These guys meet the classic, unscrupulous reputation that the construction industry is most known for. Assets in another name? Check. Claims made in court by more than 17 different plaintiffs plus the state? Check. Not sure how someone with this kind of track record and the ethical equivalent of a dumpster can remain in business.

Top notch plumber. Their work is impeccable. Very impressed how quick they showed up. I highly recommend using them for all your plumbing and heating needs.

We d been battling an odor problem in our master bathroom off and on for months. I reached out to J2 and they gave me some DIY advice before setting up an appointment. When my DIY wasn t enough, I contacted them again and they had a plumber here the same day. On time, professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

We had J2 out to troubleshoot and eventually replace our A/C unit. Every single person we spoke with was friendly and professional. Communication was great throughout the process and they left us with a clean job site. It was frustrating to have our 18-year-old A/C unit bite the dust, but overall were really happy with our experience and plan to use J2 for our regular maintenance.

Buyer beware this company is is in major legal trouble and are using customers to get out of.it by grossly overcharging and providing low grade equipment. Company also.provided plumbing as of few dsys.ago but shut it down overnight leaving there employees on plumbing side no explanation and or assistance. Be smart.people.do ur homework and the math.. J2 Installed a direct line to my pressure washer for my business. It was a small job for them but they still fit me in and got it done on time at a great cost. Highly recommend

This is the second time Ive used them and I should have known better after the first. They never show up when they say they will. This happened on both jobs. During this trip a lot of heating oil was spilled and they left without doing anything about it. The house reeked of heating oil fumes, yet they did not return until 1:30 the next day after telling me theyd be back in the morning. To their credit $100.00 was taken off the bill for my displeasure, but only after I complained about not getting an itemized bill. The one bright spot was that the tech. that came the 2nd day of the latest job was great. Professional, worked quickly, and cleaned up properly. He added a star to the rating.

Fantastic service with little to no wait time on getting my Navien boiler and heat pump water heater installed. They helped us decide what would be best for our home based on our specific needs and what would be most cost/energy efficient. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Heater blew itself out on the coldest days of the year. J2 was pretty quick to get back to us, but the best aspect was the team they sent (Pete and Sean). Replacing a heating unit that went out on Christmas had us very stressed out. That being said, Pete walked right in and made me feel really at ease before they even got started. He was carefully explaining what they needed to do and why at every point. Some hiccups came along and stressed out everyone...except for Pete. He genuinely radiated a positive attitude to everyone, and I cannot understate how valuable that was to my family. In regard to the work done, it seems excellent, and these employees were beyond that in customer service. Truthfully, the best compliment I can give, is that Pete and Sean are the kind of guys you wish you had as neighbors.

Installed new gas water heater. The job was done quickly and professionaiy. Price was very reasonable for such a good job. Installers were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.

J2 was able to replace our broken water heater with a tankless water heater system on short notice. Jon and his team had the job done just a mere day later. Jon stayed late to ensure job completion and even came back to make a minor adjustment free of charge. Cost was surprisingly much lower than I had expected too. Top notch company and kudos to Jon. He truly puts the customers needs first. Will be sticking with J2 for all my plumbing needs from here on out.

J2 repaired our well pump on a Saturday night at 8pm and stayed late until the job was done. We had no running water and a house full of kids and Jon made sure we had running water the same day. He was fast, professional and extremely knowledgeable and I was blown away with the quality of work done - J2 makes plumbing and heating problems look easy. I would highly recommend them and will always call them for my plumbing and heating problems in the future!

Someone was supposed to come to our house to give us an estimate for a new system and they never called or showed up

Highly satisfied with this business! Our air conditioner stopped working during a heat wave and Jon and his staff came out to remedy the problem immediately. As it turned out it was not quick fix ( we needed to replace our very old furnace which was the core of the problem) and these guys were here for a couple of days staying after hours into the night to insure we would have air conditioning as soon as possible. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny! Would highly recommend this company!

Jon was awesome!!! Both times fit us in after hours.. new water heater was installed in less than 24 hours and AC unit in 4 days (considering having to order over 4th of July weekend). Great job and would definitely call again!!!

Awesome crew, came super fast when we had an emergency on friday night and took care of a complicated issue - main valve was broken, had to call city water to find the water supply. They took care of calling and ensured that the job was done well. Really nice guys and know what they are doing. Will definitely use again!

I can t praise this business enough. We had a leaking hot water heater. They came within a couple hours, diagnosed the situation and returned the next day and installed a new heater. They communicated well throughout the process, they were prompt, extremely polite and respectful. If I could give them a higher star rating I would.

I cannot believe how rude they were to me. After showing up 2 hours late to our scheduled appointment (and no call that they were running late) and coming into my home for 1 minute and spending another hour in the car they wanted to collect $100 from me. I asked to speak to the owner to discuss the charge as I did not feel I should have to pay. (I had to leave for work and needed to reschedule the service so I wanted to pay when they came back) When I calmly tried to speak to the manager about this he screamed fine dont pay & Ill call the police and hung up on me. I do not recommend this company and their service. I dont know how you can operate a business with that level of unprofessionalism

I was concerned about my older wall gas heater making odd noises. With the forecast calling for frigid temperatures I wanted a professional to come and make sure it was still safe. None of the larger companies would even come out to look. However, J2 returned my call promptly and asked for pictures to ensure the unit was something they could assist with. Jonathan then worked with my schedule to come out same day after I was home from work. He answered all of my questions, inspected the unit, pointed out what to keep an eye on due to the age of the unit and discussed options for replacing in the future. He was knowledgeable, professional and competitively priced. When it is time to replace I plan to use J2.

Good company did a lot of Hvac work and plumbing on my property but not really ever on time.. so plan on waiting on them

My wife and I recently bought a house in Saratoga and there were some hvac issues. I called J2 and they had people there immediately. I had the pleasure of meeting 2 men, Clay and Matt. These guys were super helpful, proffessional, knowledgeable, friendly, hard working and most importantly they did an incredible job. The price was beyond reasonable and I never once had the feeling they were going to try and rip me off or sell me something, unlike some of the other companies in the area. Needless to say, I will be using J2 for all my hvac and plumbing needs from here on out. Thank you for the great work guys.

Great company very reasonably Priced. Needed a shallow well pump replaced called Crissafulli Brothers out of Albany they quoted me over $4000 to do the job and wasn t going to be able to do it for 5 days. Called Jon and they showed up at 8 am the next day like he said and they can back later in the afternoon and had me up and running at a extremely reasonable price. Will recommend them to anyone. Thanks for getting our water back.

These guys really bailed me out at my rental property. My old AC stopped working during the middle of our guests Air B and B stay. We called around to several places and most of them were weeks out just to come out for a quote. These guys quoted and did the install in less than 2 days! Great pricing and great service. Would definitely recommend.

I hired J2 to do several projects at my newly purchased home. Some of them were well done, particularly the french drain that was installed. I do need to let potential customers know that there were two very serious mistakes J2 made without taking any responsibility. They sold me and installed a back-up sump pump and battery that was incapable of handling the level of water my basement receives. The first time I lost power the pump burned out in less than half an hour and flooded my basement. When J2 arrived to clean the mess up they used a gas-powered pump inside my home. The fire department was called because there was a potential carbon monoxide leak due to the gas-powered pump used by J2. The chief of the fire department made me aware that the use of a gas-powered pump in the home was a severely reckless and dangerous course of action taken by J2. J2 refused to compensate me for damages from the flood responding; That is what your insurance is for.

My water pump broke over the weekend so we attempted to swap the old out with the new BUT it didnt go as planned. Called J2 for some assistance Sunday afternoon, someone arrived that night. Come to find out, previous owners did not have everything set up correctly. Water was back up and running the right way by Monday afternoon. Very reliable, professional, informative and good pricing. Thank you for the quick and hard work!!

We bought a house with unexpected boiler ventilation issue and we couldn t turn on the heat in the house. We researched and called several places, but after meeting with J2 company, we decided to go with them. They were very friendly, honest, respectful and professional. Sean was the guy came to the house and he was cheerful and very helpful! He gave us a good advice on other parts of house we had questions about. After having another company check out my heating issue and not hearing back, I called J2 plumbing. They sent Sean, their boiler specialist, and am I glad this all worked out for me. Sean arrived promptly, diagnosed the issues with my piping, made repairs the next day, and took the time to explain all the ins and outs of my boiler system with me. He was prompt, honest, appears to have done great work, and is my go-to boiler guy from hear on out. He continues to follow up with me via text as well. Ill be using J2 again in the future. I suggest they do all they can to keep Sean with the company. He has been incredibly helpful and professional.

He called them late on a Friday about a clogged toilet they wereOne of the two companies that .bothered to call him back. The other company could not get there until Monday we are as J2 worked hard to fit me in on a Saturday. They had a full schedule but they kept me updated as to when they were coming, even when they were running late due to a job that went on longer than anticipated. I was switching from an old traditional thermostat to a new Nest thermostat and found out my wiring was not compatible. J2 was able to come out install a transformer and new wiring so I could upgrade my thermostat. Sean did great work!

I had a tankless water heater installed by J2 when my regular heater started leaking. Was an emergency situation and they came right away. They did an excellent job. Switching to tankless requires knowledge and expertise, and they knew exactly how to do it. Very professional workmanship. I then had a bad clog in my kitchen sink piping - they cleared the lines right to the main drain in the basement, replaced the under sink piping, and then recommended a new disposal. It was a little more expensive than some other disposals, but worth the extra amount. Best one I ever owned. I highly recommend J2.

Jon was very responsive with an emergency fix. He was here within an hour of the call fixed everything and explained what was fixed. Liked the job he did so much I m having him install a new hot water tank. Just an overall great job.

John and his team at J2 Plumbing did a fantastic job repairing our main sewer drain. We have a break in the pipe, about 80 feet from the house (diagnosed by another plumber) that caused a backup inside our home. We searched the web for a service company that could handle the issue as the initial company couldnt. J2 had a lot of positive reviews. Its easy to see why. He came out to inspect the issue within less than two hours of the initial call and provided an extremely reasonable quote for the repairs. The next evening he and his crew were at the house and fixed the (major) problem very quickly. We have fully-functioning plumbing once again are so grateful! Definitely recommend!

The guy that came out did an awesome job. He was quick and right to the point. My issue is, The rep told me 75.00 to come out, $75.00 per hour. No problem I had a dryer being installed so it was about 30 mins... The Bill was 278.00 The little thing the rep dont tell you is that its 75.00 per person and 2 of them showed up. The one guy did nothing while the other did all the work. No, I will not recommend the company but I would recommend the individual plumber.
