I was very impressed with the customer service shown. From the friendliness of the staff to not being pushy selling others services along with being walked through every step and showed things to me like what the new oil looked like.

Each recommendation was explained to me about what types of maintenance should be done. Being able to see the workers work on my car allowed me to trust they were doing a good job and not doing anything suspicious with my vehicle.

I went here trying to get an oil change. I go in and immediately the man helping me isnt friendly. I try to use a coupon and he says I cant use a screenshot off it I took because I dont have great service in that area even though I have done it before and had to get the manager to tell them it was OK on multiple occasions. After that he tells me I can only use the most expensive oil they sell which isnt true because my car is just running off the base oil right now, The man knew what he was doing to because the whole time he had the most smug look on his face. This is not a bad company so I dissapoints me they will hire people like this there

My recent experience at Valvoline was deeply disappointing and concerning. The employees had poor attitudes and included services on my receipt that were never performed. They also failed to notify me about a piece of metal hanging from under my car after the service, which came unhinged while driving on the highway, nearly causing a serious accident. Despite addressing these issues with management, their response was inadequate. While they apologized, they took no meaningful action to address the safety hazard or correct the false services on my receipt. Moving forward, Valvoline must prioritize customer safety, ensure accurate billing, and improve employee accountability to prevent such incidents.

Savannah was so sweet and pleasant. All the staff was very knowledgeable and took their time. (Had a bad experience with an oil change in the past at another place). I asked if they could double check everything to make sure everything was screwed on tight and put in correctly and the gentleman kindly did with a positive attitude. The whole team was great and I ll definitely be back for future oil changes!

They are very honest, and they told me that my car was in urgent need of repair on my k frame, and they didnt charge me for any service. They told me I didnt need an oil change even though it could have been easy money for them, and they recommended a nearby auto repair shop. Great job all around!

YOU MUST MAKE APPOINTMENT FOR INSPECTIONS. Website says you do not need to, but you do. Wasted trip. If and when they go through with the apparently very difficult process of changing their website info, I will edit this post. But when I was there they all seemed to be very well aware that their website says you do not need to schedule appointments for inspections. So why hasn t it been changed? This shows, to me, that they do not respect their customers time. I did schedule an inspection with them in spite of this and will let you know how it goes. Inspection went just fine; no issues. It s now been well over a month since last post. Have had no response from them about previous post.

Immaculate service! I very last minute decided to go to the Wilton valvoline before i had to be at work. I think I pulled in around 10:40. I needed a headlight fixed and they said they could do it. They also noticed my windshield wiper was the wrong size and offered to fix that for me as well. I said yes and they were very efficient and got me out of the bay by 10:55 making me on time for work by 11. They were all very nice and did a great job without trying to sell a bunch of things to me. Will definitely be returning.

So amazing! Im an old lady so I dont know al this computer stuff and the kind man named John was so awesome! Very fast and he walked me through what he was going to do, very nice!

This is my new spot for an oil change. Ive been here 3 times for an oil change and every time, the techs and mechanics at this location are pleasant, professional and efficient. Its such a well run business thanks to their exceptional staff. Highly recommend!

Have had two vehicles through this location and neither one did they replace all of the bolts/screws to the oil pan covers. If youre not going to do the job right then youre not doing it at all. Absolutely atrocious level of work allowed from this branch and its managers. Additionally, the price for one of my vehicles is more than the dealership, even with the half done work.

Ive always been very skeptical about these QUICK CHANGE places. My fiancé tried this place out a few weeks ago and she seemed pretty satisfied with the service. I stopped by to get an oil change to see how things went. First off there was no wait to get in to get the service, no sitting in the waiting room for hours and no appointment needed. The staff was beyond friendly and explained everything they were doing. To my surprise the manager is the one who was in the bay working, she was setting the example for the rest of the team the way a manager should. GREATY JOB!! The communication between the staff while working on my truck was amazing. So my mind has been changed and you definitely earned my returned business. Keep up the great work!!

Decided to go back to Valvoline after getting frigged over by wally world. Got right in this time. Friendly and helpful staff. Registration took a little while due to my vehicle change. Nothing too long though. Very thoroughly done as always. Was shown my finished oil change dipstick to varify it was done right- unlike my previous experience with WW. Will never go anywhere else other than Valvoline. Thanks for your help and time with my oil change.

Had my vehicles transmission serviced at a Valvoline store in Ohio while on vacation, about 300 miles after the service, I was half way home, the car started smoking running hot and shifting weird. Was able to make it home. The following morning brought it to this store in Saratoga springs, where the technicians refused to look at where the leak might be coming from, I specifically asked if they could check the fill and drain plugs for tightness, and if after they could top me back off, since the car lost all the fluid their other store just put in. Again they refused, and suggested it was a major issue with the transmission and would in no way be valvolines fault. Mind you my car was dumping oil in their parking lot, both on the way in to the bay and back out. Called Valavoline Customer Care, they are completely worthless. An improper self diag led me to spending 1000$ on a new oil pan and filter and OE fluid, and when I completed the job found that the fill plug was loose and about 3-4 threads out, fluid blatantly running out of there, and the oring was left off the drain plug, and had also been leaking from that. Valvoline could have saved me that 1000$ if they had just CHECKED THE PLUGS FOR TIGHTNESS and TOPPED OFF THEIR FLUID!

I just want to say thank you to pauly he was amazing. He went above and beyond to help me today with my car situation. If only more people were as patient and understanding. THANKS AGAIN :)

Best oil change around! Everyone was so professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The whole process was so convenient and efficient. The entire crew loudly and clearly communicated throughout the entire process. The price was fantastic, especially with the quality of service you are getting, it felt like a steal. Drew stood next to my window at his computer throughout the entire process and let me know exactly what was going on every step up the way. Everyone was so appreciative of my business. Great service! All the guys working at the time were extremely friendly and explanatory. I arrived not long before they closed and they still happily took me in for the quickest oil change I ve ever had. They recommended a few things aside from my oil but I decided to pass on them for now.

Understaffed, no sense of order. While I waited in line at bay 3( bay 1 was empty at the time) multiple cars were pushed through the other bays. Cars came and went as I waited for almost an hour. Will not return

I was in and out in 10 minutes for oil change. They checked my car, tires, filled fluids and both young men were fantastic and so polite and pleasant. Great experience. I couldnt get to my regular dealer and took a chance..they were great

Manager Justin is friendly and accommodating, a happy guy. They dont cheat you or rip you off which is amazing. They recommend but dont push. An all around great experience. I waited 7 minutes with no appointment on Sat late morning.

Was taking my grand caravan there for oil changes. After a couple of oil changes, started having a severe oil leak. Come to find out, it was from a crack in the oil filter housing. Either the filter was tightened too much, or it was the wrong size. Either way, we lost the van, which was our primary source of income, as my wife and I do door dash and Instacart.

I went in for an oil change and inspection and the inspection machine was down. My vehicle passed the inspection, but they couldn t print the sticker (they did not charge me). They rescheduled me for a week later and when I showed up the machine was still not working. So, no call to cancel the appt. I ended up having to go to jiffy lube (which took 3 hours to get it done). So three appointments and 6 hours for an oil change and an inspection. If you only need a fast oil change on the fly and you don t mind paying a bit extra and getting soft sold on some other services this could be your place. If you need a nys inspection and value your time I would not go here. Two stars because the staff (one member in particular) was very nice. I would not be surprised if they will continue to schedule inspections that they can t perform in March/April 24 and say sorry once you re there.

Had a good quick oil change here once. Been back 3 times since and this is the last time. Two times the didnt have anyone trained on the equipment for the service I needed. Today they cant even do a simple inspection. Im done.

If you call this place and ask them if they can do a transmission service on a specific vehicle, they will tell you yes. Once you get there and they go under the hood, thats when they will say this vehicle has a dealer specific port and we cant touch it. Similar thing happened for rear diff fluid. This has happened twice with two different vehicles at this one location. Its not the guys in the shop, but the person who answers the phone. They are clueless.

Went today 3/17 around 1ish the website said no appointment for nys inspection so I went in drive all the way and when I got to valvoline their wasent anyone one their other then 3 employees doing nothing the guy came out and said its by appointment only and when I told him what the website said he replied with thats for oil changes only felt more like they dident wanna do anything I just re did the whole frame and abunch of other work to the truck so I know it will pass and they sent me away

I came in with my pickup truck for an oil change. They checked my tire pressure. They take 60 psi. When I got home the tire pressure light was on. When checked they were all 35 psi. Apparently someone at the shop DEFLATED them all to the standard passenger car pressure, not the required pressure for truck tires. This could have been dangerous if my truck was older without TPMS. I could have ruined the tires by having half the required pressure.

I bought a Groupon for $68.99. Once scanned, it took $31 off the price. They wouldnt fix it. I received a shoulder shrug and paid almost $40 more than if I had NOT purchased the Groupon. Im livid.

Wow! I initially tried to go to Jiffy Lube but there was a huge line and wait - I don t have three hours to waste. When I got to Valvoline, they were able to take me in right away and that wasn t even the best part! You don t get out of your vehicle and it literally took them ten minutes to do the work. Lynn and all of her employees were amazing and the customer service experience was top notch. I will definitely be back and recommend their services.

Cut right to the chase. Got me in and out in like 10 minutes on a Holiday weekend when all of the surrounding instant oil changes were packed. Will be coming back for sure. Efficient staff!
