I went to Walmart for the new set of pokemon cards. I waited with a few people for the stock to be released- in store WORKERS ran to stock, grabbed 2 elite trainer boxes and 4 collector sets leaving CUSTOMERS with little to nothing. I would understand one-two but multiple? A limit needs to be set or proper observation by staff to make sure their own workers or customer dont take advantage of new drops. Theyre more than likely going to sell it for double the price online. Super disappointed.

The computer is down for over a month at sporting goods counter cant buy license or guns and ammo spoken to management, almost like on purpose not exeseptabal

This is a great Walmart. We mostly do Walmart In-Home delivery, which is fantastic. But when we do have to go in, finding things with the app is easy for the most part and self checkout is great.

Whoever the older woman is with shoulder length hair who works at the customer support counter, she has no business working with customers. I came in tonight with an email about a recall from a brand I purchase repeatedly from Walmart and had been for the duration of the time they were recalled back from, (January 2024) I followed the instructions of the email, which told me to throw out any remaining product and come to Walmart to receive a full refund for the products I d purchased during the duration they gave me. I spent about 30 minutes going through my e-receipts and gathering the order numbers to save whoever would assist me time. I politely explain the situation and this woman looks me dead in the eyes and tells me I needed to bring the boxes with me, I informed her the email said to throw them away, and showed her the email, there was literally a sign on the counter in front of her stating a full refund would be issued in the event of a recall even if the product was not with the customer, she was rude and argued with me that she didn t think there even was a recall, as if I was scamming her, even with the email in front of her, finally a couple of other associates come over and they instead issue me a $7 refund instead of the full refund of $40 of product I d been told I would be refunded in the email. So glad I could waste my time, and the people who were in line waiting behind me s time, now I get to call the number in the email and wait on hold all day tomorrow and hopefully get the help I came in for. $40 might not seem like much but this time of year it does help. Moral of the story, don t come to the customer support counter and expect any help, it took four of them to finally issue me a $7 refund, none of them had an ounce of customer service skills, they barely uttered a word to me other than to question me, make rude faces as I explained the situation and bicker back and forth to each other.

Found all I needed at a good price!

Im very frustrated with this walmart cause there customer service center is supposed to be open till 10pm! I understand that once in awhile they may have to close it earlier. But I have gone in there at 9pm at least 50times and its already closed! So Im just going to complain to everyone until someone does something to fix the problem. Its really hard for me to walk due to health problems and there are even some days I cant walk so me being able to return things by a certain date are impossible cause of the service center being closed early all the time and my limited mobility!!!

Well, Ive never had an issue with parking, self check out isnt bad at all. Ive never had to wait more than 5 min to get through, but usually, its right away. You can usually find staff every few isle

Stop forcing self checkout, when your doors open to customers you should have people on registers. If you have time to chitchat you have time to ring up customers.

Busiest Walmart Ive ever been to. Aisles far too small for the amount of people shopping there. Why does Walmart have different floor plans for stores?

I usually can find the good value items I need. When I shop online I am informed of the location of the item, as well. Walmart has a great variety of brands at good prices. CSRs are not only friendly and helpful, they actually take me to the item Ive asked about. I usually use self check-out and a CSR is always available to help if needed.

The worst Walmart experience I ve ever really had. Tried to pick up a birthday cake called to make sure it was ready, it was. Got there no one was at bakery so I called AND asked an employee and they both told me to go to the delivery section out back. The delivery section had 0 clue but tried to help the only nice person in this situation. They couldn t call a manager apparently though so I went back to bakery and tried to ask another associate who basically got upset and said she was making an order and didn t have time. I went to customer service and the lady was just not nice either but after trying to get this cake for like 45 mins of my time she finally got the cake. Just not a pleasant experience and very bad customer service when I was calm and nice the whole time.

This is a spacious and well kept store with staff that are actually willing to spend time to help shoppers when asked. I went several times and always left satisfied. KUDOS to hard working staff and thanks for all the help.

Refused to install factory size tires for being the incorrect size. first and last time Ill be using the auto center.

The Walmarts on route 50 Wilton , accused us of stealing in self check out ! 45 min later , completely embarrassed, now late for an appointment, after 3 knuckleheads got involved, a security man said it was all a mistake and walked away & no apology, nothing , no wrong doing on our part , I was mortified, my sister in law said darn they could of offered you a gift card at least, They were rude , out of line ,would not let us say anything, I was so upset , plus I have leukemia, on treatment , this just made my condition worse , my recommendation, try another necessary evil walmart instead & good luck

Management needs to assure that the Handi-Capable carts are fully charged in the morning. My wife and I were there today before 9am and went through 4 carts in 1hr...Unacceptable!!!

Whats the point of having two or more employees at self checkout if theyre going to have half of the machines closed? My favorite part is when they stand there glaring at me in line. While Im glaring at the three people ahead of me with 20+ items in their carts vs my 3. And then they decide *after* I finally get to a machine to open up all the others? What were they doing the whole time? Gossiping about other employees. One of these people couldve been on a register. Or helping people wandering around for employees that are nowhere to be found when you need them (except for the ones doing shopping for other customers. Theyre just plain rude and will cut you off. Run into you. Or even berate you for shopping.)

Dont come here for money grams. I saw a few people waste there time here being turned away because there system is down.

Checking out is always a hassle, as they try to cram you through self checkout and never seem to have enough other lanes open (although they have a ton of unused/unopened lanes), but other than that it was good. Maybe convert some of those unused lanes into bigger and better self checkouts. It is hard to fit a full cart of stuff on a 2 by 2.5 self checkout bagging area!

1. I was trying to purchase tilapia fish in front of the freezer case, an employee was have any drink while he should have been working When I asked him can you please move to the side so I can grab the fish. He caught an attitude.All of the employees here are not friendly or helpful. 2. When you walk the Aisles you needs to be careful that you do not get run over by these Walmart employee shoppers.3.Walmart allow people to walk in with their large dogs sniffing the food while you are trying to shop, its just nasty to watch a dog sniffing all the meats and no one says anything.

Great Walmart...always enjoy going there. This Walmart has different merchandise then the one I have at home which is always great....Walmart caters and supplies in the region or area that their located. The employees at this Walmart are great and very helpful.

Had a small pickup order and everything went just like it was supposed to. In and out in about 5 minutes!

Sarah in Customer Service was SO helpful! She looked up the canopy I needed and helped me get another associate to check on and retrieve it from the back. I was able to get back I time before the rain unleashed!

Good variety but consistently out of stock on a lot of the same products. Usually a manager orders more product when always running out. Thats has surprised me .

Was at customer service sending money at 2:13 pm on July 31st and the woman at the counter was very disrespectful saying nope, cant send money here and tossed my ID on the counter. Like its fine if she wouldnt let me but the attitude and disrespect is unacceptable

First time getting a prescriptions from the Walmart Pharmacy! Excellent service!! The pharmacist even took the time to explain the medications to me! Thank You!! I was there on 8/4/24 at 3pm..

Got a reach around near the crockpots

They close the self checkout TWO HOURS before closing and have only one register open. Big long line when the machines could be keeping things running smoothly. Poor decision .

A large but clean store, has a great variety of food and merchandise

I despise going to walmart, I despise the corporation itself but unfortunately they are now the only place within 50 Mi of me that sells the creamer I use for my morning coffee. So I hold my nose and the bear the predatory corporate stench of people with full-time jobs that are still needing food stamps and housing assistance due to their low pay, just for the sake of my morning cup of joe.

I will NEVER step foot in there again. Especially when Team Lead (lied and said he was the GM) is in the building. In town for 4 weeks for work. Stopped at Walmart to get the things we would need to live on for the month. Check out went fine until it didnt. We split the payment into 2 forms (total about $350). There was a glitch in their system that voided everything. We waited for assistance and could get the issue resolved. Then comes Front Team Lead Eric. He was nasty and annoyed from the start. We simply asked for an explanation as to why it was voided, yet the payments had still come out. He CLEARLY had minimal knowledge of how the system worked and why this happened. When we asked for a second time, he says TWO PEOPLE ALREADY TOLD YOU WHAT HAPPENED. DO YOU WANT ME TO SPELL IT OUT FOR YOU?. Yes. Yes we do. He then proceeded to kick us out and says we will be charged with trespassing if we ever come back. He refused to give any further corporate or even a name. Called the police when we took a picture of the general manager information to address later. He was loud and threatening and making us and others feel uncomfortable and possibly in danger. Ive never in my life been treated this way, especially by a kid with a team lead badge. Absolutely not acceptable.

Standard Walmart Super Center. I dont usually go to this one and I didnt find some of the regular items I get at the store in Glenville. Great prices at both stores.

Almost all of the staff is on their phones or hard to find. Every thing small is locked up its super annoying to track down people its like I work there even down to checking my self out. Most check outs arent cash friendly. The bathrooms are FOUL.

Rosemary in the customer service return department at the Saratoga store is one of the best customer service people I have I ever seen. She was friendly, helpful and kind and not just to us, we witnessed her interaction with 3 people in front of us. One of those people would have cause most professionals to lose their patience but not Rosemary, she remained calm and professional through the whole interaction. I never thought i would be complimenting walmart customer service but here we are thanks to Rosemary!

Amazing now that they have delivery and third party vendors. (Not All products on the site or app are warehoused or stocked by Walmart, so be careful of fake products. And high shipping costs can be red flags. Report fake listings. Can be fun to visit to find new products.

Its Walmart! And its inevitable once you get to know a store inside and out somebody makes changes to it it wasnt that hard to figure out but the prices were good and everything was neat and tidy.

Wow I just got IDed to buy glue. Really? If people want to huff glue, why are we trying to stop them? Who cares? The faster they leave the gene pool, the better. Its voluntary eugenics. Im giving Walmart 3 stars for entertainment. Saw a guy with a 1996 Ford Excursion he decorated with a paintball gun. Im sure he has a whole arsenal and a paintball gun rack on his 4 wheeler. Probably all 10 cup holders had Stewarts cups full of tobacco spit. The cars of Walmart never get old.

I can not remember the last time I actually enjoyed going to this store. Customer service tends to be lackluster at best, the store is often messy and/or dirty and gross. Product is often damaged, not rotated, and mispriced. Heaven forbid you ask someone a question. Dont get me wrong there are lots of great people there still but overall I just prefer to spend my money elsewhere
