Clean store. Found what I needed and stock from online search matched what was on the shelf.

I love their products and knowledgeable staff.

I was shocked at how untidy the shop was and how listless, unmotivated and unfocused the staff was. There was even an empty shelf. I wouldnt have expected that

I normally LOVE Target but their new app is awful. I shopped for in-store pickup and though the pick-up process was smooth, the new Target App for shopping is AWFUL. I wouldn t send a friend or family member to this train wreck of a shopping app. It was excellent before - and you ruined it. UPDATE: Target s app is pretty good now. I use it all the time. The one thing they could improve is by providing more details (address, map) when changing pick-up store.

Visited this store Saturday 4/16 around 4. Went to check out and asked the clerk if there were coupons online, he very arrogantly said, Do you know what an app is? Then he called for assistance and a young lady came over and they turned their back to me then he walked a short distance away keeping his back to me, his whole body language was hostile. I told the young lady never mind about coupons and the guy came back and rang up my purchases then shoved the bag to the side for me to pick up. He was very disrespectful and arrogant. I am in my mid 70s and was treated with such disrespect I will never go to that store again.

I love this Target. All of the employees have always been super friendly and helpful! I always find what I need in stock. Keep up the great work!

In Queensbury target we just opened Ulta Beauty it is very popular with our guest lots of products to choose from helpful team members to help you with your shopping come in and check it out its a great place a little un organized because of our remodeling but were working on it it just takes time were trying our best to make our store great to shop in for our guests. We have great deals on our bullseye products just in time for the holidays come in and check it out.

Maureen at Saratoga Target is such a miserable rude person. She acted like she was doing ME a favor by ringing up my purchase. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. In addition, the self checkout people are useless and just tell you to go to the service desk for help when a free gift card should have been applied and the mistake was made by Target. Then, Maureen at the service desk told me she would do me a favor ONE time and ring up my purchase. She was extremely rude.

We love hitting up the local Targets when we visit from Canada and this one was the cleanest, most organized and pleasant location we ve been to in ages. Great visit for an afternoon of browsing.

I ordered items for pick up at my local Target. I appreciated that I had a window of several days to get my items and when I got to the store, it was super easy and fast to get what I ordered.

This place has got to have some of the worst customer service I ve ever experienced. The staff that work the customer service counter are always rude and miserable. They make customers feel like a burden for needing assistance. I don t care how busy you are at the time, you should always be respectful to customers. I don t know how some of them still have jobs!

I went into Target in Saratoga Springs on my way home from work today. I went to grab cleaning supplies and found even that I needed plus a few surprises for my granddaughter! The store was very clean and organized. The displays definitely pulled me in . It was organized and easy to find what I needed, with well-stocked sizes. I will definitely be back to this location.

The location of the Pickup desk vs. where the item was kept for pickup were two different locations. The employee had to walk over to a different part of the store to get it. Seemed like a waste of everyones time. From a supply chain management perspective, this is rather wasteful, especially for one item. The staff, however, were friendly and professional.

Target pickup is great. Free, always available as opposed to other stores that make you reserve a time, and pretty quick. They also let you back up items in case your preference is out of stock.

Worst Target Ive ever been too. It looks like a tornado went right through. Staff does not pay any attention to merchandise. It is literally thrown everywhere within a 20 ft radius. You will not be able to locate ANYTHING

Everything in Target is reasonably priced and there is a wide variety of merchandise available. Most of the time, the items Im shopping for are in stock. If you can, get on Dans check-out line - he is awesome!

Great store with friendly staff and always a clean and nice environment to shop

Not sure what has happened to our Saratoga Springs store. It is not just me that feels like it is so unpleasant to shop there esp certain areas. The clothing section looks like someone ransacked it and it has been like that for days. My family alway loved shopping here as it is so convenient, but not go to the store in Queensbury or shop on line when we can.

What a shame that the store is so dirty. Clothing all over the ground coffee cups sitting on the floor and shelves. And waited for thirty minutes for someone to come to customer service to do a return . Clothing unfolded underwear and bras on the ground with shoe prints on them . The hole store looks like a bomb hit it . What a shame never seen it like that nobody cares .

the security guard at the front stared at me and my kids when we entered. Followed us around the store as well and then followed us half way to my vehicle. extremely uncomfortable. did not appreciate that.

Always beyond packed. Don t pay with your phone at the self pay or the 70 year old woman they have working it will loudly accuse you of stealing in front of everyone but quietly say ok when she sees she made a mistake. Do a better job of not humiliating the people using your checkout.

Beware. My older parent purchased a Fisher price robot toy here, the store claimed the MSRP was 49.99 and the toy was on sale for 45.49. the MSRP is 35.99, it is 35.99 at target for pickup, online sales, and every other store. My parent was scammed at my local target and I am not happy about it. Pricing items higher than MSRP to then claim a sale is illegal. It takes advantage of older populations buying for grandkids, they dont always know the prices. Make sure that you check the prices of everything you buy here, or even better, shop at a different target. I have never had this issue at any other target store. Edit as an update I ran in recently and they now only have one person on register during a rush hour, an entirely full self checkout. What is going on with this location...

The manager who searched for the 4 gallon color coded Febreze garbage bags and Lysol cans was extraordinarily helpful as well as the gentleman employee. Just sorry I cannot recall their names. The cashier just failed to explain what I was signing up for when she referenced some type of Target club. I thought it was regarding my 5% off Target card but I have no idea what it was for...still.

Typically I love Target and its stores. With that being said this store in particular I wouldnt recommend to anyone. The management is absolutely horrible and the customer service is lacking. Guest services cant be bothered to serve guests appropriately and some of the employees there Scalp exclusive items and lie to guests about availability. If you want a great experience travel extra and visit the Target in Amsterdam where they not only go out of their way to help guests, but theyre both polite and courteous when doing so! Its an entirely different and much greater experience!

Last fall I bought a phone from the Saratoga Store. It became non-functional after an error message appeared so I went to the electronics section to get it repaired. Four people in line ahead of me, the line did not move so I left after about 20 minutes. Today I called to get a better time to get the phone fixed. The lady that answered said I would have to call back after 11 when the tech comes to work. It was 2:30. I tried to call customer service but the phone just rang without being answered. One may assume that customer service is a low priority.

The bathroom were disgusting.... paper towels all over all the stalls disgusting...the garbage cans outside the front door were overflowing on the ground

The very nice staff is always super friendly at the service desk. This is also usually a very clean store. However, its difficult to find anyone to help in the aisles, and the shelves are not always faced. For instance, for the third time today I could not reach a box of cat litter because it was pushed all the way back to the back of BOTH shelves it was stocked on. My online order was also bagged in an unsafe way. The eggs were on the bottom of an completely full bag, while oranges and a jar of garlic were in an empty bag by themselves. Much more attention to detail, some simple training and FOLLOW UP on that training could save a great deal of annoyance and destruction.

I love to shop at Target. But one of my concerns is the empty shelves of the toilet paper isle & the hand sanitizer isle. I shop here 2-3X a week and your shelves especially with the toilet paper have been impossible to purchase here?! The shelves have been empty for like a month. It s aggravating. I ve gone into Walmart and have had better luck with finding toilet paper. As for the sanitizer I prefer the Target brand for its price, still no luck. I m disappointed.

I went into the Saratoga Springs NY Target and was able to find all of the items I was looking for. The checkout was fast and I had a good experience.

I ve never had a problem in this store before. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. There is a built in Starbucks in the building which is always nice. I ve never had any problems there either. They ve been doing an excellent job keeping up with the high demands during covid-19 I ve come here on numerous occasions and was pleased to see how stocked the shelves where. They have toilet paper fully stocked which was just an incredible sight for me. The workers at the pharmacy have always been pleasant and answer any questions I have. I ve been getting my medicine from them for years now. This store always has the most random items in it too. It s the perfect place to buy a gift for almost anyone and everyone. Even your pet!

Very poor service. Went to pick up an order. Guest Services declined to bring it to the vehicle. Basically citing an inconvenience for that day. Told me that I could come in the store to pick it up. I am a cancer survivor and recovered from Pneumonia.....but it was inconvenient for Saratoga...Ny target just to come out to Drive up space #1 to give it to me..... Remember....citing it was inconvenient for them.....very sad ....I requested a refund. Drove literally two seconds to another store....called on the telephone....paid and had it handed to me with a smile and take care of yourself from a very close store..... Know where you stand....I had to pay $2.00 more....but it was so worth the service!

easy to order, easy to pickup

Bought a new cell phone today. A huge shout out to your employee Jason. He had to work harder for me than he should have because I forgot my hearing aids and couldnt hear very well.

Merchandise seems to be located in several departments but its not all the same items or the same items but different styles. I had to do a lot of zig zagging through the store....Bathroom hooks/over the door organizers .... found in home decor, bath essentials, and dorm room area. Same thing for the kitchen Utensil caddy.

I always receive the best customer service. I had a $5 gift card I had earned with a previous purchased from like March?! I had no idea how the heck to use it with my Target app! haha The cashier that was running self-checkout was so patient and helpful! He was able to suspend the transaction and I figured out how to use the app with the gift card. :)

Very Rude sales staff, In regards to our purchase, Total harassment of how many of an item we were buying , When NO SIGN WAS POSTED about qty Limits. Sales PERSON thru her arms up in a huff like a 2 year old and stormed off, When I got to the front of the store I was attacked again, Along with 3 people other staff members along with the lady who stormed off staring at me at self check out.

Target has a wide variety of things that people need! It s as they say one stop shop!

Spend $100, get a $20 target gift card promotion prompted me to place an online purchase for in store pickup. Satisfied all criteria of the promotion. Picked up products and no gift card. Service desk staff said it would be emailed in my receipt as a digital credit. Nothing in the email. Don t run promotions if you can t honor them. Will remove this if I end up receiving it.

I love the choices at Target but the store was a mess today. The shoes in the shoe department were all over the place, the clearance sections were jumbled and unorganized (things falling off hangers and on the floor)

One will always have an easy and prompt time shopping, and find exactly what you came for.

it makes it so much eaier to just go in to pick up and leave with what I had already purchased onli9ne, especially when my husband is at work and it is only me with my two infants under th4e age of two.

If you ever need help with buying a cell phone or sim, go to Target. Andrew is the very best. He saved me hours and was fun to talk with. Target is great.

Plus-size woman- Dont come here looking for clothes. This is all you have. Literally. One small, tiny section consisting of maybe 5 to 6 racks with a minimal selection, located between Misses (regular women) and Maternity. (Theres more maternity). Disgusted. Apparently the Saratoga Target caters to well-to-do and thin women!! Been like this for years!! I dont know who does their ordering, but they should be ashamed.

The constant restocking of shelves and amount of inventory left on the floor makes navigating the store extremely difficult.

They were very helpful and helped me find my car keys I lost while I was panicking with my 4 and 1 year old with me. Plus the app is extremely helpful when trying to find product in the store and they price matched what the app price was which was cheaper then what it rang up as at the register.

Target was great with prices so I chose them. I was very impressed that the pick-up counter was in the front of the store rather than in the back which is so usual in many stores to get you to buy more. It was a fast in and out and the staff was very competent and friendly. Target was a breath of fresh air in the all too psychological mind games of current-day marketing!

The Target App is really terrible, as a security feature, the e-wallet drops off the app, and if you didnt notice, in order to use the e-wallet, the whole transaction has to be voided and re-scanned! The customer service at this particular Target (Saratoga) is not helpful verging on rude. I guess to get a low price on items, I have to sacrifice service. The items I get from Target is not available for order and pick up :(

The customer service at this Target is atrocious. And I have talked to corporate office about it well I havent talked to them I have emailed them and called them and never received anything back.

Great store BUT in the target cafe i was OVERCHARGED for food & was not given a receipt. There was a soda & pretzel deal for $3.69 I was OVER CHARGED. The guys name was Joey, he was older & very friendly with good customer service... But overcharged me. Maybe he wasnt aware of the deal they had going on

This Target needs to take lessons from the Niskayuna Target on how to be a better store. They need to update their technology and get self checkout. Not only that, but their lines don t move for over 15 minutes, and it appeared as if no one cared. They should really bring in the Target Niskayuna personnel to train these people for a day on how to make Target more enjoyable for customers. Granted I only had one experience at this Target, but I can only imagine it hurts Target business in Saratoga since I wouldn t want to return there.

This target is always super clean! Employees are always so nice and right there to help with anything! Only downside is they are really bad at having things on the shelf, but again employees are always right there to go grab whatever youre looking for on their frequently empty shelves.

I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. I was never bugged but the staff was plentiful and was there if I needed assistance. Fully stocked and orderly.
