Old Saratoga Restorations, Inc. in Saratoga Springs

Called OSR and left two messages roughly a week apart. I described the general scope of work and that I had heard really terrific things about the business and the quality of work being performed. I was told on each of the two occasions that Bob would be given my message and information and that he'd return my calls. Four weeks later I've heard nothing. If this is how prospective customers are treated, I think I'm fortunate to have avoided how they treat their customers.
