Jim is a great person and electrician. We had an ongoing issue with the GFI outlets inside and outside our home. In the past, (with other electricians) the GFI's stopped working and were replaced. Jim didn't just replace the GFI's, he got to the source of the problem and fixed it. The quality of his work is excellent. He was able to schedule us quickly. He showed up on time, cleaned up after himself, used great quality materials and was very pleasant to work with. The next time I need an electrician, I'm calling Coppola!

We called Jim to wire a new bathroom and move wires in an existing bathroom. He did an awesome job and always provided us with updates as to when he was coming to the house. Highly recommend Jim to anyone who needs electrical work.

I contacted Jim with an electrical issue which came up very quickly. It was not an emergency but I did call after hours as I did not have an electrician and wanted to resolve the problem ASAP. Jim called back promptly and let me know his availability, which was within 24 hours. Jim showed up as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. Jim was excellent and that might be an understatement. We had him install a new panel and upgrade our home in Saratoga to 200 amps. He did great work and was able to work around our schedule. Can't say enough good things about him. He's the only electrician we will use moving forward.

Jim did a tremendous amount of work in our recently purchased 1870s home in Saratoga Springs. We provided him with a long list of issues that were discovered in our home inspection and he not only resolved them, but he found more of the same issues. He also made excellent recommendations that were not suggested by the home inspector. The quality of his work is unquestionable. Jim was hands-down the best electrician I have worked with. He was fast to reply, easy to schedule, and very flexible in coming out to do the work. He quickly identified the issue caused by another electrician's error, fixed it, double-checked his work, and was done. His pricing was very fair.
