Made it sound like everything was good, they had me put a $100 "refundable" deposit down on a car to hold it for a week, then the sales person stopped talking. Next day I messaged him and he said their was an issue with my income, he needed more forms( forms I already sent to the email address he provided). Still haven't received my deposit back, still havent heard anything back.
Great people here, Chris the owner is very genuine and hands on + helpful + his people always give me their honest opinion which I value. They do a very clean job in a timely manner.
Horrible horrible horrible. I cannot say enough bad things about this awful establishment. For starters their rude customer service could care less about you or your car. I was practically screamed out by a grown man for standing up for myself when saying I only needed an oil change as they tried to scam me by saying my car needed way more attention then it did. I advise you to go anywhere else besides Mackey Auto.
Bought a part for my older subaru. Part did not fit. Tried to return only to find out the new computer doesn't do returns. Have to wait till the next day to go back and pick up a check. Now thats great customer service right there!!!!
Called to have a new ignition key made for my Subaru Forester. I was told it would be a day or two to arrive. Called back on Thursday to get an ETA for the key. Only now was I told I had to prepay for the key. Have now wasted 4 days with no car. When I go to pay I’m expecting to get the key by Monday of the following week. At which time I’m told the key dept is closed until Tuesday. This will make some 10+ days of lost time. Absolutely deplorable service!! I will never use this place again!!
We had a issue with our Ford Transit RV and the service provided by Nicole and the service team at Mackey Commerial Group was excellent. They got us in, diagnosed the issue and back on the road in 5 hours. While we were wating for the repairs they gave us a ride to and from the local casino. Another thing the service facility was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. Special thanks to Nicole and our courtesy van driver.
Hello. I wanna share my great experience buying a car long distance, sight unseen in summer 2021. I was helped by several people from the parts department to service department all the way to the owner of the dealership himself. And I'm very pleased with everything along the way. Car finally arrived in Czech Republic, Europe 3 months later and I could not be more pleased with my purchase. Car was very well presented but I think it's even nicer in person. I was truly amazed by the Saratoga team! After dropping off our son who was leaving for the Marines our 3.5 hour trip home to Vermont was met with a significant break down. Not even from the area let alone the State of New York, they took excellent care of my family as if we were long time customers. Salesman wasnt pushy. Wishing we wouldve been told the AC on the test drive car wasnt working before we made the 3 hours drive. Friendly employees.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. ****5/25/2021....the chip I mentioned in the windshield....someone has already attempted to fix it per Safelite. This dealership sold us the vehicle this way. Now we need to replace the entire windshield on our 1 week old vehicle. Despicable outrageous conduct!
I have been screwed over through this company. I have canceled the gap insurance and extended services 6 month ago they still have not send a check to my bank where got the car loan through bank of America and giving us the run around. They are not a very good car dealer to work with etc.
Watch out for hidden charges in their service department. I had an oil change and tire rotation and was told one price when I dropped my car off and then was charged extra money because my vehicle takes more oil than their preliminary estimate. You would think a car dealership would know how many quarts of oil each type of vehicle takes. So tired of all the bait and switch tactics.

Several employees in the showroom without masks. Visited 3 dealerships. That was the only one where that was true. At Goldsteins everyone wore masks including service.
