunate and ugly dent in my Toyota Rav 4. They took special care and went the extra mile to produce a good-as-new result, a level of customer service that it rare today. Thank you, Rich, Darcy, and staff!

Absolutely rude. I had a car that needed a paint job. Gave him year and make and immediately said we are not interested and hung up. Pretty bad for a local shop. It’s a shame that a local business couldn’t be nicer.

I had my Dodge Ram in for service last week and I'm extremely happy with the work that was done, as well as the communication with Rich and his crew before and during the repairs. The insurance company made a mistake in the estimate and they took care of the issue so I didn't have to. Vey happy with the whole team, and my truck looks brand new again. thank you!

For me, this is more than just a review of exemplary work on my vehicle, and it’s more than gratitude for wise guidance through the necessary insurance company complexities. This is a recommendation of character and trust. Of course at first you can’t be sure, but every step of the way, Rich was both straightforward with the facts and reassuring in his demeanor. That’s the kind of caring you need in these situations. When all was said and done, Rich (and his frontline assistant, Darcy, who answers the phone when you call) restored my faith in humanity. :) I personally can’t imagine you getting anywhere else the quality, service and genuine attention that you will get here.

These folks did a fantastic job and I was pleased with their collision care from beginning to end! A trash truck backed into my car and once I finally got their insurance appraisal and was calling around every other place was at least a week wait. These folks got me in same day and towed the car themselves. They worked through the appraisal and ended up doing a little bonus work just to make sure it looked extra nice when it was done and valued using OEM parts vs substitutes/used. It looks even better than before! They definitely value the detail and doing a good job--even gave it a nice clean-up on the inside when done! Only mix up was not realizing that they don't accept checks and prefer not to use credit cards (due to the extra cost on their end). When they asked if I had the check from the insurance company yet, I didn't realize they meant don't cash it and instead just sign it over to them at time of payment. I felt bad as I didn't have a means other than CC at that point unfortunately, but was an honest misunderstanding as I had never been in an accident before. Not sure if this is common or not but just a heads up!

From the day I received an estimate for the car work through the completion, Rich and his staff was top rated professional. The car was returned in amazing condition. A+ in quality and service. I recommend Superior Coach Body Shop. As in the title of the shop, they are "superior".

I recently used these guys for body work for the second time in a span of 10 or so years, and they are absolutely phenomenal. The work is stunning - my vehicle looks completely brand new, and they do things the right way. There are no cutting corners, nothing is forgotten, and simply amazing work by great, friendly staff. It was worth the wait for an appointment with these guys rather then going to a sub par shop. They even detailed the inside!
