What a joke! set up a appointment at 4:30pm for 1:30pm next day to come buy a car they left it in the show room and the receptionist couldn t find us in the computer scheduling we go over to look at a locked car go to walk out cause I m not buying a car without driving it and she starts talking over us saying they don t test drive these cars at all. I was there to buy and she starts talking over me again so we left, keep it I ll buy one somewhere else. I ve been in this industry even worked for Northeast Acura where I bought a new car while working there I ve never seen a test drive denied, especially with guaranteed funds.

My wife and I just purchased two vehicles at the same time (2023 Honda CR-V and 2024 Honda Accord EX) and loved our experience. I never thought you could have so much fun while looking for a car and Nick proved that you 100% could. He was down to earth, very relatable, friendly, knowledgeable, and helped both of us close the deal. He took time to get to know the both of us and not once did he apply pressure. We enjoyed our test drive with him, had some outstanding singing going on while we tested Apple CarPlay, and he was able to share all the specs and features of the car [which is why I am shocked he didnt go the distance in their internal game of Last Man Standing :)] While Nick was our primary salesman, he had an outstanding salesman in training who shadowed him and was fully involved in our experience from start to finish. Joel gets our praises just as much as Nick does as he was awesome to work with and very much contributed to making my wife and I have that 5-star experience. We know for a fact that Joel will make a great salesman and have a very positive impact at Saratoga Honda. Kyle was our sales manager and we had a positive experience with him. After about 3 rounds of negotiations, with Nick and Joel being the middlemen, we asked to speak directly with Kyle and he was happy to come out and continue the conversation. We were able to get to a price where we were both satisfied, shook hands, and made the deal official. Matt was our finance manager. We did the initial paperwork with him after we agreed on a deal and then I spoke with him several times throughout the week leading up to our deliveries via phone and email. He helped me sort out a title issue and was very responsive at getting back to me with financing numbers and handling equipment add-ons to a vehicle. On the day of delivery, Matt went over all of the options available to us for optional vehicle service contracts. Both my wife and I had decided against getting one and Matt was overly pushy with us, making us feel guilty for not wanting to get it. He said that he felt like he was failing us as the finance manager by letting us walk away without getting one. We told him we were making a conscious decision to not get one and that we were at peace with our decision, yet he kept trying to show us different price points to make it more attractive. We held firm and kept telling him we were not interested, and he kept pushing. After we had turned down his pitch, he seemed to shut down on us for the rest of the meeting where we had to sign the remaining paperwork and it just felt awkward. The only real piece of feedback here is to not push it to far with the customer and respect their decision if a no is a no. My wife and I live 2 hours away from Saratoga Honda and this is our third transaction with them (previously bought in 2018 and 2021). To us, the drive is well worth it and we enjoy doing business with them. We are overall very happy with our new vehicles and look forward to future interactions!

Went on Saturday January 25th first thing in the morning to go look at vehicles, Christian was the salesman that assisted with my search. I decided to test drive two used vehicles a 2022 civic and 2022 accord both were amazing cars and was very interested in purchasing. We went over numbers and could not get them in the realm of my price so we came up with leasing a brand new 2025 honda civic sport. Christian was an amazing salesman and did everything he could to make this the best option for me. I ended up going with that option and I am very happy with the decision. The staff from the moment you walk in are very friendly and informative from the check in desk to the finance manager that help me with finalizing the sale. If you are in the market def. go here and as for Christian he was very personable and did not act like a pushy salesman helped with making the best choice for me.

My wife and I were unexpectedly shopping for a car. We usually use a friend who owns a shop and sells used cars. My wife was interested in Pilot or Passport so we decided to try out each at Saratoga Honda. When we walked in Christian approached us and let us know the Pilot we wanted to drive was just taking out for a drive. So he sat down with us and showed us a Passport. We test drove a Passport and loved it. We decided we didnt need a 3rd row and decided on a Passport with Christians assitance. You hear horror stories of dealing with car dealerships. We had a wonderful experience and will buy our next car here too!

Went to saratoga honda today for my oil change appointment at 9:40 a.m. signed up to have the tires rotated as well while I was there because I was informed that they were due to be rotated was told about an hr to an hr and 15 mins , an hr went by as me and my kids were waiting we noticed my car was just being brought into the shop to be put on the lift , when I went out to ask my advisor John Striffler if he could tell me why my car was just being pulled into the shop after an hr from my appointment/arrival time he said that my appointment is made for an advisor and then has to be assigned to the shop for the work to be done and he didnt know how long it would be he knew I was very upset and he told me he would go ask the lady about how long it would take , 15+ minutes went by and John never came back to the waiting room to let me know of an estimated time frame which in my eyes is very unprofessional, I walked back out to him standing there talking to another employee and when he turned around I asked him ,so did you find out how long its going to be , I truely dont feel he even went and asked quite honestly, he sat down in his chair and proceeded to tell me he didnt really know what I wanted him to say but its on the lift and she is working on it now , Ive been going to saratoga honda for years now for my car oil changes and feel this was by far the worst customer service experience Ive had there yet , any other time the advisor that checks you in will come out and go over your vehicle inspection/ repair requests etc after the car is brought into the shop for the service however after all that John didnt do that and had no plans to, he only came into the waiting room when my vehicle was ready and then felt a need to go over my car then ... very disappointed in his customer service

For a month I couldn t pass inspection because mechanics couldn t figure out why I kept failing the emissions tests. Saratoga Honda not only found the problem , but when it was all said and done ( inspection included ), they only charged me 11 dollars. He was very understanding and worked all day with me to help me walk out with a beautiful 2024 Honda HRV. When I walked into Saratoga Honda I already had a really bad experience with another Honda dealership closed to where I live, where the sales person was inappropriate and didn t care to listen. So I was nervous to go to another dealership. But at Saratoga Honda, they didn t make me one feel stupid, two make me uncomfortable, and three they were so polite and treated me as though we were friends and knew each other and they wanted what was best for me which was nice. Between him and the Sales Manager that I can not remember his name right now it was such an amazing experience and I would and will be going back there again. Service visit was long. Check in is always a process. There was no one else checking in and it seemed longer than it needed to be. Service waiting area is good with plenty of snacks, water and soda. Loved the video they took explaining everything under my car. Overall, it was a good experience. Would go back.

Today as I was driving on the highway, the water-shield under my car (that Valvoline failed to secure back onto my car after my oil change ) came halfway off and was scraping on the pavement and was so loud. I knew I couldn t make it all the way home like that , so I googled the closest car dealership, and Honda was only a mile away. I obviously didn t have an appointment, have never even been to this dealership before, and don t even drive a Honda. Despite this, they were so friendly and SO helpful! Within 25 minutes they had my car on a lift and removed the shield for me so that I could get home. In less than half an hour! I was so relieved, as I had to get my niece to work within the hour. On top of the fast and friendly customer service, they didn t even charge me!!!! I was blown away by the great customer service that I received! I was so grateful for their help. I highly recommend this dealership!

Everything feels good. There is only one common phenomenon that the service quality needs to be improved. If it is your first time here, you have to ask yourself and find someone to serve you. No one takes the initiative to help. I feel that people are very numb.
