Ryan arrived on time and did a great job on fixing my plumbing problem. He was very thorough with all his explanations regarding why he was doing what he was doing. I would use B&B Plumbing again and would request Ryan to do the work. Ryan was personable, courteous, and very professional.

Our second fantastic experience with B&B Plumbing! We discovered evidence of a leak in our family room/garage. Jeff was able to schedule a repair at a convenient day for us later in the week. Ryan, our repair technician, was able to arrive much earlier than originally scheduled. This worked worked well for us. He thoroughly inspected the suspected plumbing, which appeared dry, and tested. This area was not the problem. Ryan continued exploring until he found the leak. Great detective work! He efficiently & competently repaired the damaged copper pipe and then tested. Perfect. We are impressed by the attention to detail, friendliness and professionalism of Ryan. He obviously cares about his customers. Highly recommended. Thank you! 4/7/25 Another fantastic job by a crew from B&B! Bob and Dean installed a new Mitsubishi split AC/Heat system in our home today. They arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled and got right to work. Both were professional, friendly and extremely competent technicians. My wife and I are pleased with the unique solution to running the lines to the inside unit. We are using the heat to take the chill out and warm up on this damp afternoon. It is working well and looks great, too. It was a pleasure to work with Mike, who did the estimate and was also on site throughout the day. Thank you all! A great experience. Highly recommended.

Im a little disappointed with the new Combi boiler I had installed. It seems to stop working at random times. I dont see any obvious reason for it not to work. Your tech team was here a few times and they are stumped too.

They showed up exactly when they were supposed to and made sure everything was running and perfect. Love B&B. We would give them 10 stars if you let us. They rock!

Ryan was great!

I called B & B when my air conditioner stopped functioning in the midst of a brutal heat wave. They were extremely busy but were able to get me on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time. The tech came at the time that was promised. The entire service was completed in less than one hour of billable service time. The unit is now working great. It was a very good experience and I won t hesitate to use their services again.

What a great experience I had with B&B, Mike had a thorough knowledge of all the equipment and explained to me all the options and pointed out the best options for my situation. Adam and Matt were on time, explained what they were going to do and then executed the days agenda. At the end of each day they followed up with what they accomplished and what they were going to do the next day and the house was just as clean at the end of the day as it was in the morning. Adam and Matt both had prior military service and their work ethic showed it. I will be recommending B&B to everyone I know.

I have a lot of trouble finding knowledgeable techs to work on my tankless hot water heater. But B&B knew exactly what to do. The techs were prompt, skilled and courteous, and the bill was more reasonable than some of the bigger outfits in the region.

Both Adam and Matt where very professional with the installation of our mini split unit. Explained the operation and maintenance of the wall units, plus the main outside unit.

Great customer service

B&B installed the unit at our home that we recently purchased. We called them to come service it. They didn t complete the maintenance, they didn t even bring a filter! They knew what equipment we had so that was completely unacceptable. We got charged for a full maintenance that requires a follow up appointment to finish. It required us to call them for clarification, communication was not transparent and they clearly care about their builder accounts because their maintenance person indicated he had bigger customers to get to and basically left us with an AC unit not working and old filter on a 85 degree day.

Easy to work with, excellent products and excellent service! From estimate to installation, the process was very smooth and everyone was incredibly professional.

We inherited B and B Plumbing and Heating when we purchased our house in Saratoga Springs 2.5 years ago. Unfortunately, our experience with them has been far from satisfactory, prompting us to share our concerns. Without delving into past issues, our recent encounter with B and B Plumbing and Heating left us deeply dissatisfied. We decided against renewing our maintenance contract due to concerns about their ethics and integrity. During an emergency earlier this fall, we were forced to call B and B Plumbing and Heating as no backup supplier was identified. Our disappointment only grew when they not only failed in communication but also misled us about the cost of charges. To make matters worse, we were charged over $150 for a 5-minute visit, which we were initially told would not incur charges since they were unable to fix the issue. The part they replaced during this brief visit cost over three times what we could have purchased from a reputable supplier off the shelf. Shockingly, the price was never discussed, and the representative signed under my name without consent, resulting in an unexpected bill. Attempts to address these outrageous charges were met with outright refusal to cooperate or find a reasonable solution. We feel deceived and taken advantage of, and the lack of accountability on their part is truly disheartening. Based on our experience, we cannot, in good conscience, recommend B and B Plumbing and Heating to anyone. The combination of poor communication, unethical practices, and exorbitant charges has left us deeply dissatisfied with their services.

Ryan the service tech exceeded my expectations, he did an excellent job and let me know in detail what had to be done. I will definitely use B & B plumbing again when needed.

We have always had exceptional service by B&B! Our most recent experience was for some plumbing work. JJ and Kevin were professional, friendly, prompt and provided details of the work they performed. We highly recommend B&B !!

We have had B&B for several years and have always been happy with their service. That is until this year. This year the service person was rude, would not listen to us. Immediately after the yearly maintenance our furnace stopped lighting. After 4 times that it did not light we called him out again. He did nothing but complain. We are sad to say we will not be calling B&B in the future.

We had a new heating system installed. Job was done as scheduled. Sales rep and technicians were experienced, hard workers and polite. Would highly recommend.

Sharing our recent bad experience with B&B technicians and also company management. B&B came to our house on a Friday for a service call on our boiler, and at that time performed no work and we were promised an estimate by the following Monday. After 2 1/2 weeks and several follow up calls, the technician had still not prepared the estimate for us. We were charged $135 for this service call when no work was performed, and when I called after 2 1/2 weeks to say I would be taking the work elsewhere, there were no apologies. They also told me refunding the cost of the service call after failing to provide the estimate was non-negotiable. We had several issues in our home the past year and B&B serviced them. On one occasion a technician was rude to me but I chalked it up to that one person. As a good customer it was surprising and disappointing to be treated this way by the company at large. We will not be going back to B&B and recommend you stay away as well.

I had a great experience with B&B and will use them again. They answered the phone, set a schedule, called ahead as they said they would, and showed up to fix the issue very quickly. I believe the service persons name was Tyler who did a great job and wore a mask inside which I appreciated.

Avoid this company. I ve had them out to my house 3 times now and they still have not been able to accomplish what they were hired to do. Last time they came out my heat stopped working within 4 hours of their visit and they are trying to charge me an after hours fee to fix the mistake they made. We will be seeing what legal action can be taken as we are not responsible for their mistakes and their work obviously caused more issues that will need to be fixed by another company. Hire someone else or you ll be stuck with $700 bills and issues to fix on your own. I see another customer had the same issues and left a review here. I should have listened to them.

B&B replaced our boiler after 35 years of service. From selecting our replacement boiler, to installation, to follow up fine tuning....everything went super smooth! The entire process went without any surprises or disappointments, and all of the staff involved were polite and professional. If you need plumbing/heating services, go with B&B!

When one has a heating issue during the middle of the Super Bowl, and the owner of the company (BJ Kozlowski) offers to drive over and address the issue himself, you know you have a company willing to stand by their work. That is what B&B Plumbing and Heating is all about. They stand behind their product and work, and the consumer can t ask for more than that.

I would avoid them, it took numerous trips to our house for a relatively simple job, technicians were incompetent, invoice was 3 times higher than we were originally quoted because they struggled each time they came. The job dragged on for over 2 months. If you re looking to pay high prices for suboptimal work, with maximal oversight and effort on your part, these are your guys.

First off they were prompt and professional! Ryan showed up with a great can do attitude and quickly identified the problem. He worked swiftly to replace my expansion tank and minimize distruption to the house. Finally, he took the time to show me what work he completed and how to watch the pressure to ensure the system was ok in the future. In the end I would call B&B again for any work to be done in my home and would welcome Ryan in because of his professionalism and the great pride he takes in his work!!!

Last year we had an issue with our hot water heater. The first plumbing business that we called diganosied the problem in less than 5 mins and said it needed to be replaced. B&B was then recommended to us by a friend and local contractor that often uses the business and said they re outstanding. I figured I better get a second opinion. Greg from B&B responded to our house on a weekend, and after a little troubleshooting fixed the problem, which did not require replacing the heater. Greg was professional, patient, and diligent with his work. The price was reasonable. Yesterday, Greg came to the house again to solve another issues we had. He did a fantastic job again. B&B is highly recommended!

Our hot water heater completely stopped working on Easter Sunday. Called B&B Plumbing the next morning around 9:30 and by 3:30 that SAME DAY we were back in business with a brand new Energy Star rated hot water heater. The staff in the business office were very courteous and quick to respond to our complete loss of hot water. The installers were very professional. We would highly recommend B&B Plumbing -- they definitely deserve a 5-star rating.
