I feel lucky to have found Joshs Small Engine Repair. Over the years finding a reliable mower servicing business has been tough. Thankfully I found Joshs online and I couldnt be happier. I called and enquired about getting my mower and another engine serviced for the season and they were very quick returning my call. Upfront they explained everything that would be done and the total cost. Plus, I love that Josh does pickup and delivery, which is necessary for us. Whats most amazing is Josh was able to do the pickup, servicing and return the mower very fast in what I would assume would be a very busy time of year for his business. I know I will be calling Josh back later this year for my snowblower tune-up because great service like this is indeed rare.

Josh was great to work with. Picked up our snowblower on Saturday and returned it Wednesday all fixed and ready for this weekends storm.

Picked up snowblower on Wednesday and had it back Sunday in the month of December!! Seems all work completed, reasonably priced, nice people, would recommend!!

After general fixes and maintenance, my snowblower still had a hidden issue that only triggered after a period of use, but rendered it useless. Josh and his team followed through several times until they could fix the problem, bringing tools to my house so they could diagnose on-site until the issue was resolved, without charging a cent.

Josh has done great work on both my mower and snowblower, would not go anywhere else!

Josh picked up my snowblower for a tune up on Thursday and returned it on Sunday. He did a great job and his rate for service and pickup and return was very reasonable, I will use him in the future and highly recommend his business.

Brought my snow blower to Josh s to diagnose an oil leak after another area shop tried to charge me $288 to fix a non-existent problem before they d even look at the oil leak (after a heated back and forth, I got my deposit back). Josh quickly diagnosed the issue (the oil drain screw wasn t completely tightened ) and charged me a minimal sum. He was polite and quick. Needless to say, if I need any more work done on any of my small engine tools, he s where I m going!

We had a real issue with our generator. Made a call to Josh, he got back to us right away, scheduled a pick up time. He showed up as planned, took our machine, diagnosed it, cleaned the carburetor, reinstalled and fired up! It s been working great ever since! Advised us of what is the proper fuel and called a day later to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend.

Dropped my sewer jet off on the Friday before new year it was done middle of the following week will be using them again to service all my generators and small engines in the future.

Quick response, very fair pricing, willingness to help, and quality work you can trust. I called for help with my snowblower on a Thursday and had no way to transport. I described the issue. Despite the busy winter schedule, 2 days later on Saturday they picked it up, and delivered it back properly repaired the following Saturday. Unlike some other experiences Ive had, I didnt have to do a bunch of troubleshooting or looking up parts on my own - they simply picked it up, fixed it, and delivered at back fully functioning again. No hassles or nonsense. Job simply done, and done right. They made it so easy. Just in time for a storm too - we just got a heavy wet snowstorm and my 19 year old Husqvarna is working great again. They even sent me photos of the problem part and the machine being worked on. I wish every service was this easy and efficient and fair! Thank you!
