I have been going to Saratoga Honda service for many years. In fact, it was a major factor in my decision to purchase my most recent vehicle because I wanted to continue to use their service. The service has always been very reliable, fast, friendly - I can feel like I can trust them.

The service department at Saratoga Honda is excellent. They are attentive to your needs. They do all they can to ensure that you are satisfied with the service provided. I have never had any issues with this location. Thank you for all you do.

You did not explain that the 1400 was worst case scenario it was the price you were given to me to have the work done, period! You are recommending work to be done on vehicles that are not necessary. That alone is the worst case scenario and I will not be returning ever to this dealership as a matter of fact, I m not the only one who feels this way. ATTENTION Saratoga Honda customers ..bring your vehicle to ReliaTech on maple street if you want honest mechanics who will not try to sell you unnecessary repairs at a ridiculous price and then lie about it. They are local Saratoga residents who grew up here and are very reasonable and most of all honest.

Great efficiency from start to finish. The service department provided a thorough review of their findings during the NYS inspection, which was very helpful. My 2015 CRV has held up very well, but there was some needed maintenance found, as expected. I didn t feel pressured to have any additional service done. I did have a reasonable discussion with the service representative which helped me make my decisions. No complaints from me!

I had a tow truck drop my car at Saratoga Honda on Monday night and they had my car fixed and back to me by Tuesday at 11am. The car is running great!

Honda Pilot was serviced for the 100k required maintenance and an oil change a few months later. Staff was personable, efficient, and I trusted their recommendations for needed repairs. Vehicle was ready when promised.

I was an out of town traveler with car trouble. Luckily I was close to this service department. They were kind and considerate and able to squeeze me in to what appeared to be a very busy service department. They were able to fix my car so I could get home, and make me aware of a couple of other potential concerns about my vehicle. The people were wonderful and honest. If this is how they treat their normal customers, they are very lucky. Highly recommend their department.

Jessica H was friendly and professional, and Dwight did a phenomenal job removing the dents and buffing the scrap on my front bumper, and now it s like the dents were never there and the scrap is barely noticeable but will be gone once I have the paint touched up. Going with Saratoga Honda to have the work done was definitely a great choice. If it were possible, I would give more than a 5-star rating for this particular service visit.

A Five-Star Experience I recently took my car to Saratoga Honda for routine maintenance and a car detail and I couldn t be happier with the experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming and on the ball. I loved that the technician sent me a well thought out video explaining everything that they were doing during my service. This added touch is a complete game changer for the customer experience! My car was basically singing, Shine Bright Like a Diamond, when I picked her up! The full detail on my car was amazing and I was honestly jealous as I ve never had as great a spa day as she did! Even a week later my boyfriend was still complimenting the tire shine! They really care about their customers and their vehicles. Service gang are tops. Very friendly and professional. Have my CRV serviced there since 2011. It runs like the day I bought it. In that time all work done with 99.9999% effectiveness. Only once had to get a repair re-done. It was for re-attaching the rear view mirror which had come unglued (twice). 2nd time was no charge. Great waiting room for minor repairs; great courtesy car service for work taking longer time.

I got two rear suspension coil broken of 2020 Odyssey and need immediate repair. Saratoga Honda offer an earliest appointment compare to other dealers in the region on Saturday morning and quick diagnosis for all the repair that need to be done. Although they said the parts would arrive around Tuesday and repair will be done by Wednesday, they finally finish the job in around Tuesday noon time. Thank you for prompt repair and the car be be on the road again.

I scheduled a high mileage service to be done on my 2019 CRV at Saratoga Honda they took good care of my vehicle I was given a loaner while work was being performed for the weekend once I got my vehicle back I immediately notice great change in my vehicle on how smooth it was driving and almost feels like its off while standing at a light. overall they did a fantastic job so happy with results. high mileage maintenance is a bit more pricy but well worth the price for my year vehicle. thanks

I called to schedule service and did not get connected then 2 minutes later I get a text offering assistance great I then was able to schedule the service & time I wanted in seconds . Upon arrival at Service Dept I was greeted by Alex who was just awesome she pulled up my previous services, had an uber arriving in 2 minutes, paperwork ready, follow-up during service and I was able to pay online prior to getting back to pick up my car . Just Amazing. Great people, great options so .. A+++ all around. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Its always a pleasure doing business with Saratoga Honda. The facility is clean and bright, the employees are professional, knowledgeable and courteous and drinks/snacks are available while you wait.

Oil changes take 2 hours. They ll always try to add on an air filter for $100, they re like $25 from the auto store and take 2 seconds to put in. YouTube it. They ll break things on your car during service and say they found it like that and make you pay for it. They won t put your car back together properly and you will hear pieces flying off as you re driving around after. Don t come here to service your car, the prices are insane and the service is crap.

I cant say enough good things about this service center! Every time I bring my car in, they are incredibly helpful and informative. I had an inspection, an oil change and some other work done. I did overnight drop off which was simple. They sent a video of my car highlighting what needed to be done, and also sent a link with a checklist of which services I wanted to do. It was SO easy and there was no phone tag. They assign a case manager you can text and will get a pretty quick response. My appt was at 7:00 and the car was done by 1:00. I ve had several service jobs and repairs done here and have always been pleased. I always recommend Saratoga Honda, and will continue to do so.

All by text: Easily scheduled an inspection and repair, communicated with service dept. Pre-paid the invoice using a text link. Only time needed to go inside was to pick up car after service completed. A several minutes wait at the counters, but when it was my turn service was quick to get car brought around.

Had an urgent situation due to a flat tire. Got in and out quickly and was able to pickup the kiddos on time thanks to the timely service. Been to this location multiple times for maintenance and always seem to be helped by Cameron. He s the best! Makes the process smooth and easy every time.

Recently purchased a pre owned vehicle from Saratoga Honda. Only days after picking up the vehicle my rear passenger tire went completely flat. After the tire was removed it was a leak on the inside sidewall of tire. Saratoga Honda was contacted and made good on replacing the tire, that is exceptional commitment to the customer and great service.

We purchased a Honda Accord from a couple near us. It is 22 years old and only had 1 key. We had parts department order one and then we scheduled the matching to the car. It was fast and their thorough free inspection of the car was very helpful.

Upon our arrival up in Lake George on Saturday, the vehicle would not start. We called Saratoga Honda on Monday and they were very quick to respond. Honda has serviced two of my cars in the last two weeks for routine maintenance. They always do a great job and are super friendly. They also always help in laying out service recommendations for the future so I can prepare and budget.

I was desperate to get wiper blades (it was snowing) installed as I had to be in DC in 8 hr for an urgent appt. That was last Dec and I had been away ever since and wanted to write a review about the advisors at Saratoga Honda since I am back. They charged me a ripoff $100 to do so. Yes I could have done it myself but I had the wrong blades. Shame on me to be taken to the cleaners by this unethical dealership (I image what its like to buy or lease from these vultures) but also shame on them for ripping me off like that. I since bought a Toyota.

Have been a customer here since 1998. Never a problem. Take the car on-time, finish on-time. Never try to up-sell. Ive gone through a generation of service reps and they are all friendly and courteous. Over the years I have wanted to try a different brand of car but I keep coming back to Saratoga Honda.

Brought in car for a rattling noise from suspension. I had brought the car to a different dealer in the past and they told me that they couldn t find anything wrong. Saratoga Honda found and fixed them problem and now the rattles are gone and the car feels like new!

Super communicative (text and email updates, plus the comprehensive review, diagnostics etc), detailed, reliable, responsive, and prompt, and also more so in every way than any other Honda service I ve been to. Service Dept- Cameron was able to get my vehicle in on a Saturday emergency and diagnosed the problem.

Took my Ridgeline in for its first oil change. They told me how long it would take which was on point. Had my grandson with me who stayed pretty occupied in the waiting area. They also helped me with connecting my phone to the truck better than I had it. Everyone was great to work.

Needed a same day NYS inspection and boy was my experience amazing. Let me tell you why. 1st off, their online scheduling platform is seemless and efficient. You pick the vehicle and service needed, shuttle/drop-off/stay options and then it shows you all of the available times to pick from and reserve. When you get there, a rep greets you and takes a quick walk around video of your vehicle and escorts you in to meet your service rep. I got Megan. She verified the appointment and made sure the services I needed were accurate. She then asked if I needed a shuttle, was dropping off or staying and said the expected wait time of the job. She offered to familiarize me with the customer lounge, which had free snacks, beverages, plugs, charging ports, TVs and more. Get the moccachino w/1caramel pump; you wont be disappointed. A little after, I got a text link that took me to pictures and prices of services that needed to be done or were recommended. You then click approve or decline on each section that was discovered in the inspection. I personally declined a small part that was deficient and would fail the NYS inspection and attempted to find a quality DOT approved piece online to do myself, of which there werent any. There were some sketchy ones as an option but I am electronically and mechanically inclined so was going to attempt the job myself and get it rechecked after. A little while later she called me up and said that they went ahead and replaced it at no cost and the vehicle was ready. Im assuming Kody the technician had one laying around in his bin of extras and was nice enough to take care of me. The experience of dealing with auto shops is usually overwhelming and something people do not ever look forward to but my experience was one of ease, comfort and complete confidence. I have not used them for major repairs but if they take care of the little jobs, its usually a good sign. Mind you, shops dont get paid for NYS inspections. $21 is not even enough to pay for the mechanics inspection time, let alone the repair they did at no cost. On top of that, they gave me a free card for their new, on-site carwash. So they spent time, money, coffee, a carwash and parts today... but what they got from all of that was one impressed customer. I didnt have cash on hand but plan to stop by and bring a gesture of my appreciation to Megan and Kody. A shop employee followed up the next day with a text to check on everything and make sure that I was satisfied and see if I needed anything else. Thats just the cherry on top when a company looks to ensure everything went perfect and if not, look to make it right. We bought a used 2021 Subaru crosstrek from the dealership. They were great from the start. Just had the first oil change that was part of the service plan. No problems. They were quick, and set up the car wash for us. I can cancel my Hoffman car wash plan now..

When my oil change and NYS inspection was done the car passed but Brian said it was recommended I get tires, brake pads and wheel alignment fairly soon because they just barely passed. I went the next week to get it completed. I compared price with another location that specializes in tires and brakes but they couldn t beat the quote I had received at Saratoga Honda. Plus they wouldn t have the nice clean and comfortable waiting area. Been using their service for over 10 years because I trust them.

Always have a good experience with the service area. Just one thing. I think it would be wise to put a dog waste trash barrel outside. A man walked in with a doggie bag and placed it in the trash where people were putting the coffee cups. Ugh

Facility was spotless. I was scheduled for a recall .Service Reps were very detail-oriented referencing that my registration had expired..I left the sticker & she offered to have it placed on the windshield. An hour later I rec d a detailed list of recommendations for future maintenance. Vehicle finished w/recall within the 2hrs promised.

Just a great team and automotive experience at Saratoga Honda. Ethan in Sales is extremely knowledgeable but not pushy. The service crew from the initial contact to the technician who works on your car are all well trained, friendly, and honest. Cannot say much more than that
