Fair priced, honored and expidites my appointment efficiently, timely service, quality work.

They offer a model of tire per 139.95 usd each one. At end of the day they told me that the tire was not available and offer a similar one for the same price. Just realized that the tire is 39 usd and they charge 139 usd per each tire. Sad and disapointed. Tire 185/60R15 OTANI EK1000. Also the Tire pressure light still on.

The Manager (Tracy) and staff diagnosed the braking problem and quickly made the total repairs in half a day at a very reasonable cost.

Mike in the Clifton Park store has been taking care of my families cars for years and always does a great job.

Had my car towed to Adirondack Tire @ 1717 Union Street, Schenectady. Told the substitute manager that I needed the remains of the strut mount bolt removed and replaced with an OEM bolt. I showed him the exact part and part# on RealOEM.com. The next day @ 8:30 a.m. I relayed the same information to the actual manager and showed him the same information on RealOEM.com. I returned that evening @ approximately 5:30 p.m. at which time the manager told me the work would be completed the next day by 12 noon. The next day I called and spoke to the manager @ 1:30. He informed me the car was on the lift the part had been ordered and it would be ready in a couple of hours. I showed up @ 4:00 to find that the broken bolt had been drilled out. The manager said that at some point I would need to replace the trailing arm assembly. I said not today though. I then went to the waiting room for the work to be completed. A short while later a van from an Auto Parts business showed up handed a part to the manager and then I heard loud banging coming from the bay where my car was. I left the waiting room, went outside, and walked in front of the bay. I saw my car on the lift and the manager and a worker pushing my wheel with their shoulders while another person was pounding a bolt into the trailing arm with a sledgehammer. I told them to stop. Words were exchanged and the manager rushed toward me and got in my face and began threatening me while pushing me with his chest in an attempt to goad me into retaliation. I stood my ground and uttered the word Lawyer . It eventually sank in and he stepped back. Ordered his workers to lower my car from the lift and to return it to me. I took possession of my car and drove it home. The next day I brought it to a mechanic who I trusted and was informed that the bolts attaching the strut to the car were missing and that the bolt he was pounding in was not OEM and it was barely attached to the trailing arm. He was amazed that I was able to drive the car to him without it collapsing. I filed a small claims court case against Adirondack Tire. No one appeared in court. i was awarded a default judgement for the cost of repairs. Adirondack Tire sent me a check for the entire amount of the default judgment. At the same time that I filed my small claims court pleading I filed a complaint with NYS DMV. An investigation was conducted and DMV found that Adirondack tire had violated 3 Vehicle and Traffic Laws/Regulations. The fact that no one appeared in court and I received payment in full is evidence of an admission of guilt. The fact that the manager was fired is evidence that Adirondack Tire found his behavior not acceptable Further the fact that the trailing arm was destroyed is grounds for an inference of a criminal attempt to defraud me by forcing me to purchase a new trailing arm and paying the labor costs to install it. Caveat Emptor.

You always worry when you have an older parent getting services that they maybe taken advantage of. Tabitha was more than patient with my dad, she took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure the job was done correctly. They charged him a fair price and finished the work on time and correctly completed.

These guys are the best! Brought my Subaru in for new brakes, and they took care of it right then and there. Unfortunately when I drove it around town the next day, the brakes squeaked. I brought it back, and they swapped out the squeaky set for a new set, no fuss or hassle. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience today with service from the crew at the Saratoga Adirondack Tire and Service. My truck needed brakes and I couldn t find a dealer shop to accommodate me anywhere this week. I spoke with Tracy in service and he got me an appointment the very next day. They had the particular oil type I needed for my oil change too and were able to service the brake sensors in my 2020 GMC. I went today for the first time for a tire. A couple of people recommendee them. I called and they were very professional and helpful since I was pretty clueless about what info they needee. I asked if I could wait when my car was worked on and they said yes. When I came in it was a really nice large open shop and very friendly and professional employee (sorry I didnt get names). I was directed to the waiting room. Nice area separate from the shop. Very positive experience.

I went out for an inspection for my Toyota RAV4. The inspection was done quickly and efficiently, I received highly professional customer service from Chris. Called every mechanic shop in the area nobody would help me called anirondack tire union st they got me in immediately and fix the problem. I couldn t ask for a better service.

We have bought tires through Adirondack Tires, Clifton Park location, for years. Nothing but positive experiences. Mike and staff take real ownership and are very professional and knowledgeable. Tires are at good prices, service is fast and reliable. Recently, had a tire replaced, since we punctured the tire. A week later, an unrelated issue came up. They fit us in that day and fixed the issue within 30 min free of charge, due to making an extra trip there. Truly customer service focused and consistently provide a great experience and work quality. Would highly recommend them.

I got a flat tire and brought my car to Adirondack Tire, unfortunately the tire could not be repaired but they worked with me and sold me new tires at a good price. The attendant who worked with me said he recently put the same tires on his wifes car, so I knew I could trust them.

Very efficient in the inspection. They are very fast. And they speak Spanish in this location.

Great place and special people who care

Have been going to Adirondack tire for over five years now and my 2005 F150 runs just like it did almost 20 years ago thanks to them.

Honest pricing and very accommodating.

This is where I end up going after being disappointed with the bigger, national chains. Ive had tires patched when the other garages just wanted to replace it. Also had tie rods replaced, and tires aligned, all for less than the chains. Now I just come here to begin with! Its always nice to be able to use a local business too.

My family has been going to Adirondack Tire for years, specifically working with Tracy who we know we can trust to be fair. Weve had inspections, brakes/rotors done, battery replaced, and most recently a loose heat shield issue. While the dealership would have charged $75 to address it, Adirondack Tire took care of it quickly and cost-effectively. I highly recommend Adirondack Tire for all of your auto repair needs!

My tire was very low-stopped at Mavis Discount Tire on Broadway to use their air machine-I noticed a screw in the tire and asked the manager how much to patch it-she tells me I may need two new tires and then said I only need to replace the one tire with the screw-My car is new with only 8K miles-heard Adirondack Tire is honest/fair & efficient, so I drove there. Tracy fixed my tire in 5 MINUTES with a patch. How shady and dishonest of Mavis!! Thank you, Tracy and Adirondack Tire! So grateful for this honorable local owned business! Shame Mavis!

I will NEVER use Adirondack Tire, at least in Saratoga Springs, again. Called to make an appointment for 30k service for my Subaru. I have historically had good luck arriving when they open as Ive discovered its typically first come, first serve. When I arrived at 8:15 (they open at 8), the person at the desk told me they had 4 tires and an inspection to work on and that there would be no guarantee Id have my car before noon. The person also told me that it was marked in the book as a drop off, when I explicitly said Id be waiting for it when I called. I politely asked if the car would be ready by 11 as I need to be in Schenectady by noon, and was told that he couldnt guarantee that. Needless to say, I left. This problem appears to be with the Saratoga Springs store only as Ive had decent luck at other locations in the capital district. Id think twice about using the Saratoga Springs location.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would: Overworked, underpaid, low staff attitude. Remember, Adk Tire & Service, its not my fault for the above. Buddy!

I have been a customer in Saratoga for several years. I have purchased tires, multiple brake jobs, and other repairs and oil changes. The crew is super friendly and prompt. Always happy to take a look on short notice and really respect your time. Quality of the work is outstanding. I also appreciate the objective advice when making a purchase. I am picky about where I get my vehicles serviced and it involves trust. I recommend adk tire whole heartedly.

The workers were great, polite and knowledgeable. Called and set up a time and they were able to fix my exhaust pipe in about 2.5 hours.

1st time i visited, the service was good. The 2nd, I called to make an appt for a tire change to a new set i had purchased. Was told I didnt need to make an appt. Stop in any time and well fit you in. Then when i did visit a few days later, I was told that if I wasnt one the list, I wouldnt be able to have my car serviced that day. Pick a lane, folks.

They do what they say they will, fast and priced right

Been using this location for years. Prompt service and fair prices. I have had tires mounted with and without the vehicle, alignments, and inspections. Recently I had installed a lift on my 4Runner and brought it in to have larger tires installed and an alignment. After picking it up the wheel was straight as ever, no vibrations, and the vehicle tracked perfectly. I always recommend Adirondack Tire to all my friends!

Update: ADK tire didn t secure my locking lug nuts, causing them to spin off each tire and me driving around for a couple weeks not realizing until I detailed my car. They offered to replace the locking lug set, but that doesn t do much to put me at ease about the fact that each tire had a missing or loose lug. 5 stars to 2. Thankfully no damage done and no one hurt. Huge tire selection, competitive pricing and helpful staff. Saratoga store is easy to get to with ample parking. WiFi to work while you wait.

Called for a simple appointment for front end alignment. Was told to drop it off and theyll get to it today. Told them I cant just drop it off as I have no way to do so. Was told that they have no way of telling when the rack will be available or the tech.. maybe if they had an appointment system?

At Adirondack Tire, they always do their best, you may not have time to enjoy their Hot coffee during your tire appointment. They had me in and out in record time this morning for my new tire installation on my truck. Thank you once again ADK tire for your wonderful quality services!

I purchased tires on Tire Rack and selected Adirondack Tire as the recommended installer. Tire Rack quoted an installation cost when I bought and shipped the tires to Adirondack Tire in Saratoga Springs, NY. When I received the bill to check out I noticed the installation cost was >20% higher than quoted by Tire Rack. Adirondack Tire would not honor the quote although they are a recommended installer of Tire Rack. I recommend everyone to call the installer before having the tires shipped to them and avoid this business!

I ve been coming here almost 20 years. These guys are always taking care of me. I have never had work suggested my car didn t need and I always got the best prices on my tires. I spend two days a year here. To put on my studded snows and take them off. My wife does the same. The guys are always courteous even when it s busy and you KNOW it s been a crazy day. Never returned an inquiry into having work done. So far its been 2 days.

Bought tires from Tire Rack and had them installed here. My wife drove around town for a week they seemed fine, as soon as we took them on the highway the car shook uncontrollably. We had to make another appointment so they can rebalance all four tires. When I went to rotate the tires in the fall, they were installed so tight I could not get the lug nuts loose with an 18 inch long breaker bar. I borrowed and impact wrench and got all but one loose. After driving to the store they told me there was a 4-Hour wait or I could come back 3 days later and drop it off. For them to loosen one lung nut.

Took my car in for an alignment and got it back still not driving straight. I brought it back and they claim that the car is in alignment so to experiment they swapped my front tires. With the car pulling the other direction I was told I needed new tires. Now with my rotation off I have to repurchase the same tires that Ive bought within the year, from Adirondack tire. Although its not directly comparable, in the hospitality industry this would be made right and the guest refunded and no such action was taken to be the slightest sense of hospitable. I will be taking my car to a different mechanic, especially one that doesnt experiment with my car, and does quality work.

The place managed to over-torque my lug bolts and caused me a whole mess of trouble trying to put on some wheel spacers, not to mention now the only socket I have that fits my lugs is broken...

I went to midas in town a couple days ago, trying to get my tires rotated. they couldnt get one of the wheels off after only trying for about 5 mins. Told me it was frozen on there from rust and nothing they could do. I stopped in to adirondack tire, explained the situation, and they brought it in immediately. After about 10-15 mins they said I was all set. I tried paying him for getting my wheel off, and he wouldnt take it. Ill be spending my money here in the future. Good guys, class act. Hard to find good ol boys like this now adays. Winstons the man! Got my tire off within minutes. Guys in front treated this old lady with respect, and were very honest. Highly recommended.
