Frank dealt with a lot while I sat and waited for my car, reminded me of the stress of a medical office! He treated all with kindness and patience despite how busy it was. Rare these days.

Originally waited over an hour for my oil change appointment and had to reschedule for a later date. After the second appointment, the check engine light appeared on my dash. I asked a buddy to scan the error for me, and it turns out the dipstick was seated improperly and additional air was getting into my engine. Good thing I had access to a scanner, because they charge $110 for a scan!

I had my wife bring her car here after a mobile mechanic business had worked on her brakes. The back tires were squeaking like crazy so I thought it was a wheel bearing. Nope. Turns out the guy he had work on her vehicle while he was hurt pushed something too far and it seized up her brakes (scary) Frank p called us back and let us know that it wasnt the wheel bearing and it was the brakes that were seized and we need a new simple part. (Brake switch) I thought we were going to need extensive suspension and brake repairs but nope they got our rotors cleaned up and popped the brake switch in in less than 30 minutes and I spent less than half of what I was prepared to spend. I highly recommend this location as these guys are very transparent and do a whole detailed inspection of your vehicle before even touching it. Thanks frank and team for keeping my wife and child safe and on the road

The Midas Saratoga Springs, NY store provides excellent auto service at a reasonable price. The manager, Frank will go out of his way to make certain that your are completely satisfied with purchase or repairs.

I usually visit the Saratoga Springs Midas for their oil change and tire rotation service. Also have my vehicle NYS inspection performed there. Tina Gordon had been managing this location for a number of years now. Tina always provides exceptional customer service.

From the moment you walk in, you feel important. All employees are knowledgable and personable . Tina explained everything that would be done, explained things that would or could be done and their appropriate costs associated with all that it involved. George did a great thorough job and is an extremely nice young man. My inspection passed and my oil change was was done efficiently. I used to go to my own shop however I now choose Midas due to ease and the service they provide. I would recommend Midas to anyone.

We have been using this Midas location for a number of years now. It is by far the most reliable and experienced team in Saratoga Springs for routine car maintenance. Tina and Frank go out of their way to be kind, helpful and honest. Everyone in the shop that we have interacted with has always been polite and very professional. They get to know your cars and don t try to oversell their services or products. They were fantastic to our children through the teenage years when they had car issues, which was especially reassuring because our son was driving to Albany every day for school. We can not recommend them enough and after trying other shops would unequivocally stand by the fact that they are the best in town!

Quick and easy inspection! In and out with no issues!

I really was so tired of dealing with different repair shops throughout the years & I knew what had to be done on my car I had taken it to 2 other places to get checked out & was not impressed at all! My friend told me to try Midas & I was so happy I did! They took great care of my old car & it needed A LOT of TLC! I mainly dealt with Frank & Tina & they were both very personable, able to explain everything, & very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I need anything else & would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Traveling for work in a Sprinter van and the exhaust came off the hangers. Midas Saratoga got me right in, identified and fixed the problem and didn t charge me! Excellent customer service and very generous.

We have used this Midas on South Broadway for 15 years. They are fair and honest service people. We feel confident with their overall knowledge of auto repair. We ve taken a few older Mercedes to them for routine oil changes and major problems. Now we take our Camry to them. If an issue comes up that is beyond their expertise they let us know promptly so as to not waste money. We like the video inspection report that is included. It lets you see if something needs corrected. Don t hesitate to take any vehicle you have to them. They will treat you well.

Im a confident defensive-driver but when our Jeeps brake system suddenly malfunctioned (...on a Saturday morning) dash board alerts lighting up in red and coming to a stop w pronounced jerking motion, I felt vulnerable and unsafe. Midas Associate, Tina, demonstrated a calming, down to earth style of customer service over the phone and promptly scheduled a same-day service appointment that was extremely reassuring and much needed sense of relief. The entire process, digital documentation and communication links, augmented by Tina and Franks car knowledge has made me a Midas Service Center convert.

This is the best Midas Ive been to. Tina does a great job and there is a friendly, positive culture that made for a very good experience. I felt that their assessment of my cars condition was honest and acurate. I left this Midas satisfied and feeling like I was treated fairly and with respect, which is not always the outcome when dealing with car repair. Midas Saratoga: they showed a superior level of customer service than Im accustomed to - something I really appreciate!

Great place. Never have had a bad experience

I was visiting for the weekend and had a check engine light along with several other lights turn on in my Subaru. It appeared to be an urgent issue so I was pleased they were able to get my car in there first thing Saturday and finished up by the afternoon/evening. After paying over $100 for a check engine diagnostic & another $100 for an oil change, I received a call saying my car was all set and ready to go. A few hours later I went to pick it up and much to my surprise, all of the dashboard lights were still on the dash and none of the issues we discussed were addressed or fixed. They were closed when I picked the car up and the following day, so I left town out $200+ with all the same issues I went in with. Very disappointing!

Easy to book an appointment, standard prices youd expect for everyday services. They threw in an inspection for free that I didnt ask for on my car that was due next month while bringing it to swap out to summer tires and an oil change, very generous!

The staff was so nice to me and they perfectly explained everything that was going on. Also, they had extremely reasonable prices. I highly highly recommend!

Frank and his team at Midas were awesome! Not only did they let me drop my car off for the day that I needed it, they also went above and beyond get me to my job which was half a mile up the road! Thanks for that, Bill! Service was performed Beyond expectation, didnt know they were going to do an overall check of the vehicle! Couple that with the professional and friendly service, hands down a winner! The bonus? They were the least expensive tire shop around for swapping out summer and winter tires! Saved at least 30 to 40 bucks!

Staff is very rude. Called asking about a part who needed to be replaced on my Ford Focus. Ive always taken my car next door to Monroe, but they werent able to schedule an appointment for a few days, so I figured I would try someplace new... but no. These people do not have good customer service. If you are looking for service I would go next door to Monroe. They are very nice there.

Was there last week about my tire. Excellent service and great employees!!

I thought the customer service was pretty good. I went to get a inspection. And I looked at the bill and they charged me an extra $10 to top off my fluids. I then asked to confirm and they say yes thats the charge. I explained no other place charges to top off fluids. Just a shame because this could have been a good review. The nickel and dime charging for ridiculous things needs to stop

on an extremely busy day and, in spite of their saying there wasnt time with all the cars already in the shop, i was in and out in about 2.5 hours (an hour needed to get the parts). totally satisfied. Frank and Tina of thr management team top rate.

Drove in from NC and battery completely died. Hell of a start to a vacation. Auto parts store wouldnt replace the battery because it required professional installation. The guys at Midas got the job done in the time it took us to walk to lunch and back. Great job guys. Thank you.

These guys are terrific. I visited unannounced and Frank took the time to put my car on the lift and look at the issue. I brought the car back Thursday and the team did as promised. Couldn t be happier with the results and price. Nice to know there is a car garage, National chain none the less that cares about an owners problem and does what they can to fix it. I was enroute to Saratoga for a weekend getaway when I realized that my oil needed to be changed. 2000+ miles over! Tina was able to squeeze me in. They provided great customer service, professional attitude and knowledgeable staff. Dont hesitate to take your car here. They will take great care of you!

Very disappointed in today s service, unfortunately, I will not be returning as a customer. Had my oil changed on Monday, Tuesday noticed that there was leaking of oil, brought it back to have it looked at, and I was told that the screw cap to the oil pan was stripped. Management then proceeded to tell me that I needed a new oil pan and gasket. They charged me $269. The auto mechanic who put the screw back in originally did not notify anybody that it was loose fitting and need to be replaced, he had a lack of judgment, had his head up his a55, and screwed me over. Management then proceeded to screw me over by charging me.

Do not go here unless you want to extra hrs in labor they charged me 2hrs labor for a job that took a hr and that was after they told me 3 hrs I had to beat them down to 2hr labor charge but in reality it only took them a hr

Top notch customer service and excellent service. I had my brakes serviced at a Midas in Kansas, 3 months later they were grinding and wore out. I called other Midas locations, they were not interested in honoring the warranty. I called this location and they didnt hesitate to make the situation right. They were understanding and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be returning for our future needs.

I got to Midas 10/31/23 for my scheduled appointment for inspection on a suv I have owned for one year. The staff took me right in even though they were swamped from the last day of month appointments. The staff were polite and friendly although the phone was ringing off the hook and their garage was busy. I had a nice visit while my SUV was in garage from about 0815 until 0900. It was a great way to start off my busy day of errands! I was there about a month prior for a battery and last spring replaced all four tires nearby so I did not expect my inspection to be an issue.

Needed an inspection, they got me right in when no one else could. Will definitely be back.

First time ever I got discrimination because I m Asian!!!!! We came here this morning for an oil change. An old white lady in the front desk being super impatient. We only asked her two questions and she starts talking really loud and rude to us. All other stuff here are friendly except her. Totally ruined my Friday. I go with a good mood and left super upset. I keep thinking about it after I get to work, I just don t understand why you guys would hired someone like this as your front desk. I wish I could give a 0 star but google don t allow me. I would never come here again.

I got my car inspected a few weeks ago and not only did midas not thoroughly check my back brakes (said they were completely rusted over, but when I checked, the rust wiped off with just my finger, and my breaks were still in good condition and didnt need replacing yet. They also somehow failed to tell me that my entire subframe was hanging on by a thread, putting me, my car, and any passengers I have in danger. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of thorough checking and care in my vehicle. Will not be returning and do not recommend getting your vehicle inspected here.

Great experience. Patched a flat tire and reinstalled on car....put the spare away....absolutely no charge......nice to find 400 miles from home

I took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation and everything went smoothly and efficiently. Frank was great at the front desk and I would recommend this place going forward.

I highly recommend Midas on South Broadway in Saratoga Springs, New York. Frank and Tina, provide outstanding customer service, and care about your vehicle and taking care of it. The mechanics that work there are outstanding. I do a lot of traveling in my vehicle and I can always count on Frank and Tina to get me in and out of service in the timely fashion, they are always honest about the condition of your vehicle and services needed. The shop is kept extremely clean. I just recently purchased four tires and was offered the opportunity to put it on a Midas credit card, but declined only to the fact of that was my choice. But all the information was provided for me in the event that I needed assistance. I am extremely satisfied with the tires, and I have been extremely satisfied and a happy customer for the past two years since I started going to Midas. I highly recommend the shop to anybody in the area.

1st When a vehicle starts it is getting some cold cranking amps that the starter is required. Usually a small truck with a v6 needs about 400. So their tester read 10 cca and the truck started then and every time after. Maybe you should check your equipment or actually have it attached to my battery. 2nd I was told my front rotors were delaminating. They could be rusty or warp but it is solid metal. The pads could delaminate. You need to get your description up to snuff.

Wow, the folks here take pride in their work and I really appreciate that. Cordial, polite, personable and are honest with suggestions on what your car may need. Clean bathroom and coffee available, what more could you want!

Had to make an emergency stop because my cars serpentine belt broke heading home. Fortunately they got me in and the repair done right away. I dont remember the mechanics name but he and Frank were awesome. Great customer service, cost was decent and had me on my way much quicker than I expected. Thanks guys, Ill definitely be a returning customer

I have a new default service location for my baby (car) they bailed me out on my NYS inspection, and helped me discover I had a broken dipstick from another negligent business. I will be doing all my car maintenance here from now on and I recommend you should too!

Making an appointment online was very efficient. I got a next day appointment for my exhaust system problem. Frank, the manager was very friendly and explained what, George, the mechanic, found as a problem. The replacement was made in a very timely fashion. The waiting room was bright, clean, and comfortable. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I went there to get my truck inspected what I like about this particular Midas is that Frankie who is the manager doesnt try to find things extra to charge you for when everything works and everything is good on your vehicle most mechanics would try to find something wrong somewhere just to make more money on you thats why I went to this particular Midas thank you Frank Perry

The team and very helpful and friendly. I was there two weeks ago. Two guys were in the store. One of them oil change and another one was registering the incoming people. They were very professional and more importantly they do everything right in front of you. They don t try to charge you with stuff you don t need. Only what you needed is being done.

I have used this location twice now for maintenance on my older vehicle. It can be tough to take an older car into a shop and trust that you will get reliable feedback and not someone who will just try to nickel and dime you for unnecessary repairs or maintenance just because the car is older. I always feel confident that my car is getting taken care of and trust the staff there as well.

Definitely glad I came here, I was turned down by another place for an inspection. i then called Midas and asked if they would be able to do an inspection today if not then an appointment tomorrow. The gentleman that answer the phone said we can take you at 4:30 today so I said alright and then went to Midas since it wasn t far from me. Got there they wrote my car up and got my keys from me. Not even I d say about 10-15 minutes later they grabbed my car and did the inspection. I have to say I m very impressed with the way they took care of everything. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you very much guys 5 in my book

This is the only place I will bring my vehicles. Tina is so nice, honest, and friendly to deal with. Great customer service and they get you in and out. Cant say enough good things about Tina and this Midas location.

Great place for an oil change! Was able to call in the morning in my car in to get a oil change 20 minutes later, Tina is great at communicating. Will be going there again!
