This dealership likes to use a scare tactic of telling people they shouldn’t work on their cars at all but bring them inside and we’ll work on them for outrageous prices. How convenient you can call and schedule your next vehicle maintenance from the engine bay. That’s illegal by the way. You won’t void a ware for doing your own scheduled maintenance.
I'd like to give a shoutout to Nick and every other lousey sales rep & manager at this dealership for making sure I never buy a Toyota again. Within a month of owning my car - had all my brake pads replaced, all my rotors replaced, 2 tires, an alignment, & shotty body and paint work performed. Today I got an oil change at a different Toyota only to find out my car had a mice infestation prior to me purchasing, as multiple harnesses were repaired, pcv and purge valves replaced, & a leaking engine valve cover gasket that was replaced, mind you none of this was on the service history on the carfax report given to me from the dealership. They'll take every dime you have and leave you feeling absolutely robbed. I'm now stuck with a car for 5 years that's still having problems after thousands of dollars in work in the past 6 months and prior to my ownership. I have a disgusting taste in my mouth and I'm ashamed to rep this brand.
if the number of words that I use to do this review with limited to 11, it would be, this is the fifth vehicle. My family has purchased from New country Toyota. That being said our experience today was productive and supportive. Jerry H, our salesman provided Clear, explanations, and listened to our needs and wants in order to get us very good deal. Even the sales people on his left and right were pleasant and interactive while he was dealing with the business manager and answered questions for us. Purchasing a new vehicle can be exhausting but Frontline sales people like Jerry inspire confidence and help get the job done.

We bought a Toyota Camry from sales consultant Dan Miller. Dan was very patient with us as we wavered back and forth on what would meet our needs best. It was a no pressure sales approach and it was very much appreciated. Dan's years of experience showed as he walked us through many options. We love the new vehicle. We went to a different Toyota dealer first and did not like the way we were treated, so we went here instead and were very happy with the way were treated.
Horrific experience. Would rather drive an hour to Lia toyota. They didn't even care that I had a bad experience.
They told us it might be 2 hours. It took less than 1 hour! Made us happy! And a complementary coffee and Danish too!
