Purchased a used vehicle drove it off the lot and the next day returned for repair. Drove it less than a month and returned for a repair which took over a month to fix. Vehicles should be looked over in depth before being put on the lot for sale. If I had not purchased the warranty I would be out a lot of money. The service desk representative was AMAZING through the whole process of repairs. Shame on this dealership for not doing more to fix the problem.
First time visiting Saratoga Ford after moving to the area a few years ago. I have always been loyal to my hometown dealership and found the ease of setting an appointment (online) much better than local competitors. The price is reasonable for a standard dealer as I have peace of mind that all components have been inspected by trained/qualified staff. I will be returning here for my future services. My vehicle is always ready when they say it will be. Reliable service and quality work. A big relief after a terrible experience with another local Ford dealer. They don’t talk differently to me as a woman or assume that I don’t have a clue about my own vehicle. Communication is great and I’m always kept up to date with what’s going on and estimates before any additional work is done. They’ve even worked well with a third party extended warranty I had and made it a smooth process for me. Danielle is great and goes out of her way to help us out and make sure everything we need is taken care of.

Back in May of this year I preordered a 2024 Ford Ranger XLT. I knew it was going to take a while because I was waiting for the availability of the 2.7 engine. The second Ranger production run started in the middle of August. Ford kept me informed every step of the way with emails. My truck started production on 8/17 and was built by 8/30. It went into shipping, and I picked it up on 9/10/24. I was totally happy with being informed and with Rick and Jeff at Saratoga Ford. It was no pressure and high service. The truck is amazing, quiet, comfortable and loaded with safety features. I highly recommend a Ranger for anyone needing a midsize pickup. On a side note, the 2.7 engine is awesome. I am always pleased with my service at Saratoga Ford. We are here every summer for track season and as soon as I arrive from Florida, I bring my car here for anything needed. Always honest and trustworthy in my opinion. We all know every business needs to suggestive sell to be profitable — however, I never feel taken advantage of or egregiously oversold. I really like the legacy XT Touring that Nick the salesman ordered for me it took a couple of months to arrive and when it did Nick went through some of the main features and I was updating from a 2004 so there is a lot of new technology and I am still learning new features ,there were a couple of things wrong from the factory nothing mechanical the windshield had a scratch on the bottom passenger side and the rear door moldings needed to be replaced but the service manager Sid and Nathan from Subaru headquarters coordinated everything and replaced the windshield and moldings and the car looks great and runs great. I appreciate everyone’s help and service Thank You Mark Richardson

Service was fast and efficient
*Read if they tell you to get a rental from enterprise* Very bad experience overall. Purchased a ford ranger last year. I had a feeling I was making a mistake when the finance manager took a week to get a hold of during the purchase process to even get the truck. The truck ran fine for about a year until last week when it went into limp mode. Called Saratoga ford for repair and had the truck towed to the dealership at Fords advisement. Ford told me to contact the Saratoga ford service department about a loaner car because I would need a car to get to work. Called Danielle and was told they had no loaners available, and that I should get one from enterprise to be reimbursed. Of course the service department looks at my truck and tells me they cant find the root cause. Truck wouldnt go into limp mode while they tested it so they checked codes and in the invoice, says found U3000 in the ATCM (4x4 shifter), pinpoint test says to replace but it functions just fine. Essentially they cleared the codes, recalibrated some modules and gave the truck back to me as is. Ford told me to leave my enterprise receipt with Saratoga ford upon pickup, but Saratoga ford refuses to process my reimbursement because no parts on my truck were replaced and diagnostic tests dont qualify for a loaner vehicle, even though it took days to even look at. This whole situation is scummy and I feel like theyre just doing this to save money on their end. I was explicitly told that I would be reimbursed for my rental but theyre fighting me all along the way. I really wanted to own an American made truck over a foreign but I see why Toyota takes so much of their business. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE if you expect to buy a vehicle with a warranty, its not worth the grief.

Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I have bought a vacuum test kit and will be testing the IWE actuator, solenoid, and vacuum lines, which was supposedly done by a Ford mechanic to confirm if they looked at/ diagnosed them. Then i was told it was my front brakes making noise, which doesnt make sense because the noise goes away when engaging the 4 wheel drive dial switch. Im truly disappointed. I really dont believe they actually looked at the parts I had concerns about and diagnosed it properly. After paying $900 in diagnosis, completely different parts(not brakes) and their labor Im still having the same issue.

I came for an oil change and tire rotation. The tire pressures were not checked as part of the multi point inspection. The pressures were the same after the service as prior to service, which were low. The pressure readings were not recorded on the work sheet. I also asked that the spare tire pressure be checked, which was not. It makes me wonder what other items that were checked as being done were not.
First time doing business with this dealership after doing business with 5 different ford dealerships throughout the years they were VERY aggressive with their discounts and rebates on a 2024 f150 crew cab lariat. One dealership I had purchased numerous trucks and cars from werent even close to their offer. Hoping their service will as satisfying as the purchasing was. Bottom line, I would buy again from this dealership! .
Seen right away. Discovered a nail in a tire, replaced tire at fair price. Routine oil change and safety inspection done quickly and also at a fair price. Service rep very pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The service for my car has always been good. The car runs smoothly after I leave and stays in good condition. The hardest part is getting a response on the phone. They are short of help and you have to leave a message and wait for a reply. Wasnt sure my tires were in from N J and only the Parts Department is available to respond. Very difficult to make an appointment and discuss problem with the car. A nice gal from the Ford Service substituted at the Subaru service and was very good assisting the customers today 08/23/21

Ive been here a few times now for service. The service advisor Danielle is very nice and professional. The mechanics that have looked at my vehicle for its issues have been great to me. Today I was there for a noise. They confirmed my belt tensioner is going bad but still works for now. They gave me a quote on the repair and brought me back to have me confirm the noise. I dont see this often anymore anywhere Ive brought a vehicle in for service. Theyve gone above and beyond to keep my edge running and tell me how bad the repairs are. Ill be back to this location for service. Routine and corrective. Theres no smoke and mirrors. The service team is honest and works with everyone they take in. If youve had bad experiences in the past like I have. This dealership has been the best that Ive worked with.

Buying our new 2024 Subaru Impreza RLA at Mackey Auto Group (Sales) was the best car buying experience of my life. Over a 40-year period, I have bought over 10 new cars and trucks for myself and my wife. Andrew Azotea was the delivery specialist that initiated the buying process, sending pictures of a new car that may have been of interest to my wife for the information on the car she was currently driving. I dreaded the car-buying process to close the deal once my wife was interested in the car. It would normally take me a month to find a local car dealership that would offer a favorable deal. Andrew sent an invoice and a detailed purchase order revising all of the costs and options for the 2024 Subaru Impreza RLA. Answered all of my questions by text, giving me the confidence to move forward with the cash deal for my wife s birthday present. With a few texts and pictures, Andrew took me off the market within the day. Andrew used suggestive selling to offer getting the plates and registration at the dealership, which was a big-time savings. On delivery day, we drove by and saw him polishing the new 2024 Subaru Impreza RLA. Birthday balloons were attached to the car flying in the wind. There were a few papers to be signed that took about 10 minutes. Andrew spent some time showing my wife the cars features and recommending electronic and music settings that would be best for her needs. My overall impression of the dealership and sales is a five-star rating. I was always met with a smile and a handshake from one or more of the sales team at Mackey Auto Group Sales during my visits. 6 months ago I purchased an Outback at Saratoga Ford. The whole process with Nicholas Dane and with finance was pleasant and efficient. Since then I had made a few calls with questions and was always promptly and courteously assisted. I love the car, and yesterday returned for a first service. 2016 Crosstrek I love, took in for service before a road trip and asked them to make sure everything was road worthy. They did an excellent job! Found a cracked steering box ( by test driving it) that was covered under warranty, without ever mentioning it fixed a rattle we mentioned that is now gone. So very pleased with this and previous services at this dealership.
I had a warranty issue with my 2021 Ford Bronco, and every time I brought it in for service, I was treated with kindness and respect by the entire staff, especially Danielle, one of the service advisors. Danielle went above and beyond to ensure I had a rental vehicle for as long as my Bronco was in the shop. She kept me informed of additional repairs that needed to be done and took care of everything under warranty. Danielle was not only professional but also incredibly understanding and caring. She is a true asset to Mackey Ford of Saratoga, and I couldn t have asked for a better experience.

I had a Ford GT500 service there and it was excellent. What was really nice since I made an appointment at 10:30 andtwo hours later Everything was done, including updating all the modules tires rotated, oil, change, etc. The waiting room is very big and spacious and I was able to work and use their Wi-Fi

I have been going to Saratoga Ford for a while. Id like to talk about Sid, the Service Manager. I think the Car industry is one with alot of change in personnel. Opportunities open up for support, technicians, and management to either move closer to where they live, or take an advancement.... which is a great thing for employees! Selfishly, I like to see the same people, and know when I am getting service someone will remember me, that I do like to go over what my car needs, when was the last time it had such and such done, what is due next, etc. I like to go over the receipt as to what was done to the car afterwards. Where does it stand in its health, so to speak! Sid has been the constant for me. He knows me, and my car. He cares about building relationships, keeping me safe and my car in good working order. His offers of help are sincere, willing to give opinions if asked, and he wants the service to your vehicle to be top notch. I respect him, and glad I will see him when I come in for Service. I am grateful for his dedication!
Im not sure of the names of my technician or the guy behind the counter on 7/20/24, but they both impressed me. I had a 10:30am appointment, but they got me in early and the customer service rep suggested paying online to avoid the 3% debit/credit card service fee. Then, the maintenance on the car (new tires, 4x4 alignment, and front brake replacements) which I estimated based on googling how long the cumulative services would take to do, only took about 2 hours compared to the 3 hours that I was expecting. Very pleased with the service!

Everyone was phenomenal! I showed up on a Friday at 3:15pm with check engine light on and no appointment. It ended up being the thermo control valve and they replaced it. I was out in 2 hours!! I had a scheduled appointment for 1:30pm didnt get to leave until 4pm. I went for an oil change and inspection. Needless to say it didnt pass inspection. They wanted to charge to do my brakes and rotors... Dont recommend service here. Go to a local garage
My second service experience with your team was once again very satisfactory. Not only was the issue (non operating rear seat) resolved , but the technician also checked the other seat to ensure the ssne issue would not occur and lubricated the mechanism fir it @just in case . More importantly, apparently the service for this issue included s once over checking the vehicle during which a n is fur with a failing car batter was identified. I elected to replace this item to reduce a pending failure. I would have not known about it without this courteous above and beyond, in my opinion, unexpected service. Thank you.

I turned in one vehicle and pick up the new one without a hitch. Making a good vehicle deal is not fun....unless you work with Neil....hes straight forward, keeps his word and knows his way around the business. He also has a crazy, good sense of humor if thats your style. I was more than satisfied. And I got a spectacular lease deal!

I am a retired GM and Ford auto mechanic. I took my F-150 to two other local Ford dealerships complaining of a very obvious rotational bearing noise in the front end and was told it was normal (it obviously wasn t) . I took the vehicle to Saratoga Ford for the noise and requested a technician accompany me on a road test. He heard the noise immediately and agreed it was far from normal . I left the truck with them and received a call a short time later, noise identified, and repaired. The whole experience was cooperative and professional. Service writer Danielle and tech Andrew both a credit to your dealership!
First time at Mackey. Needed 60,000 mile service and NYS inspection. Danielle was helpful and the Tech did a great job. Even was able to locate a part for my wipers that parts stores did not have in stock so my car would pass inspection. Definitely will keep going to Mackey.
I had emailed about a vehicle and received a prompt response from Nick. My husband and I drove up to see the vehicle and from the moment we arrived to signing the papers, the process went very well and smooth. Brought RV in for recall inspection. Informed that I had upcoming trip. Was told I would get a call as soon as parts arrived. Had to make call backs myself. After 9 days, called again. Tech said some parts are in, but not all, which made no sense and then said I could bring MH in Friday but they could not get to it until next week. Had to cancel trip and now paying for an overpriced hotel as a result. Just be upfront and honest from the beginning that Ford had no intention of helping me resolve the issue in timely manner. Very disappointing

The Saturday crew at Mackey Ford are the best. My car battery died all of a sudden. I asked them for help. Without hesitation they helped me and got me back on the road. The service manager was so super awesome. She was very professional and really cool. I recommend this place 100 percent

Customer service was wonderful. Making the appointment was easy. We were greeted instantly and with a smile. Any and all of my questions were answered. The waiting area and bathrooms were very clean. The wait time was very short. This is our first service appointment here and probably the best service appointment Ive ever been to all thanks to the wonderful staff that assisted us today.
My wife & I, (75 & 68) respectively had a flat tire on I-87. We were fortunate to be able to get off the highway into Saratoga Ford. The service advisor and technician help us out and got us safely on our way. I was late in the workday on a Saturday afternoon and they went out of their way to help us. thx

I bought the 2021 bronco sport. I went in as they were closing and tony sat down and explained everything and was happy to stay late to help with this process. Very easy going not pushy at all. Also the finance guy was very good as well and took his time to explain every detail. Thanks again Tony and the crew. Highly recommend ! Update: July 2023. Traded in the Bronco Sport a few months after purchasing it at another dealership. Had issues that were pending a recall we were told. Cat converter, brakes, idle control . Filled out papers for ford to refund balance of warranty. They sat on it for 6 months so far. Sales team was great but dont expect anything after the sale. Still waiting on your call mr Izzo . Ill be down soon to sit in the sales floor and wait there to chat. I m sure other customers would like to hear what I have to say.
Let me start by saying my salesperson, Andrew gets 5 stars. But anything to do with the finance dept gets a NEGATIVE 5 stars. I purchased the most expensive extended warranty coverage offered when I initially bought my vehicle. Unfortunately I totaled my vehicle a short time after and was entitled to a refund on the remaining amount of the unused extended warranty. I brought all the requested documents to the finance manager, Frank. Frank informed me that the the process could take 30-60 days before I would see the reimbursement check. After two months had passed, I stopped back in and asked Frank what the status of my refund was. He told me it had been submitted and I just needed to be patient. Too make this as short as possible, 5 months and I still had no check.I called and spoke with the new finance manager, Jack, and he said he would get back to me on the refund status. Jack never called me back. I stopped by the dealership on two different occasions to speak to him personally, but both days were his days off, so I left a message to have him call me, which he never did. Today, I stopped in and spoke to Jack personally. Jack, said he has no record that the paperwork was ever filed or even exists, why could he have not told me this three weeks ago. While I was in the office, Jack made a phone call to someone at corporate financing, I am assuming, only to find out that my refund request had been canceled. Unbelievable!! Before leaving, I told Jack that I expect a call tomorrow from Eric, the dealership GM. I m not gonna hold my breath waiting on his call

I was charged 190 dollars to tell me my vehicle needed back brakes. Should have taken them a half hour to diagnose no way near 190 dollars
I am impressed with the truck center and pleased with the service! The garage is remarkably clean and organized and Nichole, the service person is amazing. The only reason I didn t give it 5 stars is because the parking lot/driveway is a nightmare! If you cannot handle, park or back your vehicle up, you are screwed!

Wonderful experience at Mackey Ford today when picking up my new Edge. Friendly staff, car was ready and in and out quickly signing all the paperwork. Salesperson showed me all the bells and whistles in my car. Love my new vehicle. This is my 4th Edge! Love them.

They fit me into their schedule and had me back on the road, with my car, today. Everyone there is very kind and welcoming. I cant say enough good things about them!

Saratoga Ford is absolutely great. The secondary paragraph has NOTHING to do with dealership, yet the company. PJ is fantastic!!! The ford company will not reimburse you if you fix your car prior to a recall coming out , even if you have all your paperwork. So basically, if your car doesn t run, park it in your driveway and hope that a recall is announced. Very sad
My car had a check engine light and I called Subaru and Todd said just to bring it in. asked if I had recently gotten fuel said already over 250 miles so brought it in and was put in for check. As it turned it was the gas cap which Todd told me to be sure it was locked down. Guess I have been fortunate it didt happen before. They also did a check on the car to be sure all was well before they had me leave Very thankful they are in here! KUDOS
Brandon, my Service Rep, was honest and caring . He applied a coupon that I had in order to save me money on work that was being done. He was willing to explain what was needed and why. He also serviced my daughter for an oil change. He worked with her on a problem that her Subaru had.

I ve tried multiple times to get my 2022 F350 in for warranty concerns and well I ve moved along to another dealership. My first experience I was treated poorly by the bigger guy in the service department because I screwed his customer over by needing a loaner car. After 3 days at the truck center I was told my truck was all set, The problem wasn t fixed and I repaired the issue myself. Now for my second attempt to have warranty work done has landed me at Warranty Ford in warrensburg. I m very disappointed I spent the level of money I did at this establishment to receive ZERO help when in need of warranty repairs.
My Escape is a good car, it gets great mileage, and I always get wonderful service at Saratoga Ford.

Last week I arrived early for my Subaru service appointment, only to be told that people had not showed up for work and that the earliest that my car could be looked at was in 1.5 hours. I chose not to wait, but made a new appointment for today at 2:00. Again, I showed up early for a NY inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. That relatively simple service took 1.5 hours, so I didn t get out of the dealership until 3:30. No apologies, so I suppose it was just business as usual.

Service Department was efficient, friendly and professional. The service was performed in a timely manner. The waiting area is open and comfortable.
Brought my car in due to a check engine light and the dreaded wrench light. My cheap OBD reader would not read the DTCs, and the car has a 3rd party special calibration which requires special care. Saratoga Ford s code reader could not detect the issue, and they attempted to go through the 3rd party that owns the special calibration. Between the 3rd party and their other shops new advanced code reader, they were able to pinpoint the issue, repair the car and clear the codes. While the issue was fully resolved, it did take some time (no doubt due to the special calibration and the 3rd party being on the other side of the country). During that time, Danielle and PJ kept me up to date on what was happening with my car via e-mail, texts and phone calls. It was very reassuring to get updates as I was waiting! I feel the billing was very fair and my car was spotless and shiny when I went in to pick it up! At this point, I would highly recommend Mackey Automotive Groups Ford service to anyone looking for Ford or other service. They know that I will be back.
Service wasn t bad. I did an online appointment but apparently they aren t using the online anymore. I felt like It still should ve been honored because I wasn t aware that they weren t using the online aspect of their business but nonetheless they got me in right away. EVERY TIME I bring my vehicle to dealerships, for some reason are super expensive 1k+ but it is a dealership so I expected that for what needed to be done on my vehicle, but there wasn t there was one thing that wasn t fixed but they got me in scheduled quickly to get it looked at Better than where I bought the vehicle from so I m not really complaining

Service was OK; the only thing that wasnt great was the fact that I had to wait approximately 2.5 hours to have my job completed, when I was originally quoted 1 hour on the phone. I waited about an hour and a half to go to the desk to ask how much longer it was going to be and I was told at least another half hour. I inquired further because I was quoted one hour and was told that itll be done shortly. Maybe 5-10 minutes after that, a representative came to me and apologized for the delay, giving the usual short staffed excuse, and told me that the car would be ready in 20 minutes. Maybe 10 minutes after that, my car was ready. I wonder if the reason for the delay was (a) they double booked the 10:00 am appointment and my car sat there or (b) they took their time with my car because it was for a recall and I wouldnt have to pay anything. I find it coincidental that my car was ready shortly after I asked about what the delay was for. To be clear, everything else was good.
Was contacted by Saratoga Ford on 19 December telling me that they had received the motor for the windshield wipers which was a recall and wanted to know when I could bring it in for service. I told them that could bring it in next week since I was on vacation and also had a check engine light on which I wanted to get looked at. The gentleman told me to bring it in on Wednesday, 27 Dec. in the afternoon and they would replace the wiper motor and do a diagnosis on the light. I arrive at the Saratoga Ford service department on the 27th at noon and try to check in. The lady behind the service counter said she does not have an appointment for me. I told her that someone from here had contacted me for the replacement of the recall part and told me to come in today. She checked with her colleague who knew nothing of this and they checked with some other people as well with no one knowing anything. I showed them the call on my phone to ensure it was Saratoga Ford and they confirmed it was. One of the employees said it could have been a salesman trying to get me in to sell my truck. This was a complete waste of time for me and I told them that I will not get my truck serviced there since I have no confidence in their dealership having felt taken advantage of. This is a very low quality dealership and do not recommend anyone conduct any business with Mackey Saratoga Ford.

Kelsey explained all the services my Outback needed and was very informative about what to expect. When the technician Robert found some unexpected safety issues, they worked with me to get the work done quickly. It was a lot of work to do, and Robert got it done in time for me to get my kids from school-which was asking a lot from someone; meanwhile Kelsey had a back-up for me to have a ride just in case. Knowing that they care about the person and realize the customer has kids and family to keep safe or be there for means so much! I appreciate their effort and would recommend anyone whether they have a Subaru or not to have service done here.

We appreciated Pamela and the technician team taking a second look for the suspension noise (at no additional cost) and finding the missing small boot that was creating so much noise. Between the two visits, I believe that the appropriate brake work was done and that my suspension system and components are sound.
Absolutely thrilled to have Mackey Subaru of Saratoga take care of my Forester. They are great at regular maintenance and super helpful in letting me know what preventive measures need to be taken for keeping my car running and safe. With the Express Service Scheduling I can pick out the day and time that suits me the best easily. I will definitely be back as I intend to keep this car for a long time!
Price for oil change is 20% more than other local Subaru dealers and they did not apply a 10% coupon that I gave them. I did not realize it until after I left the dealership.
This is undoubtedly the best experience I have had with the Saratoga Subaru service. I feel confident that the car has finally been repaired correctly. The new service manager, Sid really seems to know what he is doing and he was excellent as was the rest of his staff. I dont normally write reviews but in this case I believe it is well deserved.

Had a great experience working with Neil Callahan to secure our new Subaru Forester. We were previously looking at a different one from a different, affiliated dealership and he had that vehicle shipped down to save me a two hour drive. Ended up getting us a newer model, with less mileage that we were extremely happy with. Everything went very smoothly at Mackey and Neil was helpful getting through a couple of hiccups on the insurance side of things.
