Ive just had two furnaces installed. See below for problem update. Im very happy with all the aspects of the service--the product, the installation, the communication, and the guys who came to do the installation. They were super competent and very considerate with my two tenants. The space for the two furnaces was very very tiny and they really persevered and got the job done. Great work. Highly recommend. Update: I asked about getting an external heat pump. The salesman for my jockey told me I didnt have room for it. I have sense found out I couldnt be easily had more installed on a bracket outside the house. Maybe I needed the new gas furnace anyway, but its unsettling to be deceived. Maybe they just didnt have heat pumps to sell? Ill take this down if the situation is explained. The guys who installed the furnaces were great. But I didnt get what I wanted and I maybe I could have.

The installers were very polite and professional. They came for a basic replacement and discovered mold in our old (30+ years old) duct work. They showed us the mold and provided different options. We decided to have everything replaced. The guys came back everyday with smiles on their faces. I would highly recommend My Jockey for HVAC needs.

MY JOCKEY replaced my mother s water tank/heater and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I booked them through Home Depot s installation services. They called me back an hour after I scheduled a call back on Home Depot s website. Joe is who I spoke to and I provided him with the details. He listened intently, I sent him pictures of the old water heater, he knew immediately the type of replacement water heater my mom needed. Within minutes he sent me a quote (very reasonably priced). Joe took down the details and was ready to schedule the replacement that same day lol! I opted for them to do it the next day because of me and my mom s schedule. They were scheduled to arrive at 9:30am the next day, they were like 20 minutes early. This guy was kind, professional, and informative. He replaced my mom s water heater in no time. He cleaned up after he was done and put everything back in its place. He did such an excellent job, we wanted to give him a tip but Home Depot doesn t allow it. I highly recommend MY JOCKEY!

Delivery and installation of my hot water tank was quick and expertly done.

My Jockey installed a Navien Combi Boiler to replace my old boiler and water heater. They did an awesome job. Jonathan, the lead, was on point with scheduling and estimates. He got the job scheduled super fast. The techs Kevin and Kent were respectful of my house, kept me informed on everything, and were overall really kind, chill and ready to explain anything. The plumbing work fitting it into my weird old house is top notch. They showed me a test of the system and explained everything thoroughly. They have earned my go to plumber/hvac call in Saratoga.

Amazing service! Fast and professional on a SATURDAY that was hot!!

We recently suffered the loss of our air conditioning unit. We endured two long weeks of uncomfortable sleepless nights. And open windows, ceiling fans and oscillating fans only felt like someone was blowing on us. We just do not know how spoiled we are until going through issues like this. Our AC unit was the original and repairmen determined that it was not worth fixing. We certainly did not want to purchase a new unit, but it only made sense to do so. Our furnace was also the original and our hot water tank was over fifteen years old. We knew that the AC unit had to be replaced and after much contemplation, we also opted to replace the furnace and hot water tank. We knew that replacing three major home appliances would not only be a huge undertaking, but it would be expensive. We contacted five companies who provided us with estimates. The company we chose, My Jockey, was the last company that we called. We noticed their advertisement on the back of a bus as we were driving home and called them shortly thereafter. When speaking to owner Jonathan Ching, he explained that My Jockey is an authorized installer for Home Depot. Jonathan was very personable and he provided us with an estimate, answered all our questions and explained our options, including financing. He provided us with a timeframe to have the appliances installed and he, his employees and co-owner, Jim Ching did everything during this heatwave to ensure that the job was completed timely and that we were completely satisfied. Of all the estimates that we received, My Jockey was not the lowest, nor was it the most expensive. But you do get what you pay for. And what we received are quality appliances, professionalism, a company willing to work with you and a job well done. We have since recommended My Jockey. And, I am happy that my sister-in-law also has utilized their services to install a new AC unit. We got the Navien water heater installed last month , I also got the navi circ with which you can get the hot water right away without running a whole lot of cold water thru faucet. My experience was really good. We got all the fittings gas line, electric wiring and an outlet for vent also a condensing unit etc. Whole installation took 5-6 hrs. But all was worthed. Now I do not have to worry about leaking tank any more and basement flooding. Jon and team installed it all very professionally and really liked the work. He is so friendly as well. He came again to check all the settings and I appreciate him checking all settings again for us so we get hot water right away in 4-5 secs and in the morning specified timing I wanted.

I got Navien water heater installed last month from Home Depot - My Jockey. I earlier had the tank water heater which was leaking. So I chose tankless water heater this time. So I do not have to worry about basement flooding. From My Jockey , Jin and his team really did a great job installing the water heat and other requisites like extending gas line , electrical wire and created a specific outlet for heater, water pipe fittings, created the in and out vents , condensing unit and all that s required. My Jockey worked with Home Depot when I inquired about a new heating system. I paid Home Depot directly for a Ranaii Combination Boiler/Hot Water Unit. My Jockey was first to respond and quick with the installation. I met both John and Kevin. Both are dependable, reliable and professional. They stayed until the job was finished. The 1980s Utica Boiler that still functioned was no longer able to be vented out a 100 year old chimney that couldnt be brought up to code. Both the boiler and the hot water tank were red tagged due to a carbon monoxide leak so the quick install was greatly appreciated. John answered every question I had with patience and 30 years of heating/hvac knowledge. They both have excellent customer service skills as well. Johnathan and his crew came to install my new hot water heater were extremely kind, patient and professional. From the moment they entered my home, they were efficient and showed excellent customer service. I had many questions about the new unit and they didnt get frustrated but patiently answered everything I asked. They did a wonderful job and were very clean in their work. We thought our water heater was leaking and called My Jockey, who had installed it. They sent a guy immediately. He found the problem, not a water tank leak but a failed expansion tank, and had it fixed quickly. Excellent service all around.

Jon came out to service my furnace and upon inspection suggested replacing it with a high efficiency Trane unit versus putting a few hundred into a 22 year old unit that. During installation I was complaining about cold showers daily after my wife and daughters get done with their routines. He asked a few timing/usage questions and gave me a quote for a tankless water heater. To this day that is the best money I ve ever spent. It doesn t matter now if I m first to shower or fourth, if the dishwasher is going or if someone is taking a bath, the shower is ALWAYS hot! Jon s team was polite, professional and left the areas cleaner than when they arrived. I couldn t ask for more and I recommend them consistently. Thanks again for guys!

Recently I renovated an historic home in Columbia County. I had a number of HVAC and plumbing contractors come in to assess the situation and what was needed. The first four proposals claimed I had to gut all the heating and plumbing and were extreme costs. Then I called My Jockey. James came by the house the next day, walked through the house with me, pointed out what changes were necessary, which were not and then which would be beneficial from an environmental and long-term cost perspective. I was confident in their approach and together we worked through a program that worked for me that invoiced servicing my boiler so it was working efficiently and then improving portions of the plumbing and additional heating. The price was much less than other proposals and the work was done quickly, cleanly and properly.

They were quick to get back to us regarding the issue we had with our hot water heater. They arrived promptly, were professional and resolved the issue. We would definitely recommend them!

My Jockey recently replaced a furnace for me in Saratoga. I contacted 2 Companies for their opinions and estimates. My Jockey was $3400.00 (68%) less expensive, did the work the day that I called and the technicians were wonderful to work with. Why not give them a try!

This company was open and honest from beginning to end. The plumber was courteous and knowledgeable. He worked with us to go in and out so as to not allow our cats to get out of the house. They were willing to ask the size and type and give a minimum quote via phone.
