I cannot believe just how helpful Kelly J ?! Was today when my car wouldn’t start just up at Great Tangs from your store. Kelly let take the Jump Start to get it started and bring it down to your store. She tested the battery (needed to be replaced - Duh). Kelly helped me get the battery and then wheeled out the battery and tools. She then did a fantastic job replacing battery and I was on my way home!!! I want to express my appreciation to Kelly, and your management to allow for Service that was above and beyond what sadly is Not the norm these days. Kelly, Thank you so much for everything!!!!
I would like to extend my overwhelming thanks to Kennen and Lee! Talk about above and beyond...battery I bought there was deemed under warranty, but had died up the road at Stewart's. Kennan from store came up to jump it and got it charged enough to drive to the store, and then replaced it with a new battery. Lee noticed my positive cable connector was deteriorated, and put a new one on I that I had to purchase first... after a struggle with corrosion, etc. These guys were unbelievable! Great store....Great staff! District manager...they are awesome!

The customer service at this location is amazing. The store manager Rennie, as well as the lady working behind the counter were so helpful. Rennie took the time out of his busy day to install a pain in the butt of a car battery for my girlfriend. This isn't the only time he's gone out of his way to make sure we had the best experience possible. Thank you so much we won't shop anywhere else for parts. A+++
Terrible. I came here to get my battery checked. After three attempts I was told that none of their equipment was working and they couldn’t check my battery. As my car had just been jumped I then asked how long do you think I should drive the car to charge it. The auto parts employee said I don’t know and walked away. Total waste of time. Don’t bother coming here. Bad service bad attitude.
Great shopping experience! Store is clean and well organized and I was able to find the items I went in for with ease (I found several things I didn’t know I needed until I saw them, too😉). Very friendly people inside. Shoutout to Christeena for being so awesome!
Had a slight night emergency where the head lights went out went to get some from here Saturday night. Dead store 2 people working. Went up to 1 for help and he said he had no access to help even tho he was behind the counter and so we went to the next person and she completely ignored us. So we went to napa and they were very helpful and we got fixed right up and the lights were over 10 bucks cheaper each at napa so we saved and made it home safe
Doc was great!! I came in with my 2017 Mazda CX-5 looking for windshield wipers. I told him I needed them today. Even though they didn’t have them in stock he called 3 different places for me to help find em. Awesome customer service. I’ll be going back because of him. Thanks doc!

I walked in and asked if they had a serpentine belt for my car, gave them the exact info and they still sold me a part that didnt fit. Parts guys have no clue what they are talking about or what they are doing. If you ever have to go to this place, do the research yourself or just go somewhere else.

Slow customer service not enough staff for the store
Here for work and leaving in 3 days, the power steering pump on my jeep died. I live 600 miles south in Virginia. Staff was friendly and helpful with everything I needed. Was able to change out the pump and go on my way.

I asked for a specific coolant that I use for my car. The man at the desk started asking me the make, model, year but was unfamiliar with the car (Audi A8L). He eventually took me to the shelf were they had a selection of coolants but not the one I asked for. They did have a variant that was acceptable and I took that. I would have much preferred he look up the one I wanted and told me he didnt have it but he had another option. That would have been easier and quicker for both of us.

Very helpful staff, lots of stock parts here... Arrived 5 mins in advance of closing one very cold night last week to purchase a fan control switch so I could get some heat in my van. Would have been 5 stars if they had the wire pigtail to reconnect the new switch - I had to use my open spade connectors which cause a short and burnt out the low and medium fan speed relay... fortunately the switch worked the fan on high only and I went home and ordered that from rock auto.

Went there the other day to get a few things .. For to the counter and asked for spark plugs for my car. The girl heard a phone ring in the back and just took off.. I waited 4 minutes and she never came back. Left the stuff on the counter and went to the auto zone right down the street and was out of there in 2 minutes with what I needed.. I found a new auto parts store..

This place is a joke. In line for 45min with one person on register while there are at least 6 people working. And the employees cant figure anything out. You basically have to point to what you need on the screen. Might as well have a self look up and check out.

Only because certain people still work here aka john. And another gentleman. They have great knowledge and I enjoy seeing them. Thanks guys. You make the place. They keep it worth going. I gave a 4 star for 2 reasons. The parts arent really good a ball joint should last longer than a year. The same co2 sensor 3 times has died in 6 months. Yes in the same upstream side... but when in a pinch its all you can do. The other reason is because they hire people who actually have no idea about vehicles... obviously, it is common sense to employ people who know the trade ...
