Cannot believe 20 minutes for them to tell me they cannot jump my battery

Currently, today to be more precise I had an accident and I called Saratoga Springs triple A and I couldn’t be more fortunate since the lady who answered my call till the guy named Andrew who was amazing professional, kindness and helpful. Thank you so much for your assistance I’m A membership at least 5 years and the few times I need any kind of rescue I was prompted assisted and today I’m here to thank you guys again in special Andrew who was an amazing professional and did his best to help me. You deserve 5 ⭐️

We made an appointment with Donna for 11:00. We arrived at 10:58 and were greeted immediately. We told him we had an appointment with Donna at 11 and were told she would be right with us. 10 minutes later another employee greeted us and checked with Donna, who apparently told that employee she was on a phone call that was running a few minutes late. At 11:20 we finally left, as she was still on the phone. It’s rude to eat into someone’s scheduled time, and we are very disappointed in Donna’s non-service.

Just wanted to say that everytime I have ever had to call upon Triple A, I have always had a comforting and smooth-going experience. It seems that each person that has come to my rescue, has been SUPER friendly and never once made me feel like I was just an inconvenience. Whatever Triple A is doing for their employees to keep them happy enough to be cordial and sweet; keep it up please!!!

I have been a member since 2006 for the Roadside assistance. I have rarely used it but the service provides peace of mind. Yesterday, I ended up needing a new battery. The service was fast and Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything. Triple A makes me feel safe. You cannot put a price tag on safety.

I was stuck with no brakes in Sanibel Florida. I called 3 times for a tow to a service station. My first call at 2pm. ….3 calls later….still waiting and now 7:40pm. Terrible service and will let my account lapse! No sense to have it. VERY DISAPPOINTED! 4/29/22

Did not do business here just poked my head in to ask about the business next door and the employees seem to be very friendly and willing to give me information even though I wasn't a customer. Common courtesy goes a long way! I can't remember the gentleman's name I spoke to about the automotive shop next door but he was very kind.

They have these wonderful Tour Books and maps of US States. I usually order them online and they are mailed to me. I ordered a couple of them in July, and was called to pick them up at an office out of my area. I asked that they be mailed and after making sure they had my correct address, I was told they would be mailed to me - never received them. By August, I went online and ordered the same books again with a memo '2nd request'. Never received these. So I called again and was told that both times, the order was mailed to me and they are probably lost...was told to go to my local office and pick up what I wanted. We'll guess what?!! I went to my local office and the person that helped me went straight to a file cabinet where, lo & behold, my order was wrapped with a paper that had my address on it. He apologized saying, "It was never sent out!" Note to office staff, don't say something was sent out unless you know for sure that it was. I do like their towing service and have been helped out many times. It would be nice if they offered discounts to long time members of 30+ years or to senior citizens. Hope corporate is reading this!
