My family and I went to get new tires put on my sisters car and I was amazed by the exceptional service we had received, Sana the manager is truly amazing and always has a smile on her face. Definitely very impressed and we will be returning.
I came to get tires on my car a couple of weeks ago. I came earlier than the reservation stated and still had to wait an additional 2 hours as one of the machines were down. About almost a week later my car started shaking and there was a terrible grinding sound. Went to get it checked today at my dealership and they informed me that the TIRE WAS FALLING OFF! I cannot believe Walmart put my life in danger like that. I will never come here again for any sort of repairs whatsoever. I suggest you all avoid them as well.
I watched Manager disrespect a worker that was lower than them. When I think the younger guy was more knowledgeable than the manager, he also held his composure better. I believe the younger guys name was John. If this is how your Managers / or higher ups are treating the workers below them. I will not be coming back to this store
Had a 9 am appointment…. After 1 hour and 40 minutes they still have not touched the car. When asked about the time, was told the appointment doesn’t matter. Took my tires to a local place since business doesn’t matter nor customer service.
I had bought 2 tires in to swap winter tires to summer tires. They were completely confused. After an hour, they refused to do the job. After everything was explained, they conceded to swap our tires. They refused our services to have 2 more tires swapped. Midas provided all of our needs and more. Midas services were great! Lol more $. However it's worth the quality work and labor.
I called at 9am to see if they could repair 2 slow leaking tires off of my plowtruck that is not on the road. Pulled them off and brought them in by 11am and was told was told " we can't do them today, if you want to leave them we should be able to get to them tomorrow sometime." Tomorrow snowstorm was calling for 8", which we actually did get. Went to BJ'S tire center and had them done within the hour. Good thing as my plow truck was outside on the jack with 2 tires off. Thanks Walmart.
Brought 4 tires in to be replaced. Told me I needed new lugs as they .couldn't get them off without destroying the. Left my tires there as told by employee. Explained would be a cpl of weeks to return as I live an hour away. No problem, tires will be here. I get my lugs and call them to let them know I'm coming in. After searching for my tires they told me they had been 'thrown out'.. Why? My name was on them and your staff told me to leave them?!?! 'OH, he should never have said that'. After numerous calls to get ahold of a manager on either the Walmart or automotive side I finally get ahold of the automotive Mgr. He finally agrees to pay for 2 new tires and I paid the for the other 2. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. They were good tires and either they sold them or an employee took them home. Beware!
Don and his crew are top notch! I was working out of town in Saratoga Springs and my rental car had a flat tire. I was on a time crunch and didn't have time to deal with the issue. I took the car to these guys and they offered to take me to my work location while they worked on the car. Not only did they fix my issue, they also brought my car back to me! I was blown away with the level of service from this Walmart Auto Center. I even joked with Don about not believing what they say about New Yorkers being so rude, lol. If you have an issue with your vehicle, give these guys a chance to help. It is so rare to find great service like this, the people of Saratoga Springs are fortunate to have Don and his crew here.

I purchased a set of tires from Walmart and set an appointment to have them installed only to find out that they couldnt take a run flat tire off a rim, I dont know how in the world a tire shop cant take a simple run flat tire off of a rim, it wasnt some low profile tire that may be difficult, it was an SUV tire with a huge sidewall, what an absolute joke, Ill never go there for anything, ever again! And the excuse given was complete rubbish, I think it was near the end of the day and they were busy so they made up an excuse to cancel, run flat tires are not hard to remove. Armatures

Place is always meh at best. Slow, work is hit and miss. Attitude is lackadaisical at best.
Dude told me 2 hour wait and that theyre closing early at 4pm. If its gonna be first come first serve and youre having 2 hour waits, maybe appointments would be better?

DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE THEY WILL TORQUE THE HELL OUT OF YOUR OIL FILTER AND YOU WONT BE ABLE TO GET IT OFF IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO YOUR OIL CHANGE AFTER THEM. THEIR TECHS NEED TO GO TO SCHOOL OR BE TAUGHT HOW TO DO AN OIL CHANGE AND ACTUALLY ONLY HAND TIGHTEN THE OIL FILTER NOT TORQUE THE HELL OUT OF IT

The work was done well and quick. Not bad at all. Tires and oil change in an hour and a half!!! I would certainly recommend utilizing this Walmart super center!!!! They are honest about time frames. And dont try and upsell every single thing like most auto mechanics do. The prices were fair on the tires and the oil change!
Customer service was horrible
Made an appointment ordered my tires brought it in they got the job done in one hour. I just wish they would do the free alignments after they put the new tires on.
They do a good job with oil changes for a cheap price. The only issue I have is one that they probably cant control completely but the wait times can be long and they sometimes under shoot their estimations.
After waiting an hour and half because they do not do appointments I find out they could not put four new tires on my vehicle because they could not get the lug nuts off. Mavis Tire didnt have any problem getting the lug nuts off. I bought four new tires from Mavis and had them put on.

Oil change killed my car
Was turned away from getting the oil changed in my 42 year old vehicle because when they pulled it into the oil change bay they could smell fuel. Obviously they are not familiar with older vehicles as they can run rich and exude a fuel scent. Very disappointed as I had just had the oil changed in that very vehicle at that same location several months ago and there was no issue doing it then. They also are not able to change the oil for a modern day vehicle (2012 MINI Cooper Countryman) as they say they dont have the special tool required to do it. Took that vehicle to Jiffy Lube, and they showed me exactly what was involved and they only needed a screw driver and a ratchet with a standard socket on it.
Fair but always feel like customers are annoying to the counter help. No comfortable area for waiting..

I was looking for the best price on a full synthetic oil change and when I pulled up outside, the sign said $44.88. When I went inside, the sign said 54.88. I had my kids with me and decided to go back out, thinking I read the sign wrong, as I had a coupon for Hoffman for close to the same price but with a car wash. I was going to just drive away but looked at the sign again and realized I wasnt wrong, the sign definitely said 44.88. I went back in and asked what the right price was. The man at the register, who was also the manager, seemed very unhappy and put out by my question and customers in general. He went outside, came back about 4-5 minutes later and said its 54.88 and that one of the guys made a mistake outside. I asked if he would honor it as it was what got me in the door after all. He huffed a bit, again seemed annoyed and disappeared again for another 5 minutes. He came back and just said
Understaffed with under-qualified people. Avoid the stress and potential damage to your vehicle. I dont even recommend buying tires here because they will not honor the warranty.
Waited over an hour for them to tell me that they couldn t do my oil due to some thing about the top of my oil didn t even make sense.

Employees in this department are nice but with limited garage space the oil change wait Times can average 3 hours. They need to expand this section. With the amount of people in Saratoga and the surrounding towns going to this Walmart its to small to accommodate everyone.

Got a great deal on tires that I purchased on their website & was able to have them hold on to them till I could bring the car in for installation.
They do good work but they are a bit pricey and dont plan on getting work done to quickly. If you bring your vehicle here plan on waiting for a while to get it back. It will definitely be done right though

2 hours for an oil change and check a tire valve which they didnt even replace. No wait when I got there. Theyre just rediculously slow. When I checked 50 min in they werent yet done with the oil change.

Lazy jerks. I went in for an oil change and to adjust the tire pressure. They said only a specialist could change the oil on my standard Kia, and claimed to have adjusted the tire pressure when they did no such thing. They also said that they had paged me, after I had been waiting for 40 minutes, but my cell phone always had perfect service.
