MTG Electric LLC in Saratoga Springs

I don't like leaving negative reviews and very rarely do. I usually try to give small businesses the benefit of the doubt - but this company's poor customer service and lack of follow up really wasted my time. I had an initial phone conversation with them about electrical work I needed done, describing it in detail. He asked me to provide pictures via text message, which I did, and he promised to fit me into his schedule the following week. Next week came and went, and no one reached out. 2 weeks later he suddenly leaves a voicemail looking for someone else about a completely different job. I am nice enough to call back to let him know he got the wrong person, so he can reconnect with the right person, and reminded him I was still waiting to be scheduled myself. I had to repeat most of the details about my request I already shared in my earlier text, and then we finally got me scheduled. Only low and behold, on the morning of my job, they apparently had some other emergency, and had to cancel on me, after I had already taken a day off from work to be home for this. No apology even. Promised to reschedule, and 2 weeks later I still haven't heard back. Long story short - don't waste your time with this company like I did. Go to some actual professionals. Hope this saves you some time. Given their only 3 reviews, I shouldn't have given them the benefit of the doubt like I did.

We recently had MTG install a ceiling fan in our living room with cathedral ceilings and they were fantastic! They were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They even changed our lightbulbs that needed changing on the ceiling since they are clearly out of reach for us. Highly recommend the company and their employees for a seamless and positive experience.

There cannot possibly be any company better than MTG Electric. Thorough, meticulous, kind, personable, timely, careful, tidy, considerate.....
