Allerdice Glass & Mirror in Saratoga Springs

Spoke to Tiffany today and scheduled an appointment for glass repair service in Queenbury, N.Y.. Tiffany was extremely knowledgeable, professional and attentive to my needs. Their response time is outstanding! They are coming out to repair a second story double pane glass window as seen in the picture. I also have used their services in the past and couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you Tiffany and Allerdice glass service!

Great staff and helpful support

Needed a large bathroom mirror. Called another glass shop said 4-6 weeks. Allerdice said roughly one week. Was ready the next day!! Awesome place

We needed to have a window repaired. We have used Allerdice in the past, so there was no question we would take it there. They did a great job on the window. We were concerned that we might have trouble putting it back in place, but that was not the case. I highly recommend Allerdice.

I can't review a company that did not show up, and didn't even bother to call to let me know. I made the appointment weeks in advance, took time off of work, and was given a window of 2-4:00. It was only when I finally called them that I learned they were stuck on another job. When I asked why this couldn't have been relayed to me sooner, I was given lame excuses.

They provided great service, from phone calls to in person assistance. They were very clear and polite in every conversation as far as pricing and time expectations. When my glass was finished they called and continued to call until I came. My window looks great (they fixed a broken window).

Excellent company. They were able to cut a couple pieces of glass I needed VERY quickly so I could finish a job. Thank you allerdice!

We originally had another local company come in to install a glass shower door. It was a complete disaster, leaked constantly and the owner of the company refused to address it. We hired Allerdice to come replace the door. Their installmen were professional, very clean and did an awesome job. The shower looks a million times better and functions great! We are more than satisfied with their services
