I recently bought a new car (2019 Toyota Camary Hybrid) from Karlin s Auto Sales. This car has all the bells and whistles. It is an amazing car with everything I was looking for: GPS, back up camera, leather seats, an excellent audio system, great drive, etc. I got a good deal on my trade-in which I made me happy. Both Lindsay and Bill were a pleasure to deal with. They did not pressure me to make a quick decision but it was an easy decision for me to make quickly. Cant say enough good things about Linsey and his business. We called asking for a specific style of car at a certain price and they happened to have one coming in that day (amazing timing). Lindsey held the car for us to come see even though he had people asking about it, he took my old car as a trade in and gave us a very good trade in value, and did all the work of getting a new license plate and switching the insurance to the new car. About 2 weeks after we purchased the car, the battery died (my mistake) - the dead battery cause the audio system to stop working as an antitheft precaution and I needed a code to get it working again. My husband and I discovered this as we started an 8 hour road trip. The code wasnt in the manual (specific to each individual car) so I called Lindsey, I left a voicemail and he called me back within a half hour and worked with Honda to get the code to me and the radio was back on within an hour. About 2 weeks after that I woke up to a flat tire, called Lindsey and he got me the next morning to his repair shop and they fixed the flat for free. Linsdeys been so helpful, kind, fair and responsive to all our needs throughout the whole process. We will continue going to him for cars and service from now on - I recommend you do the same.
