We worked with Abedul Wahed. We saw the car we wanted online, we spoke with Abedul and he set up an appt that worked well with our schedule. He took us for a good test drive and then started work on a fair deal. Abedul is polite and friendly and did not make our transaction difficult like so many auto dealers do. We reached agreement on a fair deal and received the car at a convenient time for us, everything was seamless and enjoyable. The finance manager worked with as well and was friendly and courteous. We would definitely work with Abedul and New Country on future car buying adventures.

The finance manager was great but the service after I brought the car is terrible the manager who worked on the evening of 4/18/24 is very rude I think he is racist the way he spoke to me he would never speak to a male that way or a white person I would never buy anything from there again. Daniel was nice unfortunately he move on please find a different Benz dealer not Hartford I was told not to go there because there service is bad but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt doubt smh.
Purchased a brand new Mercedes from their Devon dealership. It went in for yearly maintenance and returned filthy. A week later, they detailed it. Their driver delivered it to our residence, only for us to discover upon inspection that the passenger side had extensive damage. The driver returned to Devon with the car and there has been little communication since. The GM, nor anyone else in the group responds. They have numerous reports filed against them with the BBB and have a 1.7 rating from customers.
Ive been a customer of New Country for over 20 years. The superior product and the exemplary sales and service staff are what keep me coming back. They have always taken care of our family both before and after the sale. Great attention to detail and customer service by all.
i bought an E450 wagon and found Mirela Dunn to provide a very comfortable, responsive, and efficient sales experience. She is an effective sales associate without the stereotype sales persona; she is authentic, knowledgable, and comfortable in her skin. Much more disarming than the aggressive sales approach and fosters trust. Mike Viara handled the financing and warranty part and i found him very easy and pleasant to work with. Explained all the options well without pushing all the options or wasting my time.
5 stars to Jonathan The check engine light appeared, I read the manual and called for an appointment. Jonathan called and explained what needed to be fixed.. He also suggested they keep the car, do the next scheduled maintenance, which was a month a way and replace the cracked windshield. He continued on a daily basis to keep me informed. My 2015 GLK was returned looking like new, inside and outside.
The staff are fantastic and cross-trained to diagnose issues regarding your safety and convenience. This is uniquely attributed to New Country; staff competence in remediation and personal understanding of rental and other transportation issues is exemplary. In particular, Mr. Jonathan Karimi and John Distefano are stand out folks who listen to the issues and then help you make repair decisions. One size does not fit all... but if you need repair of your Merc, this is the only place to go... This team of miracle repair workers really pays attention to detail and have a willingness to discuss your repair options and walk you through the repair process.
Today I was able to drop my car off at the service department my service advisor Christopher Vlachogia was very professional and very prompt at getting my problem solved with my 250 GLa Mercedes. I drove my car from Florida to Hartford Connecticut to visit family and my coolant light was on. I asked him to check everything else. He was very honest with me. I would have to say that integrity is everything when it comes to this dealership and its service department especially having someone like Christopher he made customer service a number one priority., and I m sure he s the pride of his dealership. New Country Mercedes Hartford.This review is LONG OVER DUE. I want to send a huge thank you to John Moore! He went ABOVE and BEYOND for me, handle my insurance communication, provided me a loaner (greatly appreciated), and made sure my car was in pristine condition. He even knew I wanted an original rim and tires after hitting debris on 91, he handled everything for me during a stressful situation. I will always go to New Country Mercedes because of @johnmoore! I bought a 2021 certified Pre-owned Mercedes Benz E-350 at New Country and shortly after driving away had an engine light appear. Sometimes adversity tells you about a dealership. When everything goes smoothly comparisons are easy. The service department acted swiftly on a Saturday and got me an immediate loaner before the problem was even diagnosed. Communication via phone and video text on Monday kept me informed and confident my repairs, although inconvenient, would be top priority for them. My part needed to come from Germany which meant downtime for days. But, the part was expedited via Fedex and I was kept electrically charged by the service dept (for free) while I waited a week for my part to come. Danny, in service, and management were sympathetic and efficient in a tough situation. I got my car back running perfectly. Now I feel I am doing business with a quality dealership that can spring into action when necessary-- and takes its customer service to the highest level. I would recommend New Country Mercedes to anybody.
You guys are over and over and over price If MB. Is going to change part for you they going charge you 3 times the part price to fix even if it takes few minutes but the charge arm and leg Over price they over charge you and worst customer service

Worst buying experience Ive ever encountered. I went to purchase a vehicle had a pleasant experience with the sales person Mike. I proceed to ask the manager JOE SAJDA if there was any wiggle room with the pricing of the vehicle. He told me flat out no!!! Ok cool the price is the price. I crossed out the vin etch fee of $399 and nitro fill fee of $299. The manage Joe Sajda told me i had to take these options that i didnt want. Otherwise he would not sell me the car. Well hold on there buddy. it Cleary stated optional on you purchase order!!!! What he didnt know is that im in the industry and ITS ILLEGAL to tell me this. he refused to sell me the vehicle if i didnt purchase an optional service. so at this point I feel discriminated against. Now i feel like its the color of my skin. Im cleary telling you i dont want to purchase something im not obligated to purchase so you refuse the sale?????????? or is it because Im black and someone else who isnt black will purchase the vehicle with out this optional service!!

Excellent buying experience provided by consultant Ryan McLoughin. We had decided on a specific model and color MB found one on internet 100 miles away and inquired. Ryan McLoughlin of New Country MB in Hartford responded and ably addressed questions with additional pictures, a road test and specific information. A few days later we drove up from N.J. and home in the afternoon with a 2019 red GLC300. Soon noticed a rattle in the passenger side rear. Local MB diagnosed and recommended a shock absorber replacement and suggested new brake rotors. Sent the report up to Ryan, who responded promptly with a service appointment to have it fixed in his shop. Arrived at service at 8:30 AM and was on the way home by noon because Ryan scheduled service and ordered parts in advance. All issues fixed. Very much enjoyed working with Ryan Mcloughlin an engaging, professional young man who is passionate about his job. Ryan provided excellent service and was a ready advocate for getting things right. In all, very happy with Ryan McLoughlin experience and our new MB.

I have always wanted to get a Mercedes and finally decided on getting one. I went to New Country Mercedes and met with an incredible sales person. Nick Provera was so professional and courteous. I was nervous going in and immediately I was put at ease. He was so very knowledgeable and accomodating. I had many many questions and he was able to answer all of them. When I went to pick up my car I had forgotten to ask about a special feature and was told my car didnt have it. He saw the disappointment in my face and negotiated with his management to get me that special feature added with no extra charge. I couldnt imagine someone sooo incredibly considerate and obliging. I was greeted and assisted by Avneesh who was amazing. He was extremely knowledgable and treated my like family. During the sale process the staff were extremely friendly and transparent with all information. I absolutely love my new C300 and will be returning in 3 years for my next Mercedes lease.
My beloved 2013 Benz GLK250 BLUETEC diesel required extensive emission related repairs (no charge) as well as very, very difficult diagnostics (repairs unrelated to emissions recall). Jonathan Karimi was my service advisor and I can say he handled every element of the unusual sequence of events with courtesy and absolute professionalism. He even got THREE different managers involved to ensure my vehicle had the correct updates and that the repairs made kept my engine light off. Management involvement included extensive test drives and oversight to validate repairs. My courtesy cars were an added bonus. New Country runs a seamless, pain-free, very upscale experience.
For several years, Ive had my Toyota vehicles serviced at this location. They are efficient, friendly, and thorough. They have a comfortable waiting room with a TV. There is complimentary coffee and water. If you need a loaner for any extended service, theyll provide you with one. I have always been completely satisfied with their service and highly recommend.

Communication was poor. I dropped my car off for servicing and was only able to communicate with the service tech via text messaging despite requesting a call back from him as well as leaving three voice messages for the service manager. My car was there for over two weeks. During this time, I requested a loaner and was refused as there was a week and half waiting list. Turns out, after having my car sitting in service, they were not able to find the part in order to complete the work. At no time did they let me know that they were unable to locate the part. I ended up calling the dealer receptionist and telling her that I was coming to pick up the car. Neither the service tech or the service manager ever called me back. I only received a snippy text message from the service tech complaining that my son just showed up and that the car was taken apart and that my son would need to come back later to pick it up. We did pay the diagnostic charge, as disclosed when we dropped it off, but I do not plan to go back.
I always think about Mercedes as a classy and elegant car. I visited New Country Mercedes and ended up leasing a CLA250. I was very happy. Finally I have my dream car. What a pleasure to work with this dealer. I find myself treated with a lot of respect and consideration. Its very rare in this days. Thank you to all departments and especially to the manager John. OMG! I am a 63 year old who loves cars and thinks he knows everything about the car business. I hate buying cars because... well you know... car dealerships. New Country is different. They are truly customer centric. On Jan 31 2021 i bought a 70,000 mile used GLC300. Christopher was so diligent, honest, detailed, and empathetic that it blew me away. One month and 2000 miles later the check engine light came on.... oh no here we go. Long story short my service ticket was assigned Stuart. He was great. He took the problem, diagnosed it, and texted me to let me know they were on it. Then followed up with a text later and by the end of the day let me know it was ready. I was having some challenges to get there to pick up the car. Stuart took it to his peers on the desk for a solution and then went to his boss, John DeStefano. They came up with a very accommodating resolution to my problem. And when I got the car back it was obvious that the service department at New Country is at a different level than any other car dealership the world over. The car had been fixed and then washed! After a few days Stuart followed up with me to make sure New Country had gotten it right. Boy, did they ever! If John DeStefano was a football coach his team would win the Superbowl every year. I am unequivocally recommending New Country to my friends and family (even to my sister, who lives in Atlanta and should come to Connecticut to buy from New Country) In the end this is a case of a problem which was not their fault turning me into a life long advocate for New Country. They did the right thing and honored their word at every turn.

I got a very good deal on a second hand car here. I was in a pinch after I hit a deer with my trusty Honda during the pandemic. They didnt take advantage of the situation. Everyone was very friendly and we were able to take a test drive, work out a deal without having direct contact in the showroom. Ive had the car 4 months, and we havent had an issue with it yet. Even thought the car was heavily discounted from the KBB price, they still put new tires and brakes prior to delivery. We brought it back in for our complimentary service, and they were very efficient, and didnt try to sell us a bunch of things we didnt need. This is a stand up dealership.
Stay away from these CROOKS! I seen a 1 year old $52,000 vehicle on Cargurus made a deal over the phone flew 1000 miles to get it and when I arrived they couldnt figure out how to complete the paperwork. Two days later they still did not get the paperwork correct. I simply wanted the vehicle put into my companies name. On the second day I finally lost it and told them to put it into my name just so I can be done with it. I get the vehicle home and find out that the roof leaks terribly from the clearance lights. I called them and they told me to bring it to my local Ford dealership and that they would PAY for it. My vehicle still at the dealership for 8 days now and Saratoga Ford has changed their tune saying to call Ford and complain to them about your issue. My salesman Jody AND Jeff McCarthy the business manager told me that they would pay for it not to worry. They gave me nothing but a run around and lies, dishonest and untrustworthy people. Now that they got my money they dont care. If you tell the customer something, you should abide by your word. New ownership untrustworthy.

They gave me an excellent offer, and I would have completed the cell but the state and the insurance for cars were all closed for the holiday. During the weekend I had a requirement to spend some unexpected home repairs and decided not to complete the sale because of the large recent expense.

My mother was in needc of a new car. We met Tony here and he was extremely helpful and kind and wanted only to make sure my mother was in a car she was comfortable in. As an associate , Tony went above and beyond the definition of his job. My mom was in need of a new walker as hers made a screeching noise due to the metal exposed On the legs of it. Tony knew of a walker on sale at the local Wal-Mart and when we didnt get it because of a hectic schedule, Tony took it upon himself to purchase the new one and the tennis balls for the feet of the old one. Needless to say, his generosity moved us to tears. We were also well taken care of by the financial coordinator, Jeff. He made sure he went to bat for my mother to get her the best possible deal, interest rate and payment within her price range. The end of our visit resulted in hugs for everyone and high fives from the other employees who were genuinely happy for my mother. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle. The patience, kindness and genuine concern for my mother made us feel like we had all been friends for years. After dealing with ongoing problems with my used car I purchased in August, New country Subaru has been nothing but trouble since the first week of ownership. Lies upon lies. Without going into so much detail which I might edit into this later, they currently have had my vehicle for the past 2 weeks and 3 days and it has been sitting in the back lot in the same exact spot. But dont worry since they dodnt have any loaners available I am now in a rental that they said they will pay for. After about a week in the shop (back lot) there, I called and they told me loaners will be available soon and they will call me when one is available and that my car was up at the dealer being taken care of. I told them right away that that was weird since I have passed by on my way home and saw it still sitting there. They acted all confused and told me they had to look into it. Extremely disappointed to be paying for a vehicle that is just sitting in their lot.
The service team is above and beyond! They take care of you and make sure you have a car running well and that you are happy!!! Love the people working here.

I am not surprised to find a 2.6 star rating for New Country Group. I have given up trying to contact someone that will actually respond to my 3 page letter of total dissatisfaction with New Country Subaru of Saratoga. I am not even able to opt out of their emails. Tried 5 or 6 times, just did again, but the emails keep coming. I called and asked for an email address to send my letter to, which I did. No response. Desperate for a response of any kind I replied to an email they sent me..... no response. Finally, I sent my letter to Subaru America Corporate.They reacted immediately, acknowledging the unacceptable treatment by Customer Service at New Country Subaru of Saratoga. They sent me a coupon for $500 service, which of course will not be used in Saratoga. Time to find a new dealer. I had to light up a stat in order to post, otherwise I would rate them 0 stars, matching their response to my concerns.
Just the worst car buying experience EVER!!!!!! Shouldve walked away as soon as I had trouble getting them to fax over the purchase order. My truck wouldnt start one day at home one week after I brought it home, called to let them know theres a problem, in the second week after a few more no starts, I told them I can bring it up to them and they said to take it to my local dealer to diagnose it and they would reimburse me! It turns out that the aftermarket radio was interfering with the security system not allowing the truck to start. Its been more than 30 days since the repair and if I had to wait for them to pay for it, Id be without my truck! If I could give it no stars, thats what I would give!

The team was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me to find a car that met my needs, and ensure that it was a proper match. They went out of their way to provide the support I needed, as well as ensuring everything was aligned for getting the plates. My only complaint was that there was no option to get the plates myself, instead making a lot of extra work due to my non-new York plates. Overall I am extremely satisfied though, and will recommend any friends in the market their direction.

In June of last year I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and traded in my car. We had asked the sales rep whether the car was in an accident and we were told no. Believing that this dealership was a reputable one, I never asked for the car fax and paid full price for the vehicle plus the tax, title, and registration fees. ISSUE 1: When I realized that the temporary 45 day registration was up and that I did not have my new one, I contacted their office and was told that the batch that my car was in went to dmv in July as the person handling the registration department at lexus left. 2 weeks later i received my registration. It wasnt until I was issued a ticket, from a police offer, that I realized that my registration had expired in August. I never received a notice from DMV and find it quite odd that literally 2 weeks after I received this registration it expired. I have asked that New Country Lexus reimburse for this ticket. I spoke to the GM directly and was told that this is not their fault and that they would not pay for the ticket. When mentioning where the registration fees went, that were rolled into my car loan, that shouldve been used to pay for a new 2 year registration, I was told that the dealership doesnt receive that. I have registered many vehicles. So where did the registration fees go and why am I stuck with a ticket because the company did not do their due diligence? ISSUE 2: In December I went to look at a car at another dealership. While discussing trade-in figures I was told that the vehicle was in an accident and was given the car fax. I was livid as I was told by New Country that the car was not in an accident. On 1/4/16, my car was rear ended when the police drafted the accident report, I was given a ticket for the registration. I immediately called the GM and expressed my concerns with both the registration as well as being mislead by their dealership and being told that this vehicle was not in an accident. The GM advice me that he wanted to make this right and to come into the office and speak to him personally once the car was fixed. ISSUE 3: 1/18/16, I went to New Country to rectify this matter and spoke to the GM who advised that he would undo the original deal and to please look on the lot to see if I liked any of the cars. I mentioned to the sales rep that there was a car that I had seen online. I drove back to the dealership and took the car for a test drive. I advised the salesman that I would go with this vehicle and that the GM would do the numbers. After about 20 minutes of waiting, the finance manager advised me that my car is upside down because I didnt have the car long and that it would be difficult to refinance another vehicle because Id be rolling in a lot of negative equity. I advised the finance manager that I was just told a couple hours ago, by the GM, that the transaction on my car would be undone so I am really unclear as to what is going on. The finance manager stated that he will grab the GM to speak to me. After another 20 minutes, the GM comes out and states that he has too much invested into the car I wanted and that he was unaware that there was another accident so he would have to sell my car to an auction. The GM, then stated that their dealership could sell the car with one accident but that they would have to discount the price. I advised the GM that I am very upset because I paid full price on a car that was in an accident and was lied to and I was just told that this deal wouldve been undone and now the GM is changing his story. And I was called to test drive a vehicle that the dealership had no intention on selling to me! Furthermore, I am finding that the dealership is scamming me to say that I would be upside down when I just purchased this vehicle 6months ago with over 3k down.
Dont hand over any currency if you are financing until you know your approved. Then and only then do you give a deposit. This dealership only deals with its local banks, not nationally known banks which in most cases gets you declined.
