My car battery was dead and AAA came and got the car started, so thinking that the battery was dead, called Subaru and they said bring it in. After several hours they checked it out, only to find that there was nothing wrong with the battery. Never charged me for the time and even sent me 3 months free of Sirus radio. I have never been disappointed when I have brought my cars here for service. Kelsey is awesome.
they are good at working with me so I can drop off my car one day and pick it up another day. I don't live near them but they are the closest Subaru service center.
Truly satisfied with the emergency services provided by Saratoga Subaru services advisor Navindra N. We were coming back from Canada and our Subaru Ascent got " check engine lights " we had 4 more hours to get to Queens NY. We called Saratoga Subaru that will need emergency check of our car, they said come will wait for you. And so that is how we met Navindra best advisor we had dealt with. Very professional calm and understanding. Took our travels under consideration and had made sure our issues got under control. He assured us we are save to drive gave us details of our car's problem and also later in the day he called us to check in how our travels went. That is service that is beyond our expectations. Went in looking for a new Crosstrek Sport to replace my current one. Nick was great in helping me out. I went in on a Saturday just to crunch some numbers. Nick went over every thing but we couldn't work out a deal. The following Monday Nick called me with a lease option that I could afford. I went in that afternoon and in just a few hours I drove out with a new Crosstrek Sport. I am completely satisfied with the service. Most places would have just let me walk but Saratoga Subaru actually went the extra mile to get me out of a high interest rate car loan and into something better. My experience was great and I highly recommend them. The service department is also great, I took my old Crosstrek in to have a set of aftermarket LED fog lights installed. Kelsey was very professional and friendly. They installed my lights and I paid a very fair price. Great experience from their service department. I will continue to give Saratoga Subaru my business. I recently purchased a new Subaru from Nick and could not be happier with the vehicle and the help figuring out what would meet my needs. I brought my 2018 subaru wrx into saratoga subaru for them to check out a few of my issues with my vehicle. (CEL) Kelsey was amazing, she texted me every step of the way. She was very polite, professional and explained everything to me.
I purchased an Outback in February 2021. The experience was smooth and I believe Tony was the gentleman who assisted me. I bought my car there routinely to be serviced again great service. The reason for 1 star is because for over a month Ive been attempting to contact someone in the finance dept to discuss ending my maintenance plan since I was moving out of state and they could no longer honor it obviously. Ive left countless message on their VM and with the sales dept, who actually answer my calls, and havent received not one call back. The entire situation for the last 3.5 yrs was positive, however if its not positive across the board, it brings down the overall experience.

Awful! I was a faithful customer and trusted them to service my 2017 CrossTrek . In the 57,000 miles I have had and maintained per recommended service I have had 3 sets of brakes! THREE! the last time when I questioned why I was told . Well you never had the brake maintenance done. Oh because when I had tires rotated and wheels aligned you didn t feather dusted them . I m done! Never again! And the manager Sid never replied to emails or voice messages!
Very deceptive. I bought my new vehicle here and was given all these great service accommodations that came with the vehicle. I was told anything I might need can come from anywhere in the country that services Subaru. I bought this vehicle to move across country and explicitly said that. Now that I ve moved across country, certain packages that were available to me anywhere that services Subaru are now only available at that specific Subaru. I checked my contract and sure enough it states only available at this dealership. Funny because that s not what I was told when purchasing the vehicle. I would not recommend this place if my life depended on it. I ve called MULTIPLE times and left voicemail after voicemail and was never contacted again. If you like being lied to and scammed , this is the place for you!!
Tony is the best. This is my 4th Subaru and it was the easiest car buying expirence I ve ever had. I worked with several dealerships and Tony was able to get me exactly where I wanted to be. Other dealerships didn t know how he did it, but he did. I won t go anywhere else for my Subaru purchases again.
Had agreed upon out the door price for make, model, color. Arrive and find out desired color is 1k more due to demand. Wanted deposit before agreeing on a price. Dealership in Troy gave me a better out the door price and did not charge 1k more for the desired color. Dealership in Troy also offered better financing at 2.5%. Hopefully my next car will come via Amazon Prime in 2030...

Guy tells me 1.9 hours for install and flash.... car was done in 10 mins. I get how flat rate works but come on guys do better.. also broke one of the bolts off into the ecu bracket and didnt even mention it.. guy at service desk also didnt know nothing about cars

My daughters 2024 vehicle had an obvious vibration at interstate speeds. I immediately reached out to Mackey Subaru and had a pleasant conversation with Sid, the service manager, at approximately 1300. I requested some help and he scheduled an appointment, assuring me hed have a technician review the situation. By 1430, the vehicle was being reviewed by Zach and by 1530, the issue was located and addressed. Thank you Zach for your expert professionalism. And, thank you Sid for your pleasant, supportive, knowledgeable action. As well, thank you Mackey Subaru for ensuring my daughters vehicle is safe and sound. Great Service Department
Had two recent experiences at Saratoga Subaru and have been happy each time. About a month ago, we ran into an issue with the Thermal Control Valve on our 2020 Outback Premium. Brought it in and it was taken care of no issues. This past Monday, I brought the car in for Rear Brakes. Called around previously thinking that some of the other garages around here would have a better deal--Saratoga Subaru was the best option. Appointment was scheduled for 8AM and I believe I was out of there around 10AM. I will definitely be bringing my car back in the future. Thank you!
The service department is always great. The credit card surcharge was a surprise however.

We were driving home from vacation and suddenly a number of warning lights came on. We stopped here as it was the closest dealership to get it checked out. Brandon at the service desk not only worked us into his schedule in 15 minutes but also provided a quick diagnosis, information for us to decide if we wanted to fix now or fix when we get to our home dealership as well as what steps to take in the meantime. Great customer service and very informative.

Recently I unexpectedly (on the Northway) needed a new transmission. The display panel lit up with every icon. It was over the 4th of July holiday. Luckily the dealership was open on that Monday. There was Sid (the Service Manager) manning the fort at the Service Desk. I got there at 7:30 am when they open--with NO appointment. He diagnosed it before I finished my details. Sid had a loaner for me, they had the parts in stock, and work was started right away. I had my car back in the afternoon! Sid does everything in his power to help you. He is a great listener (of what happened, or what you need...), very knowledgable, and kind. I felt relief in seeing him! Sid, and Brandon at the Service Desk, are a great team. I really value seeing them when I come in for service. I feel as if my car is in good hands. Brandon is very good at going over your invoice, what service was completed, and answering your questions. (When scheduling routine service he never fails to get your car facts in front of him, to what is needed).That afternoon it was good to see him as I knew he would explain (and not rush) what had been done to the car. In addition, I usually have the same technician, Dennis, work on my car. I dont ask, but Im always thankful when it is Dennis. This is what going to get your car serviced should be like; and especially when you have an emergency; Im glad to be with this team! And thank each of them.

I now drive an Ascent thanks to Dylan at Saratoga Subaru. I told him exactly what I wanted and he helped me get it without the typical pushy salesman behavior. This is the 7th dealership in which I purchased a vehicle from and honestly the only one I d be happy to return to.

I can t speak highly enough about the service team at Saratoga Subaru particularly Sid, the service manager. My son had countless issues with his 2009 Subaru Forester that he purchased from a private owner. He brought it into Saratoga Subaru due the the check engine light coming on and his NYS inspection was due. Upon diagnosing the problem Sid, the service manager, did everything in his power to deliver the best customer service experience one can receive. Sid was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. He went above and beyond to help our son with the repairs needed to get his car back on the road. He even gave him a service loaner vehicle while they figured out the problem. That was amazing considering he did not purchase the vehicle from Saratoga Subaru. Sid consistently kept us informed about the repairs and was always pleasant on the phone and in person. Through it all our son ended up needing a new engine. Sid was upfront and honest in telling us the pros and cons to repairing this vehicle given the age. It worked out in the end. Thanks to Sid s honesty regarding the repair costs, our son decided to purchase another vehicle. It s a happy ending despite the initial headache. In these challenging times life is good when you have people like Sid and the service team at Saratoga Subaru to go above and beyond to help their customer. Thank you Sid. You are true professional!

Went in with a tire that was leaking air. They quoted me the $50 for the tire patch and told me it could change depending on how many patches they had to do. I waited 30 plus minutes for the worker to come and tell me that I would have to leave my car overnight and have all four tires replaced. I asked them why all four had to be replaced since the car only had 17,000 mi on it. And they made up a lie how it wouldnt work correctly if they werent all replaced. Which after speaking with two service managers at two separate dealerships they told me that it wasnt true. I asked them to just put the tire back on so I could go to North country Subaru in Queensbury which has amazing service. They told me that they couldnt do that because the tire would be flat. However, Ive been driving the same car with leaking air in the tire for over 2 weeks and its been fine. I told them regardless. I couldnt leave my car overnight because I had no way to get home and they told me they didnt have any rentals. The worker left and came back and said that somehow they miraculously found a rental that they would need back the next day. So they would keep my car overnight. They quoted me $1,200. However, each tire online were found for only 145. When I price matched the tires they made it seem like a big deal that they were doing me some big favor because that was just about the price that they pay for them. So now they wouldnt make any money. The whole experience was awful, I felt trapped as they wouldnt let me just leave with my tire on. I definitely got ripped off $1,000 when they couldve just replaced the one tire. They also threw my tires out and didnt give them back although I asked which is a bummer because nothing was wrong with the other 3. Definitely would not recommend going here unless you want to spend way more than you need to.
Andrew at Saratoga Subaru is the most attentive, kind and pressure-free car salesman I ve ever worked with. I have been very indecisive throughout the entire process and he has never rushed me or made me feel bad about it. He s given me every tidbit of information I ve asked for and walked me through every detail you could think of.

Clean spaces, very friendly, and extremely helpful: they were able to replace our starter in a day while other places were quoting a week or even two. Definitely would use them again if I need service in the area.
Bunch of thieves. Make sure you do your calculations before buying anything from here. They gave me a high interest rate and told me it s due to my low credit score, I went to another Subaru dealership that said that my credit score was actually 20 points higher than what these guys were saying it was. Glad I didn t buy my car from here. Don t know how places like this stay in business.
This dealership chose to waste an hour and a half of my husbands time before deciding to tell him that the part for the recall that was made clear at the start of the appointment was unavailable.
Brought my car in for a battery failure issue and to adhere a piece of trim back to the car door. They replaced the module to prevent my battery from draining (hopefully) but in doing so, they scratched my entire display screen up. When I picked it up, the module was not working, they hadnt even replaced the fuse back in (so I know they didnt check to ensure this resolved the battery issue). And they told me the piece of trim wasnt loose. I showed them where it was loose, and they told me theyd have to order trim for the entire car and charge me to replace it all. Long story short, neither of my car issues were fixed.

on March 12 my husband stopped in and spoke with a sales person told him what we were looking for in the wilderness. He said he could have one here by the end of the week so we told him our trade we were trying to work out a deal back-and-forth so on Wednesday night, the business manager called us gave us some numbers. We told him we weren t satisfied with the numbers. He said OK I will work on this and get back to you tomorrow. They sent us a wilderness window sticker so we can see what we were buying then proceeded to call my husband Wednesday night and wanted him to come in this morning Just so they can try and put us into limited not even the same car we were working numbers on. I also let them know that I wouldn t be there in person myself because I was just finished up my last chemo treatment so I listened in on the phone. Jeff tried to tell my husband That he could put us in the limited it was the same as the wilderness. I spoke up on the phone and I said no that is not what we agreed on told my husband to come home. I hung up the phone ,Jeff told my husband that the wilderness was for someone in her 30s anyway And he could see why he wanted out of the Dodge very unprofessional I have never heard of a car dealership saying those kinds of things to someone so buyer beware this is bait and switch if you ask me , my husband also told them we did not want our credit run until we knew we can make a deal and they reassured us. They were gonna come in at our numbers so we let them run our credit now we have inquiries on our credit and no new vehicle

I bought a car 2 years ago just got a flat the spare underneath does not go to the vehicle an their was a recall that was never tooken care of an now it cant be fix wish the guy selling me the car would have let me know or even took care of the issue before hand but I think he just wanted it gone because of the issue Im upset but I learned my lesson
Called and checked price for an oil change and was told 80-105 and made an appointment and my girlfriend had to take it. They charged her over 200 and didn t even fill it up all the way with oil, her low oil light came on on the way home and was maybe half filled if that

Update: they literally are awful. The service department charges you outrageous prices for things that (should be under warranty on a brand new car) you can get other places and when you question their prices or ask when they can call you back, they hang up on you. Rudely. Also, we were told when we got the car you could break a lease with them easily to change vehicles - today I was told you cannot do that and must deal with the bank or Subaru themselves. What on earth?? No thank you, can t believe the terrible customer service of the car service department. When called to make a complaint about that, they defend the employee rather than apologize. Avoid avoid avoid. Honestly such a great experience! Went in for an oil change, left with a new car. Kiera is the sweetest and Scott, Todd, & Kevin are all extremely helpful. 10/10 service and willingness to work with you on what you can reasonably do. If you need a new car, just go for it with these guys.

i just moved up here from Long Island 2 months ago. I have a 2022 Hyundai & noticed one tire was low. I pulled into there service dept & asked if someone could please help me & check my tire bc the Hyundai dealership is too far & i didnt want to have a problem driving to far. Sid the service manager was extremely kind & took care of me & put air in all my tires. Thanking everyone at Subaru for your kindness. When my lease is up I will be stopping by.

When trying to purchase a 2022 Outback from Nick at this Saratoga Subaru dealership, he tried to add on a random 5% fee at the last minute which wouldve amounted to over $1,500 more than the original price we had agreed to. This dealership was basically tacking on a 5% fee on top of MSRPs because cars were in demand at that time. My issue is that they didnt inform me of this additional fee until we were about to cross the goal line on the deal - we had spent a lot of time exchanging paperwork, trade-in car info, etc. It wouldve saved my wife and I a lot of time if they had told us about this fee up front. We wound up buying a 2022 Subaru Outback from Bill Rapp Subaru in Syracuse, NY for MSRP and were very happy with that dealership.

Service department never answes the phone when you call. Very frustrating. Its always a call back and a bunch of phone tag. We have had our car for just over a year and this has been a consistent problem.

I was in a pinch this past week as I was traveling/out of town and had a problem with my car. I was able to get my car right into the Saratoga Subaru Service Center and Adam helped me out greatly. Impossible to ever get ahold of anyone in service for Subaru. Called five times, no answer. Called and went to sales, sent me to vm. No return call. Called again to sales ( funny how sales is all that every picks up the phone) left a message with an actual salesperson to convey to service. Still nothing lol I will no longer be using Mackey Subaru. Too bad because their service techs are top line. Its just the office staff that have no clue

Long story short I was without my car for about 2 months before it got to Saratoga Subaru. The places that previously had it couldn t or wouldn t do the work required. As soon as this Subaru dealership got their hands on it they went into action and went and recovered parts the previous place refused to send down. They got the parts and did the work required without issues. Worked great with my warranty company and gave me updates on everything. Very impressed with these guys. Special thanks to Adam in service who was my main contact during this process. Extremely impressed with them and will be taking all my business here from now on even though there are several other places more convenient for me. Great job!

Completely taken back by the unprofessional-ism of the service cashier and blatant disregard for my attempts to address them with management. Absolutely the worst service department I have ever had the experience working with. If it was just one time or overwhelmingly busy , I would have understood. After TWO separate visits I was greeted as if I was the one inconveniencing the cashier/greeter. She even had the level of unprofessional-ism to write her sarcastic response IN WRITING ON MY RECEIPT. I tried reaching the general manager twice and had no response. Their claims to address these issues are disappointingly untrue. Will never buy a car from here based on that.
We originally bought our car at a different dealer. Who promised to give cash bonus to the person who recommended we buy at his dealership. Never happened. Service dept. way overbooked and skipped things. So we tried another dealer; not satisfied with service after several attempts. This is the third and last place we ve tried. It s a winner!! Kelsey was the advisor we spoke with. From start to finish, very professional. Kelsey explains very well so you can comprehend easily. We ve gone several times now for our Subaru Forester: normal maintenance and other issues. Each and every time, we ve been very happy with the results. Immaculate waiting room, restrooms, and fresh coffee. When it s time for a new car, this is the place for us. Thanks for being a class act.
Saratoga Subaru service broke my car, and when I came back from another dealer asking for them to fix it they hung up on me. Im now on the hook for a new engine that they refuse to fix. DO NOT GO HERE.

Sales Manager is a bit of a tool. Josh Mettert is a great sales agent. He really worked for me unfortunately I believe Im going to buy elsewhere. I asked the SM for a out-the-door price. He met me there, but then put the taxes, tag, title, and fees on top of the price. Know before you buy people!

Neil Callahan had the appearance of a salesman that works for you, but when it comes down to it. He did not care about getting any business. The finance manager said that he worked with him to get us a car loan. When I called Neil Callahan twice he ignored my calls and then when I spoke to him on the main sales line he said they had reached out to us numerous times about the loan not being approved.
Friendly helpful staff. Let you know up front what is needed and price. Service was appreciated and will return.

I am so impressed with Nick Danes. Went in (and to other dealerships) looking to trade my car in for a used very practical Subaru, which I have owned in the past. Came away with a brand new car with all my requirements met, including that my monthly payment not exceed what I was paying for my Mini Cooper trade in. While important and certainly amazing, what impressed me beyond having the stock and the ability to meet my needs, was Nicks customer service: Really helpful - not smarmy, fake service, but real how can I help, like offering to drive to our home for paperwork to spare us the 60 minute round trip ride, like getting everything possible sorted through so that we could just drive off. Like making sure we had a full understanding of how the car works - seems basic but our last dealership didnt bother. Had to make a separate appointment to come in. Genuinely nice person and true customer focus. In all my years of driving cars I only remember one impressive salesperson and that was 30 years ago. Nick now makes 2. Makes going to this dealership a no brainer for us.

I just bought a new 2018 Crosstrek from New Country on July 3rd, and David B. was my salesman. It was a terrific experience! He was knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I had come from a VT dealer and had a terrible experience the week prior. David was a true professional, and a pleasure to work with and most importantly gave me the deal that the VT dealer would not. The New Country price listed on the web are accurate and not just bait to get you in the door. If you are looking for a Subaru, head to North Country and ask for David!

My boyfriend and I were interested in a 2014 Subaru Outback with ~60k miles on it. It had been listed online for a few weeks. When we went to test drive it, the brakes and rotors all around were in horrible condition. The whole car shook when we tapped on the brakes. We made a deal to purchase the vehicle if they fixed the brakes and rotors issue and did not ask for additional money off the list price. We picked up the car, paid full list price, and they told us that the brakes and rotors had been taken care of. When we left, we noticed that it was a little better but still not what we were expecting for brand new brakes and rotors all around. When we got our second oil change, I asked my mechanic to check out the brakes and rotors just in case. He told us that the front looked fine but the back was completely shot. I called the dealership to find out why they didnt replace the back, and why we werent made aware of this when we picked up the car. They basically told me that since the back passed inspection they decided to only change the front, and since we had already driven the car 9k miles that they werent willing to do anything about it. Its a shame that you cant trust a dealership to do what they agreed to do and when you try to find resolution, they arent even willing to fix it. Our sales person was nice, but this is very disappointing. Its not about the money, its about the principle. Theyd rather conduct shady business and lose a customer over a couple hundred dollars than do the right thing and abide to our original deal. I even told them I was going to write this review and they didnt care.
Early on a Wednesday morning I got a phone call from my son-in-law that my daughter was in the hospital and would I come and help them. I got in my Subaru Impreza. Within a few minutes of driving I noticed the engine was racing and the back wheels didn t seem to have traction. I turned around and drove to New Country Subaru in Saratoga Springs, NY. I spoke with Ryan in the service area and told him how I needed to get to my daughter as soon as possible. He jumped the line for me and in less than an hour they found the problem. A mouse had chewed through some transmission wires. It would take a day or so to get the part we needed. Immediately, I was offered a loaner . I asked how long I could have it because I did not know how long I would need to be with my daughter. Ryan said, It s your s for as long as you need it. . My car was ready for me a few days later. I kept the loaner for a week. When I returned, Ryan told me that the repair was covered by a Good Will Warranty . But probably more important to me was that, when I walked into the Subaru Service Area, Ryan looked up and said, Ellen, how is your daughter? Thank you Ryan (and Justin) for your efficiency and, most of all, kindness!
One of the most relaxing car buying experiences I have ever had. I felt no pressure to buy anything and before we even talked financing we went for a test drive, unlike other dealerships Ive gone to. Neil Callahan is a great guy that answered any questions I had about my new-to-me subaru legacy. This is the place I will be getting my next Subaru as well no doubt.

I am in love with my 2018 Subaru Outback and could not be happier with the entire experience. If you are looking to get a Subaru in upstate NY this dealership is the place to go! I had a bad experience here from the beginning. I used their online service to inquire about stock, which of course meant my contact information got passed on to their sales team. They blew up my phone daily. Theyre close to my home, so I decided to take a test ride. I made an appointment, but still waited 20 minutes. Went on the test drive, and I liked the car. The salesman was nice. We sat down to try and figure out if we could make a deal. The offer from them was reasonable. I said I wanted to go home and talk to some loved ones, which is pretty normal behavior when youre looking to drop $20k+. The salesman wanted to go back in and talk to his sales manager one more time, so I humored him. Thats when it went from an irritating experience to a bad experience. Santiago Ponce, the assistant sales manager, came out and introduced himself to me. His sales pitch was awful. It was laced with attempts to make me feel guilty, it was high pressure, and it was rude. It got to the point where I picked up my keys and bounced without a word, and thats not how I tend to interact with the world. Theres lots of competition in this area. I wont waste my time or money here.

Terrible service. The sales lady did not know many things about Subarus - at one point she even asked my father-in-law about what a thing does on the car panel. There were no brochures. They offered us cocoa but then didnt have any. The car came with a scratch and the sales person said she would call me on Monday to get it colored (at their expense) but then never called. Go somewhere else.

There was no nonsense - he was honest from the start, was knowledgeable about the vehicle, and worked with me to settle on a price. Service department refused to give me any quote over the phone before seeing my car Said we must do a diagnostic for $129 before any quotes are given. What a load of crap. I simply wanted a ballpark figure for a O2 sensor install. Not cheap but it is a dealership. I have ordered parts from them and they are OK with that. The work they did do on my car was good when I brought it in. But I will not be returning now after they have refused to give any information without first paying a diagnosis fee. I even gave them a check engine code and everything.

I bought a pre owned Toyota Camry from Dave Beaury, car runs great, very friendly and awesome service.
After bringing there the first time. Not all the problems were solved after a week of being there. The second time I brought it there they had it for 2 weeks. And told me they sent it to a few jeep dealerships and they couldnt figure out whats wrong with one problem. The heat shield was loose and their fix was just to rip it off and leave it off. My main problem was the heater keeps clicking and they told me they didnt know if they would fix it and would tell me but gave me my car back leaving it as an open claim. Two weeks went by, after calling and leaving messages 3 times, and I went I personally and they said they were going to fix it, but had to wait until the next week when another jeep dealership was available to take it in. Well its been 3 and a half weeks since that conversation. I also got an email telling me my open claim was closed without any work being done to my jeep, Im guessing thats why I got this email to rate my service. Either they are trying to sweep my problem under the rug or they forgot about it. Needless to say my problem was not fixed, and its been in their shop/care for 24 days and only one of the many concerns have been addressed. At this point I only want to return the jeep to them and look for a better dealer to do business with.

I purchased a used car from here, and i was told that all the rust spots will be buffed and painted over. We agreed on a deal i wrote them a check and went back to pick it up. I was talking to my salesman, Mike Rezek and pointed out they missed one of the bigger spots, and he offered to split the price of the rust removal in half, and said he would follow up with me with an appointment time. I also did not receive a second key with the car and i trusted him when he said he will get the second set of keys mailed to me. I get the car and go home, and over the next 2 months called them multiple times requesting callbacks and leaving voicemails, and leaving messages with his colleagues and at the front desk. Never heard back from them. I had a decent impression about the dealership while i was dealing with them, but they left me severely disappointed and with a bad taste in my mouth afterwards.

Made an appointment to see three cars. One had been sold before my request. The others were not ready and Neil the sales person disappear with my car keys never appraised my car finally came out I had to ask about truck he had no keys. Then went back in cam out with one key for wrong car. Then was gone even longer and sent someone else out. It was an easy sale I wanted the car they still had but no way am I giving them a dollar!! Don t wast your time with this group. New country never would have sone this
I have had my disappointments dealing with both New Country Subaru and now Saratoga Subaru. Recently I had to call several times to get a response about getting my seats cleaned (which I paid a lot of money for when I purchased my vehicle). When I finally got an appointment, I went to pick my car up and the seats were worse then when I brought it in. Scott, the rude sales rep that I dealt with even pointed out footprints that they left on my seat but thought it was somewhat funny. The dealership manager decided she was too busy to come look at the seats herself and sent a women who worked there out to take pictures (who said this was ridiculous how badly they returned it and said it was good I said something to save the next person). I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they said they would fix things and call me that week. It has been OVER 3 weeks and I have not heard anything from them. They acted bothered by me and annoyed that I called them out. This place has proved over and over to be a joke. My 2016 is starting to get rust and they will sell you anything to make their money then not follow through with the items that they sold you. DO NOT GO HERE!! I feel cheated and awful that I purchased my vehicle here.

I will just start by saying I was burnt bad by a less than reputable dealership in the past. I did my homework going in this time. Alphie and the rest of the team there made me feel 100% at ease. 0 pressure. Made sure my kids were full of drink and snack and made the whole process very painless Thank you I love my car and will go back.
Was told on 7-15-19 that my deposit refund was already completed. On 7-22-19 after the refund had not posted to account I followed up. They lied refund was never processed. They did finally do the refund on 7-22-19 after I called them out. Have been waiting for the for the general manager to give a call sense 11:15 am on Monday 7-22-19, and the general manger has not called me. As of 7-27 still have not heard from there General Manager in regards to the lies. Customer service does not seem important. Been just about a month and still no call from the general manager about the lies. There is just no excuse why the general manager would need a month to call a customer back.

If you need a car, go to Saratoga Ford/Subaru! The dealership is not pushy, and there is no pressure put on you when searching for a car. The person who helped me the most was Nagie. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible. He also clearly explained all features of the car, and set everything up for me before I drove away. Not to mention he took care of EVERYTHING, including making all of the DMV and insurance calls. This dealership took all of the stress out of purchasing a new car, and turned it into an informative and exciting experience- (And make sure to ask for Nagie!)

I recently bought a Subaru from Mackey Autogroup in Saratoga. The experience was easy and fun. Andrew and Jody helped us as soon as we arrived, and helped me decide between the Outback and Crosstrek. They were both very knowledgeable about the differences between the two, as well as the differences between Subarus and other cars at Mackey. After that, they helped me with the financing, and made everything easy so that I could quickly drive off with a new Outback. Would recommend Mackey Autogroup to anyone looking for a new car.
The worst car buying experience of my life. Sold me a certified pre owned vehicle with a 5 year 60,000 mile warranty. Car wasn t certified pre owned, car didn t qualify for the 5/60 warranty. They had to lie to Subaru to get a 3 year 30,000 mile warranty. Took 2 months of emails/texts/phone calls of me being avoided were so busy so and so isn t in today etc I finally had to show up one day and miraculously everyone I needed just happened to be in that day. They made it right by giving a discount on a shorter warranty I don t want. 2 months in the car needs serious warranty work. Oil leaks, lights on, no help from them. I understand as a buyer it s on me - but you expect honesty and professionalism from the dealer you re buying from as well. I feel taken advantage of and ignored. They made a 27k car deal in 48 hours. It took a complaint to Subaru of America, endless calls, texts, emails, and just showing up- to get any response. The lies, avoidance, and general shadyness from everyone involved makes me never want to purchase from them ever again. It s sad that after 4 Subaru s (2 private sellers, 1 used car dealer, then this dealership) that the Subaru dealer themselves is the worst experience related to a Subaru I have EVER had.

Nick Picarazzi is a great salesman who went above and beyond what was expected of him to make me happy. My 9-m/o car was totaled after being rear-ended and I wanted to buy the exact car again. Nick took care of me, doing all that was necessary to provide the exact same car (sans VIN) to make me happy. After delivery, I noticed that there were small imperfections from the factory - Nick personally picked up my car, had the shop make necessary repairs, and returned the car to me. Do yourself a favor and visit Nick if you need a new car.
I have a lot of mixed feelings about this place. Nick P., the salesman, was good. Helpful, kind, great rapport, knew everything about the cars. I chose the car I wanted and waited. Over a week goes by, and the end of the month comes. They found me a car on Long Island and had to have it driven up (putting miles on the car, I didn t mind, but it was a little surprising and came very last minute). It wasn t the color I was looking for, then they told me it was the second color I d chosen, then when I got to the dealership to sign the papers, it was actually the third color I d chosen. I asked why it was so important to sign immediately (the last day of the month) and the sales manager gave me a vague answer about getting it on the books before the month closed out. Don t get me wrong, it s a wonderful car, but I was rushed through the process and ultimately didn t end up with exactly what I was looking for. They seemed to care more about meeting their monthly quota than having a truly satisfied customer.

This place is run by unhappy people and has the most consistently bad service. The management in particular were not only unhelpful but when they made mistakes they did not try to make them better but blamed someone else. Not good people. And they are waaaaay too expensive.
