Had some very expensive car trouble on my drive to Albany from Florida. The Albany Ford dealer couldn't even set me an appointment for 2 weeks. Saratoga Ford got me into their commercial service department in 2 days because I own a Transit Connect wagon, and that's technically a fleet vehicle. They ordered the parts, which came in sooner than expected, and had my vehicle fixed a week before the other dealership would've even seen my vehicle to diagnose. Very grateful to Nicole and the team at Saratoga Ford's commercial service department. I knew I was in good hands when I heard the music the service department was playing! (Hardcore 90s grunge.) Very grateful for their friendly, efficient service!
