Reliatech is actually one of the reasons I am sad to be leaving the area. This is the BEST mechanic I have ever found ( I am military so I have lived in many places before ). They are honest and not going to try and gouge you for money. They tell you what is wrong and fix that for a very reasonable price. They have actually been so kind before to even fix something small on my car for free. It's not easy to find a business that is so honest anymore, so I really appreciate them! Thank you Reliatech!

I love everything about this office. They are friendly, have great follow-up are priced fairly if not better than most John is a very knowledgeable and skilled Master Technician. I appreciated his direct candid opinions, and his method of communicating what needs to be fixed, and what has life left in it. Amber makes you feel like family/friends right away. She responded more quickly than I expected, Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly - a combo you rarely see anymore! I felt no pressure for an upsell, my problems were corrected the first time, and they didn't try to push me into any package deals they may offer (warranties, lifetime alignment etc.) As another reviwer mentioned... I also had the good luck of being nearby on a Saturday when I had a small problem. I decided to take a chance and swing by the shop. John was there and I was happy just to get an answer to a question. To my surprise, they had time to not only answer the question, but do a quick repair too. I highly recommend this shop. Melissa

Very quick experience here, but I can definitely recommend for being honest and taking care of you. I wanted them to take a look at a noise before going on a trip. They could not accommodate me the same day, but were able to schedule me for the next morning. Promptly looked at my car, and noticed another bigger issue with a wheel bearing - quoted for replacement but I ended up bringing over to the dealer since it should be a warranty part. They did fix another minor issue for me, no charge

I can not say enough!! Phenomenal people and fantastic work. I have been in for regular maintenance, but I recently had an issue with my car and they went out of their way to ensure it was back on the road in tip top shape. I can not recommend them more!!!

I have been going to Reliatech for years now and I am impressed with everything that they do. It's tough to find an honest and reliable mechanic, and it's even harder to find one that has great customer service. I have never been steered wrong with these guys and have never had to buy anything extra or unnecessary. I've always mentioned that I would write a review but my schedule got in the way. I've brought two cars to them multiple times and they run great. Would recommend every time.
