Went there for Nys inspection was given a time a week before I got there and car was in shop within 15 mins.The owner is such a nice guy I had a question about my car he was talking to his guys,he got right up to answer my question like a gentleman and assured me that what I thought was an issue Ive only lived in this area 3 years and after bad experiences at 2 other repair shops so happy to have found Disbrows

My sister rented a Budget Truck for moving and received a confirmation. We went two days before her move to see if we could pay the deposit and was told there was no truck available. Poor rating is because no one called her. At the very bottom of the email she received in small writing it states the confirmation doesnt guarantee a truck. She had called two weeks prior to confirm her confirmation.

Im amazed at how much this place goes above and beyond to take care of their customers! Brought my Jeep in because of leaking transmission lines, They found some loose parts on the car that werent properly secured when it was serviced previously somewhere else. Even though they were really busy they took care of the problem to make sure we didnt have an issue down the road. Very satisfied with the work and customer service!

Bunch of crooks. Called at 2 and they just started work on car. Picked up at 4! 2 hrs work charged 3 hrs. Tthen they want cash or 4% charge for credit card!

I called before I came in and was told that I could come in right away for an inspection arrived 10 min later and was told they couldnt do a photo inspection. After they just told me to come in. Just like the other reviewer stated the person at the counter was rude and unbothered. Would give them a 0 if possible.

Last several experiences have all been negative. They act like you re more of a burden than a paying customer.

My car is smooth as can be after being in your garage. Price was very reasonable and the work was done faster than expected.

Arrived for 1:30pm appointment as scheduled by the owner and necessary personnel were not here for at least another half an hour for my car inspection. There were 6 people that showed up after me for similar reasons and half of them left and did not want to wait.

Needed a photo inspection and I was in and out in no time. Great guys to deal with!

My insurance company required a photo inspection of my vehicle by Saturday, and I tried two other businesses before Disbrows that were booked up until Monday. They got my car inspected in less than 15 minutes and I was in and out. Thanks for your service :)

Very unhappy with this company, I rented a Budget truck for 2 days from Disbrows, and I got over charged by about 70 dollars. Some crazy charges, 10 dollar drop off fee, and a 25 dollar late fee. And I brought the Truck back 12 hours before it was due back. Thats Bad business, will never go there again.

Needed NY photo inspection. Everywhere else was booked for the next week or two. Came in here and sat down for 30 minutes and I was on my way. No appointment needed

Dont come here for carco inspections. They wont help you if theres moisture in the air, or its its raining. Its a complete waste of your time. It can begin to sprinkle as you are pouring in and they wont help you. Theyll even be incredibly rude and short with you. Dont waste your time. Call carco back and listen to their 2ed and 3rd options and chose from a different location. They should be able to do inspections in the rain, this should not be an issue- as it isnt an issue anywhere else. Usaa has never even heard of rain being an issue. Other carco locations are able to do inspections if its raining. This is a fake rule that Dishrows Auto came up with because they dont want to go outside and get a little wet. Terrible, rude, unprofessional service. 0 stars if I could. Huge waste if time.

They always have treated me very nicely and I appreciate that.

Installed muffler delete and cool air intake. Extemely nice staff and they went out of their way to even weld the pipes in despite there being brackets with the kit. When talking to one gentleman on the phone, I asked why they were charging me ~20% of what some of the other places were asking and he replied because we dont play those games. Would recommend to anyone who respects good service.

Wouldnt suggest. Ive had some uncomfortable interactions with male employees here while helping my friend get her car fixed, but I guess thats a lot of places nowadays? Either way it was unprofessional and I wont be coming here ever again myself.

Worst bunch of people to deal with. Started with the renting of the incorrect truck and their unwillingness to try to help us resolve the issue. Stay far far away from this place. Youd get better service in a 3rd world country.

I rent Budget Trucks from them all the time and they are always on the ball and helpful, even staying late one night when my cab didnt show up. They even help when issues come up with another location trying to screw me out of money for extra time with a rental that never happened. They helped with corporate and got my money back! I cannot say enough good things about the guys who work here as well as the owner. If I had a vehicle that needed service, I would bring it here in a heartbeat. Everytime I am there for a rental, these guys are working like beavers getting the repairs done on the cars. A++++++ all around Thank you to the entire team at Disbrows Auto Repair!

Slipped $20 under the seat and they illegally passed my cars inspection...contacting the better business Bueru, brought my car there to be safe not big rigged

Kept the car for over three weeks. They told us it was fixed after two weeks, and the car was driven maybe 200 yards before it broke down again. Said they would order another new part again, because the one they put in may have been defective- either that, or it would be the engine and too expensive to fix. After the three week mark, they said it was indeed the engine and the car was essentially useless. We wanted a second opinion, so we had it towed to a place in Amsterdam. They looked at it and said that someone had broken a valve and it wasnt worth fixing. However, there is no way to prove who or when the valve was broken. So thats some fantastic work, Disbows.

I have been going here for a couple years now, I have always been completely satisfied with all the work I have had done. They have coffee and water available while you wait. They dont lie and tell you there is more wrong with your vehicle than there is unlike some other places in the area I could name. They also let you know when your services ( such as oil change,etc) needs to be done

Hard working guys that go the extra mile. In early and work late. Didnt try to sell me extra. My car has 250,000+ miles and it runs great because Disbrows keeps it going.
