Purchased a 2024 Gladiator Sport that ended up having a lot of issues Stellantis only made it partially right, Nemer of Saratoga CJDR is who actually made it right! Nemer isn't just someone's name on a building, when push came to shove the owner didn't leave only up to the GM to deal with all of the issues; he took the time not once but twice during several issues I was having to either speak to me over the phone and even in person. I will be forever grateful for the GM Bill, Josh Nemer, and the service department manager Fred Cheney for dealing with my 2024 and me for months! I now have a brand new 2025 and couldn't be happier. My salesman Joe was such a pleasure as well, and he had such a small town touch to say thank you for doing business with him! When the time comes my husband and I know where to go for our next vehicles.

November 15, 2024 Restoring this Nemer review to 5 Stars Finally. Three months after the unexpected task cancellation. Nine months after original repair order opened (different Service Manager). With a sense of appreciation, we are restoring this review to five stars based on successful repairs. Fred, the current Service Manager, successfully worked through emergent Stellantis requirements and invoice non-payments, and released the Jeep paint bubbling repair. Kenny, at Coles Collision professionally worked through onerous Stellantis documentation requirements and completed the repairs and repainting over ten days, including an emergent issue on different doors. Hopefully Stellantis pays this invoice in a timely fashion and the other repairs in the extensive queue can move along. While this under corrosion warranty repair seems extraordinarily prolonged, Fred did a professional job of keeping us informed and provided a convenient loaner vehicle during the paint repair period, once he became involved. Sept 2024 Update (3 Starts, was 5 Stars Originally) Received promised update call from Fred Cheney at Nemer. Some slight forward progress (several small invoices paid) with Stellantis payments but not ready to restart Cole s repair work. Root cause, according to Fred, is Stellantis changing requirements for payment after repairs are complete and invoice submitted. Fred committed to call back in one week. Warranty work like this Jeep will be considered priority. While still frustrating, at least we got a call. Aug 2024 Update There is a new service manager, Fred, for the last several months at Nemer Saratoga. We were notified by Coles Collision today, August 22, 2024, that a previously scheduled Jeep paint bubbling repair (on the books since February 2024 with all parts on hand) for September 5, 2024 needs to be rescheduled. Five working days seems like late notification. After a call to Fred, Im not sure whether to be more upset with Nemer or Stellantis. There is long-standing paint bubbling issue associated with some Jeeps, coupled with Stellantis not paying outstanding repair invoices in a timely manner and making the invoice process painful with new and emergent requirements. This recurring combination of factors has now impacted the long scheduled Jeep repair at Coles collision for us. This recurring issue was a problem when the previous service manager also worked through challenging issues and only scheduled the Sept. Jeep repair when parts were on hand and invoices were being paid. Apparently the non responsive Stellantis process has once again led to an eight week backlog with $90k outstanding in completed but unpaid and no smooth process to move from a pile of warranty claims to invoices being paid. Bottom Line: surprises are unprofessional and never good for customers, especially without an upfront discussion on a late impact. An update has been promised for September 12, 2004 so well see. Previous review - January 2024 Bottom Line: Dave Grinko, the new Service Manager at Nemer Jeep Chrysler is making a huge positive difference. Based on historical reviews, I was reluctant to even use the location to have maintenance done and explore some bubbled paint. Dave worked hard with us to adroitly turn a negative situation into a very positive one. The shop now seems well organized, flows well and the repairs were done promptly with updated status during the visit. If youve been hesitant based on other historical reviews, try them out now.

I recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Nemer CJDR of Saratoga. Mike Mazula, sales consultant, and others members of the sales staff were accommodating at all times. I was very impressed with how Nemer prepared the vehicle for resale and Nemer s willingness to negotiate the vehicle s list price. Based on my experience, I will return to Nemer in the future when I need to purchase another vehicle.
We had an issue with our truck- the push start button- and I have to admit I was furious. The manager and service tech went over and above to help us. I honestly have never been treated well by a car dealership prior to this. They are extremely attentive and we had a bad day turn into a good experience
Brought my truck in for an airbag recall, the dash looks the same as when i brought it in but i kept finding screws that werent put back in on my carpet.

The Visit was very good and it went smooth
I recently brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an O2 sensor replacement and upon driving my car off of the lot I noticed that there as a loud thud coming from under my car when I would drive over bumps which was not present when I had dropped the car off for service a few hours prior. I returned to Nemer to have them check over the car again and after multiple visits back, they were unable to diagnose the issue. I ultimately had to visit two other local repair shops to diagnose the issue, only find out that Nemer negligently did not finish tightening various bolts on the undercarriage of the car which they had loosened to change the O2 sensors. After the bolts were tightened the thud from under the car was resolved. I would have expected a much better experience when visiting a Jeep dealership which supposedly has certified Jeep technicians working on the cars. Would not recommend and would not return here.
Service dept is a joke. Went in for an inspection and they forgot to put the sticker on the window, really? Among other things , I won t be returning.

Had brand new brakes, tires, Bunch of different fluids replaced very expensive. Two days later my car was vibrating profusely, and I discovered that some of the Lugnuts were not tightened all the way. Dont waste your money and time here! I ordered a ram 1500 here in november 2022, I repeatedly emphasized before buying the car that I need an emergency braking system, and the salesman assured me that the car I ordered had this feature. After waiting for 3 months, the car arrived, (they said before I ordered the car that I might get it within 3 weeks). but it miss out the emergency brake feature I most need. Now they didn t take responsibility for their mistakes, they just say they cant refund the deposit because I signed the contract. So I would like to remind people who are going to buy a car here, DO NOT PUT ANY DEPOSIT here, because the current car is likely to be different from what you ordered, and they will not refund you the money, and the manager will give you a very bad experience !

This service team went above and beyond for me . I didn t even buy my jeep from there and they were very understanding . I took my jeep to an another specialist in town and it was a nightmare. I brought my 2012 jeep Rubicon manual to Nemer service and they were exceptional. Brad the tech was super knowledgeable. After having my shocks replaced, the service shop never re-installed the airbox. This was not known and the truck was run for thousands of miles without an air box. They are trying to charge me for new parts and now the health of my motor is suspect. I will not use this service shop ever again.

Really great place for taking advantage of people they think know nothing about cars! They tried to tell me my rotor was smooth and that s why it didn t pass inspection and we re going to charge me almost $800 for a singular rotor as well $118 for a bulb for my front headlight. Took my car elsewhere for a re-inspection and it passed perfectly fine and the nice people that inspected my car said they were most certainly trying to rip me off. Seems like I might be putting in a call to the Better Business Bureau soon <3

Nemer of Saratoga just happens to be closest for maintenance under warranty and included maintenance plans unfortunately. I have 3 annoying issues that have not been addressed after 4 separate visits.

Beware doing business with this dealership, especially their Repair Shop brought my Ram 3500 in for repair after it had a check engine light on for misfires, i told them the codes because they had come off, Misfire cylinder 6 and multiples, they kept the truck for three days, never put it on a lift, just drove it up the road, ordered a fuel injector for ONE cylinder, then told me they cant fix it because the check engine lights off even though those codes get stored in the computer. told me to drive the truck around until the check engine light came back on, which i did the next day, then they told me they couldnt have it back in because their heavy lift is broke (thats when i finally realized they lied the whole time and never even looked at the truck) The service advisor lied, the manager lied, id never buy anything or do any business with this place ever again, and i go out of my way to warn other people not to do business here!!

I had set up a test drive with this dealership at 1:15 pm, on a Tuesday. I arrived and to my surprise, the car was in front and waiting already! I cannot say enough about how easy this was. I also had a leased vehicle at the time with 2 more payments left. Had an issue with my Jeep Wrangler that needed immediate attention. Other dealership in area would not take my Jeep. Although Nemer was busy, with no appointments available that day, they did take my Jeep. My Jeep was subsequently repaired and ready for pick up by the end of the day. The guy in service was very courteous and accommodating. I also liked the mechanic sent an inspection video prior to repair. Thank you
Never go here to get a vehicle serviced. It seems like they inflate labor hours, which btw is $150/hr for people that cant even diagnose very apparent issues. They wont test drive to ensure work is complete. Heck they dont even listen when you tell them what the vehicle needs. Parts are also more than 2x more expensive then if you sourced them yourself. $80 for an air filter? I get it that they need to make money, but really? Great sales team Ive heard, but go elsewhere for work unless its warranty work you dont need to pay for.

Sadly, have to say service department here has gone down significantly in my last couple visits. I had a warranty issue with my shocks. Initially took three weeks to get an appointment and when I came in to have the scheduled work done they only fixed the back shocks stating they were unable to use after market parts for a warranty issue. I received a call two weeks later to come back, the shocks were in to fix the front. After having the vehicle for two hours I called for a status update and was told they only fixed one shock because they didn t have any more in stock. So now I have to wait again for a part and come in for a third time to fix one issue. Unbelievably frustrating and inconvenient.
Very dissatisfied with service December 2023. Told undercoat was in done and it was not. Had another dealer inform me that undercoating was never done. Check engine light was on for the whole month of December.

RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I just had one of the worst experiences ever with a dealer service department! I had my truck in for a road force balance. The service manager comes out and tells me that balancing the tires will do no good because the tires on the rear were slightly cupped. These tires have about 10,000 miles on them. I explained to him that they were fine until I brought them in a few weeks ago for rotate and balance. They said the road force balancer was broken and they used the regular balancer. THAT IS WHEN THEY STARTED VIBRATING!!! So I bring the truck back in today to have them ROAD FORCE balanced and Mr. Congenial says he doesn t want to do it because it won t fix the problem. He opens the door of the shop and tells me to back the truck out. WOW!!! I read somewhere in another review that they got a new service manager. If this is the guy then good luck. You lost my business forever!!! I wish there was a negative 5 option for reviews.

Today we went to test drive some Jeep Wranglers that were listed on the dealers webpage. We got to the dealership and the vehicles were inside the showroom. They wanted us to commit to buying to take them out and let us drive them, which we werent willing to do obviously. There is a $5,000 mark-up right now over sticker that they were hung up on, because of low inventory. I want to let you know that other Jeep dealers in the area are not doing this, particularly Goldstein and Lia. The reason we went to Nemer was because they had a particular feature on one of the vehicles that we wanted. I told the Sales Manager that we would probably order a vehicle that had the feature we wanted, and he said the same $5,000 mark up would occur, due to low inventory. I questioned how they could price gauge on a special order, and he said its across the board. So, a few other buying options for you, the consumer. Go to another Jeep dealer where they are being fair and transparent with their pricing and not trying to stick it to the buyer. OR, you can also shop right online at the Jeep E-Shop, and have your Jeep delivered to your door, thereby eliminating the need for car dealers, especially the shady ones like Nemer, at all! :)
The first salesman kept me waiting outside for about 15 minutes. I went back in to check on him and he was helping someone else. The second salesman kept me waiting for another ten minutes. I went back to check on him and he was outside the building smoking a cigarette. Its like they dont want to sell you a vehicle. I was prepared to buy a new truck on the lot that day, but left in disgust. Complete incompetence.
Service department seems to be good but the sales people are very deceitful and lie to cover up their other lies. They try to take advantage of the customer every chance they get and hope you dont notice.
What was supposed to be routine turned into a bunch of other issues. Not their fault as my poor car is 20 years old with over 200k miles. They dealt with it with grace and took care of me. Ive been a nemer customer since youth and will remain.
We had a 8:30am service appointment, they didnt have time, they kept our vehicle a second day, didnt get to it. This is a you problem how you scheduled. You need to change how you schedule. Not getting to the car, and not calling to even let us know that you were behind, poor business practice.

Service was abysmal. Made a 10:00 AM appointment for some minor mechanical recall on Tuesday, they never got to it. Promised 1st car Wednesday. Never got in. Now promised 1st car Thursday. I will let you know how it goes... Update, car returned three days after appt. People there are nice, they just really need to do a better job scheduling appointments. Customers need their vehicles, that is why they schedule repairs. From one star to a very stretched three .

Terrible service
Calling to schedule an appointment was smooth using the automated phone system. They have the best Jeep service around. The service team understood the services needed, and performed the services before my actual appointment time.
Nice sales people, prices were fair i just ended up buying a different make due to my needs but if in the market again I would definitely look at them
Ram pickup has been there almost 3 weeks with a powersteering problem, steering rack installed. New contact installed. Powersteering still not operating. Now its time for a new wire harness. Will that solve it. Who knows? Apparently the service dept. dont. Warranty work done by Nemer Chrysler Jeep of Saratoga.
went shopping for a new jeep wrangler and found just the one I wanted for the right price . I had an excellent experience, sales staff was helpful and prompt with all paper work and I drove away with my new jeep that night .I will be back when I shop again in a few years

Do not deal with the sales team at Saratoga Nemer. They are dishonest, sly and they pulled a bait and switch on me. When I confronted them on the bait and switch even though I was clear about features I wanted they pulled a fast one on me. Besides not taking any responsibility when I told them a feature was not in the car I purchased which I stated I wanted, They didn t even offer me something to make a client happy. Like a maintenance plan etc . I also will not use the service dept as I am disgusted with my treatment.
They did a quick and thorough inspection and oil change on my Van. They even send a video of the mechanic/ technician doing the inspection. I need 2 new tires and they offered to do them but they weren t pushy about it. Good staff and friendly service. I ll be back for my regular check ups and repairs. Thank you!

My Chrysler Aspen was running fine but developed a small oil leak. I took it to Nemer Chrysler dealership because I wanted it done right. They diagnosed a leaking valve cover gasket and offered to fix it for $1585 ( quote attached ). Google reported the repair should be less than $500 and I declined Nemer s offer and picked up my car. My car, which ran fine before I declined their offer, now would not run.
I went in there not knowing that I would come out with a car!! I would like to really Thank Steve s for the wonderful and excellent help he offered and gave!! Without him I would ve not be in my new vehicle!! He has a huge heart and sees the positivity and the good intentions in everyone!! The whole staff is just very friendly and welcoming!! I would recommend for people who would love to buy a vehicle and feel scared or nervous to try out Nemers they will actually work with you all the way through 100%!!
Had to go back to make it right but no problem thay took care of the problem
I had two different dealerships look at my truck that has had wiring issues and they could not figure out what the source of the issue was. I spent numerous days taking my truck back and forth, neither dealer could help. I took my truck to Nemer and they took care of it right away. Very happen with their service.

If you like to wait 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation Neemer is the place to go. 30 plus employees walking around with 1 other customer waiting in the waiting room. 2 hours is unacceptable when under an appointment!!! I will drive 3 towns away before I go to Neemer on Quaker rd!!!

Arrived at 7:30 a young man told me they were not open yet and offered me to park in side apologized to me for me being early and as soon as the desk employee showed up they got me in and I was out in 15 minutes. The Saturday crew did a GREAT Job
Marlene was nice but the guy that we spoke to was chewing gum and when we went out to look at a vehicle, he was smoking. I found that unprofessional. He also didnt tell us what we were going out to look at. He offered us a car that had as many miles on it as the car I already have and a year older. Why would I want to trade down.
They fixed my radio for me even when I didn t ask them to. Having it be broken wasn t going to kill me while driving, so I opted out and they did it anyway. Huge surprise when I picked up the car, it absolutely made my day

I have gone to Nemer a few times and worked with Leon, who always seemed to look out for my best interests. Recently went in to get a head light bulb replaced and take a look at an issue with the remote starter for my car. A video was uploaded from the mechanic for a walkthrough of the car, pointed out that the light bulb was blown. Well, I eventually got a quote for $517 to replace it. When I called to ask why, the service manager explained that in order to make sure that the unit wasnt faulty can caused the bulb to burn out, I should replace the whole unit. I recognize that dealers are expensive, but this was the equivalent of an electrician suggesting that a light fixture needs to be replaced to in order to replace a light bulb. Youd probably find a new electrician. He also explained that the head light bulb may be causing the remote start to not work on the vehicle... ??? Not a mechanic, but I dont see that connection. The remote starter ended up working for the mechanic when he tried twice. Shockingly, it didnt work when I go to pick up my car at the end of the day, (and get charged the service diagnostic fee for them to tell my my bulb is out, and remote start works when I couldnt even leave the parking lot in order to see it doesnt). Bring back Leon. Krystal is pretty honest too.
The ultimate bait and switch .. I test drove the compass yesterday.. waited an hour for finance to work the deal only to find out it was a deal on a different car that I did not test drive or see watch out for this dealership..
Tasteless marketing. Received a letter in the mail that suggested I owed them $900. Upon further reading it stated (if I get a loan). Its poor business practices like this that will mar their reputation and repel customers like me.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Avoid this company like the plague. If I could give them a lower than one i would. Horrible service, unacceptable behavior, unaccountable for actions. Contacted the owners Eric and Josh lets see if I get a call back.

Its not worth it you look at Kelley Blue book at what your vehicle is worth and they want to give you a lot less than what the vehicles worth like $15,000 less and then want you to put down $15,000 on the next purchase who does that

They offer a full selection of standard in stock parts as well as ordering of parts for Fiat Chrysler vehicles. They also offer additional services beyond the capabilities of the dealerships further north in the Adirondacks.
The most amazing and helpful people I have EVER dealt with! I always worry about going to dealerships and it taking up so much time and or not really knowing what I m doing. But these guys made it completely comfortable and painless getting me into my new Jeep! I am so grateful I went with Nemer and I will continue to do business them!

My 2020 Dodge RAM with less than 9K miles wouldn t engage into 4WD. I called every dealership on Long Island for a clear warrantee issue. Many would not make an appointment, and if they agreed to an appointment, none would give me a loaner for the day or two that they needed to diagnose and repair a product defect covered under warranted. I originally purchased my truck from Nemer. I called Nemer on a Friday, and they took me in the very next Saturday morning, provided me a loaner, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and it was fixed in less than an hour 5 days later. The four-hour drive was worth it. I have been distraught with Dodge, but if I purchase another truck, I will return to Nemer for their phenomenal customer service and support. They stand behind the RAM product, which is much more than I can say about any Long Island RAM dealership.
Leon in service is always pleasant, to the point, and very professional. Your Svce Techs are always on top of any problems, return my truck no dirtier than how i handed it over. Nice waiting room...t.v. channel leaves ALOT of room for improvement. Highly recommend

Great people I m their service department, took care of me and got me in and out as best they could. They allowed me to understand everything and didn t try to force me into anything other than what I was asking for but were very thorough with their inspection of my truck.
