We blew a tire on the 87 and were towed to Warren Tire. Had the tire (and another one) replaced in less than 45 minutes. The guys behind the front desk also helped lighten the situation with some laughs while we were waiting - 10/10 for service, speed & friendliness!
I had purchased new tires from this location last summer and had good luck, so I kept them in mind for when I might need services again. I called Warren Tire in Saratoga at 2:40PM on a Saturday as I needed an inspection done on a new car I had purchased the day before in Massachusetts. Not only did they get me in by 3:30PM, the car was done in less than 10 minutes. The shop is very clean, the staff are friendly and straightforward. Great shop that has earned my business. Highly recommended.
Excellent customer service. I had a problem with a tire and showed up at 7:30 on a Saturday morning without an appointment. They made room in the schedule and were able to get me on my way quickly when it would have been easier to just tell me they were booked for the day. I highly recommend Warren Tire Saratoga for excellent service.

Had shocks & struts replaced on my 2018 4 runner. Frank Bill and Dave were very helpful in choosing the right parts and pricing. Excellent knowledge and service. Couldn’t be happier with the results.
Went in for what I was told was a routine flex pipe replacement, which ended up taking an entire afternoon. After realizing the engine light was still on when driving it back, took it to another garage and found out they'd welded across the O2 sensor, destroying it. Had to spend an additional $400 for parts and labor to get that fixed. Called back to inquire what could be done and was told the sales manager would get back in touch with me. One week later, I'm still waiting... UPDATE: Three weeks later; never got a call back.
After getting my car inspected at my dealership, it was recommended that I replace two of my tires. Warren Tire agreed with the recommendation and was able to replace the tires on the same day I called to make an appointment.
I had order tires from Walmart. There was six left stock I needed 4 so I ordered them $513 got a text the next day my order was canceled because of they didn’t have them. Didn’t offer a replacement. So I called Warren tire I spoke to Frank and he was amazing I told I don’t a lot money right and he found me almost the same for almost the same I will be paying $514. What great salesmanship.

Amazing service, people, and establishment. Was vacationing in the area and heard a concerning noise, looked up the closest shop and found this nearby. Decided to give it a shot as we were in a pinch. Sarah at the front desk was immediately accommodating and understanding and got us in. Branden the tech was able to locate the problem and complete hours worth of work within an hour and got us back on the road in no time. Cannot thank this staff enough, would recommend to anyone in the area.

I took my tire with screw in it to Warren tire in glens falls. They quickly Checked me in and we took a short walk and were called within the hour that tire had been repaired. This was an excellent experience.
Stay away from this crew. They failed my truck inspection with brand new brakes because the rotors were delaminating . Lo and behold, they had surface rust on them. These guys either don t know what they re doing or they intentionally tried to take advantage of my wife. Either way, not good business.
Dealer told me I needed four tires after their inspection during routine maintenance. Pressured me to buy them the same day. Went to Warren Tire, she tested all four tires for wear, and told me they were fine and would likely last another year! I told her she now has a new customer.
DO NOT come here if you are a woman/don t know much about tires. I got ripped off for a few hundred bucks here, needed one back tire and instead of filing treads they insisted they sell me 2 brand new back tires. Found out later I got scammed. Got confirmed by another shop it should be been a cheap and easy fix. Despicable!!!
Cut a right rear on my truck. They ordered my specific Michelin, had it at the shop the next day, and installed it in short order. Super pleased (except for the fact that tires, especially larger truck tires, have become expensive, but that isnt their fault). Thanks for taking care of me Dave and Team!
Replaced the stock all seasons that came on my 2023 Tacoma with Falken Wildpeak A/T off-road tires. All I can say is WOW, they really make the truck look sharp! The staff at the Maple Ave location were fantastic.....Thank you, you guys ROCK!

I brought my car to Warren Tire in Saratoga because something felt wrong with my brakes. They not only had gotten me in right away, but the technician Branden helped me every step of the way. He found the problem, fixed it, and explained everything to me. I went to the store in Saratoga Springs. Walked in with a nail in my tire, no appointment. While they were busy, they took my car right in. All staff was friendly and accommodating beyond expectations! Great family owned business with outstanding customer service! And they are a full service business. I won t go anywhere else anymore!
Way to expensive over a 140 dollars to have tires mounted and balanced

I recently had an emergency issue with my car, so, I went to the 1st place I could get into. While I find 120$ per hour to be pricey for mechanical work, the job was done in a timely fashion. I have since priced mechanical work at other shops and found that Warrens is roughly 20$ p/h MORE EXPENSIVE on average, than other shops. However, I am happy to be back on the road with what seems to be a properly FIXED vehicle. The staff was professional and helpful, very friendly and communicative, which was great. If the prices were more in line with the average for the area, they would have gotten 5 stars rather than 3.

Few months ago around 450pm, they close at 5pm. I had a flat tire on my company vehicle, and needed a replacement to make it to work. Their shop was full but being good people Sam took in my car and got a new tire on so i could keep going to work which needed to be done on schedule as customers book months in advance. Never had a good experience with mechanics until this shop. Thank you again

They have fixed my car multiple times, (knowing its covered by the used car dealership I bought it from) they have patiently worked with me on fixing a hose leak and also replacing the lower O2 sensor. They are so nice and very reliable.

I called and made an appointment for new front brakes and rotors at Warren Tire Center in Saratoga NY. Giving the person (Frank) the vehicle information. I then scheduled a appointment for 11:00 on Monday 12/6/2021. The car was dropped off before 11:00. I reconfirmed the service needed and was told it would be ready at 1:00 PM (2 hours). I received a phone call at 12:45 by the service person telling me I needed new front brakes and rotors (no surprise) followed up by the service person telling me the rear brakes were dirty and needed cleaning. Then one minute later I was told that the rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. The rear brakes and rotors only had 8,000 miles on them. This is no way to run a business. It appears that they really have no idea on what they are doing. BEWARE!

Service was great but my issue was I brought them two tires that I needed mounted and balanced on the rims on my suv. I was thinking it would be $35-45.00. I got the bill and it was $90.00 to mount/ balance 2 tires I brought you? OUCH!!
So glad they opened this location just down the road from my home. The fella at the counter was very polite and helpful. The guys in the shop got my car in quickly and addressed my concerns immediately. I will definitely be returning.
