I’ve lived in the area for about 15-20 years, so I come in here about once a week on average and I can never get any one over at the paint desk. This is the third time within a month I’ve been here and I’ve had to wait an average of 20 minutes (minus the time it takes to make the paint) - just for one gallon of paint! It’s absolutely ridiculous. Between these guys and Home Depot, nobody knows what’s ever going on. Unreal! I’ve had another member of staff call this time around about 3 times and I’ve pressed the assistance button so the entire store knows I’m sitting at the paint desk. It’s crazy guys. I know you’re just a chain hardware store, but be better - seriously.
Couldn't be more happy with their service and selection. I have been struggling to get my order from Home Depot consistently. All of my packages come one at a time and spread out over 2 to 3 weeks. But Lowe's is on it! 3 days is longest I have waited to get my order delivered over an hour away in a small remote town in VT. It's comes all once and always correct. I have spent more time on the phone with Home Depot trying to locate all of the stuff I ordered than if I just order from Lowe's first. Not Lowe's! Best Home improvement store, Period!
I Purchased a GE Profile Washer& Dryer - I’m On my 3rd Replacement just buying this set a lil over a month ago- I’ve had nothing but problems with Lowes - Between deliveries and The Delivery Teams Ripping up My Brand New Flooring To them climbing all over the machines when being installed to Destroying My Property !!! No one is on the same page - I’ve had my pedestals for washer n dryer damaged by delivery team, and Now of Course they can’t get the set in - Then Tonight they sent the same guys out that destroyed my kitchen flooring even though they said they would never send them here again - Be Prepared when having deliveries , And the Non sense With these Delivery Teams Are Unbelievable and The Managers , Cooperate office just wanna shut you up with a$85 E Card …… This Is Totally UnCalled For !!! Nobody Can Do there job or Be on the same page !!!! Will Never Buy from Lowes Store For Nothing , NOT Even a Pencil !!!!!!! Very Unprofessional Business!!!!!!!!!!!

It was time to get another washing machine. I ran to Lowe’s and I think I found a good one. The sales man was super helpful and the setup the appointment, installation and removal of the old machine. I grabbed the 5 year warranty too (you never know what the future brings). So for at least the next 5 years I’m gonna be worry free with the washing machine.
It was well stocked, friendly staff, some nice decor items, and open an hour later than Home Depot. But I can say across the board everything from shims to spray paint was consistently higher prices than Home Depot and Walmart. Their stock of spray paint was awful, not one can of flat white? Is this America? Smart Home products are severely lacking as well as trained staff when I was looking for a motion detector. (But likely the same knowledge level you will find at most anywhere) ... The thing that irked me and makes the star level so low is 2 items I bought were completely mislabeled in their price - 4 tiny wood appliques in the clearance section were labeled 39 cents came out to be $6.99 and a drop cloth with MANY price labels under $10 (which was the only reason I picked it up) turned out to be like $24, so my bill was twice what I thought it would be. When I saw this I said "wait, this isn't right, these are labeled ..." And in target they would either fix the price right at the register or take it off the bill and let you leave without purchase. I had to go to customer service and process a return. They do have some beautiful stuff, it is pleasant inside, but I think they could work on that checkout process. Maybe allow people to return things at the register if they labeled the price incorrectly (or the "bulk price" was the only price I saw because it was grossly overwhelmed with the bulk price) maybe it was just a tired cashier.... Tired of dealing with people who mistake the bulk price for the actual price prolly hah
Good customer service, expected product selection. Store is in great operating standards with the current times during the pandemic. Sanitizing stations are at the entrance and exit. Solid 4 stars. Only issue is the flood of traffic which is absolutely expected with this Lowes being the only one for quite some miles.

My husband tried calling when someone picked up the phone and in the background you could hear to people saying you take no you take it then just hang up, they did . We just spent a lot of money there. And got hung up on not once but there times. You dont want to work quit. Saratoga lowes shame on you. The plumbing department needs to learn respect.

Bought our kitchen cabinets from Lowes. Our kitchen Specialist was Laura Scala. She was amazing in helping us with the process of ordering the cabinets. She went above and beyond, from start to finish in helping us and the contractor get materials we needed from the supplier to complete our renovation. Thank you so much.
The guy Jon in electrical is an idiot the appliance area is a joke I will not ever step foot in the Saratoga springs store again .
Lowes has gotten harder to checkout. I used to have a loyalty card that identified me, and as a veteran, it applied a discount on eligible merchandise. Now, after I ring my items up I have to enter my phone number and then someone has to come and look at my drivers license to verify my identity.
1-Star for this visit. We ordered a picnic table online, assembled, and ready for pickup on the 5th. Called and inquired about the order and was told it was not assembled. Went to the store and needed to cancel the original order and repurchase because of the free assembly fee. Had to get the table unassembled because the store had no one to put it together. They blamed it on the website. But, to me, its just another example of big business attempting to get more done with fewer employees at the cost of satisfied customers.

Simply purchased a John Deere E140. Noticed the left rear tire was flat. They brought it to the back of the store to swap the tire because there were a couple holes in it. 1.5 later they came back up front and loaded it onto the truck. Once we got home we noticed the tire was flat. And found the couple of holes still in the tire. Not only was the customer service horrible but the laziness is unbelievable. Don t tell someone you ll change the tire And then don t do it.

Buyer Beware I purchased a refrigerator for deliver on April 1. As it was being brought into the house I observed several dents and scrapes on the doors and side of the unit. I took photos as well as the delivery driver. I accepted the refrigerator because the delivery team took my original refrigerator out of the house. I called the store and spoke to a manager (Casey) She informed me that in order for the store to order a replacement I would have to pay for a new refrigerator before they could deliver a replacement. I tried to discuss this ridiculous requirement but was cut off repeatedly by Casey and was finally told this is the rule deal with it I paid for a new refrigerator and it was as delivered several days later. I met the truck in the driveway and asked the driver to unwrap the unit and to my surprise it was also damaged. I sent the refrigerator away and called corporate, they apologized but stood fast on the rule of the customer paying for a replacement of a damaged appliance. It is now April 16 and the second charge is still on my credit card and no answers from Lowe s. Folks think twice about Lowe s when making a major purchase. Update: April 17 Lowe s refunded most of the amount on my credit card but somehow is still $86 short. It never ends with Lowe s.

Update: theyve stepped up their game a bit over the past few months, and its my regular hardware store again. Lowes had been in decline for awhile in my opinion. I used to avoid home depot and I still do but that might change. Every time I leave an online pickup order from this Lowes there is always a problem and I have since stopped using this service. I try to go to ace hardware now and I only go here in a pinch. The customer service is sorely lacking and I prefer to ship elsewhere.

Purchased a Hisense French door refrigerator. Model # HRF266N6CSE. The refrigerator does not maintain its proper temperature and needs repair. Hisense Customer Service, if you can even call it that, is TERRIBLE to NON EXISTENT. For a business to have this bad of a customer service makes you ponder how they can still be existence as a company. At the time of the initial purchase, I also purchased a 5 year protection plan. Attempting to speak with a customer service person of Lowes Protection plan is almost impossible. I was sent an e mail link which was to direct me to a dash board which is to assist you in repair support. After filling out the support form and hitting submit. I received an error message. This happened over seven times. So, the product that I purchased doesnt work, this website that is suppose to assist you doesnt work and trying to speak with an actual person is nearly impossible. Read the disastrous reviews of Hisense products. Lowes should consider dropping this brand from their stores. An executive of Lowes should try to utilize the protection plan process and see what garbage they are selling to the public. After an hour and fifteen minutes I was able to speak to a support person. I was advised that a service repair provider would not be available for at least 10 days and I should receive a call back from someone in approximately 2 days. Lowes, you need to do better.

My 1 star is for the non-delivery of a set of garage doors. I ordered a 2 garage doors and wanted them delivered on a Saturday, all set up very easily. Saturday came and close to 3:30 - 4:00pm I get a text saying they are near so I am on the look out. 5:10pm I receive a text telling me they are delivered. I look in my driveway and nothing is there. I call Lowes customer service and tell them and they say that indeed they did deliver them and go to describing the garage the doors were left in front of which was not mine. Self checkout is finally here, helping alleviate the previously guaranteed wait in line to check out. Thank you Lowes! I do usually find it harder to find things here compared to Home Depot, even when using the Lowes app. Not sure if thats specific to this location or all Lowes.

So many times I end up here with no clue what or why. Thankfully the crew has always been very patient and helpful each time. They carry a nice selection of non-pressure treated lumber that is hard to find elsewhere.

Love the store except the fact NO cashiers. There was a young woman to assist with self-checkout but there are people who are technically challenged.
The people at the customer service desk would not warranty a broken kobalt tool for me because they did not have the kobalt version anymore and said I would have to call the customer service number. Guess what, I called and they told me the store should give me a craftsman equivalent. Went back in and told them all this, and they still would not help me out. I went to a different branch the next day and was in and out within 5min with a new craftsman tool essentially no questions asked.

Great Assistant Manager
I made the mistake of choosing Lowe s install my vinyl wood flooring. I elected to pick up the items (on 10/25) to avoid the $80 delivery fee, I assumed I got everything as no one said otherwise. I found out I was missing 2 items, one of which was on special order and expected to be delivered on 10/30. On 10/30 I call Lowe s and was told the item was being shipped directly to the contractor and that was expected on 11/6. 11/6 I go to Lowe s and they tell me the item is probably on the truck out back but they wouldn t know until it was unloaded that night. Josh the flooring supervisor was extremely unhelpful and when questioned about where my item was and any compensation for my time, he stated it is what it is . 20 minutes after I left the store I received a call from a flooring associate saying the item I was waiting for has been in the store since 10/30 and they had no idea. Josh the supervisor should have made that call. I talked to Jeff the assistant store manager, his body language told me he couldn t have cared less and threw a gift card at me to get me out of there. Lowe s Wilton is very unorganized and they have no idea what they re doing, avoid at all costs.

Several associates at the Saratoga Springs Lowes went above and beyond to help me sort out the problem I had in dealing with the delivery of cabinets I ordered online. AO Smith hot water heaters that are sold by Lowes are unreliable and do not last. Do not buy an AO Smith hot water heater. I have 2, that each lasted less than 5 years, company replaced one but did not cover labor, did NOT replace second even though it is clearly a faulty product
Have to say over the years Ive been a Home Depot guy, but lately Ive been finding myself more and more inside Lowes.
They dont tell you when you buy any appliances that you only have 48 hours to return it I spent alot of money to get appliances there i had a problem with them but did not find out till having the installed 3 days later only to find out then about there policy Im so disappointed after all the money I spent with them over the years I feel that they let me down

I spent several thousand dollars on a new front door (including installation). The installation went well but did not include screw covers that probably cost one dollar. The installer said it wasnt his problem because the store didnt send him. Andy from the store, who was quick to sell me the door, stopped responding to my emails. Ive spoken to probably 5 separate individuals thereafter and was twice sent the wrong item. Im going to the store next because nobody can resolve this. Very disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The employees are great to deal with the store was clean and well organized and customer service was very pleasant. The missing star is due solely to cooperate eliminating store delivery by there own employed and outsourcing it. Wouldnt want a contractor giving my business a bad rep because they decided to cancel last minute on 5 scheduled deliveries.
Ordered a fridge. Waited around all day, missing a day of work, in order to receive delivery. The only place I went all day was to the bathroom. Delivery driver claims that they attempted delivery. They did not. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes of being on hold before someone could confirm that the driver moved on with his life while my food defrosted on the counter. Corporate transferred me to this store, as the shipping store. This store informed me that they use a 3rd party for deliveries and that they have no control over their actions. I was informed that they best they could do was delivery on Monday, which will cause me to lose another day of work. I would crawl across broken glass to avoid ever dealing with Lowes again, and specifically this store and their delivery service. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Im not sure whats going on here anymore..... And neither do the employees. Its horrible. Simple fence order turned into a disaster spread out over 5 or 6 different stops there and I still dont have everything I need to install it....phone is a infinite hold that ended with being hung up on to make the noise go away. There totally not what they were even 2 years ago. Employees move slowly if at all, phone calls are a nightmare. Dont go here

Just asking a man about a spark plug. He emeditly became rude and unhelpful. I responded that I needed information on a lawnmower and the mobile steps where in the way. Edit: there was women employee helping an elderly man with his heavy bags into his vehicle, I thanked her for helping him.

Brad Dunkin refused a refund with a receipt within 90 days. On top of that the evergreen I bought has a full 1 year warranty. Brad states we dont accept dead plants. Brad was trying to give me store credit when I had a receipt and it was purchased within 90 days! Brad told me store policy was store credit and NOT a refund. It is clearly stated under returns for plants the word refund is CLEARLY stated. Corporate also disagreed with Brad and customer service gave me a full refund. Brad has poor customer service skills should not be assistant manager. God help any future patrons wanting a refund. PLEASE hire a new assistant manager. Brad is not the right one for your store.

Horrible experience with appliances. Lowes sells extended warranties and contracts with a sham company G&G Appliance. Neither have resolved a customer and leave the customer high and dry. I will never buy another appliance from Lowes and neither should you.

I had a great experience with Lowes because the manager helped me with an issue I had with moving a toilet to my car and even gave me a nice deal. I highly recommend this store. It is most likely where I will be getting most of my house stuff just cause of that one nice interaction I had with the store manager.
