Very professional, helpful and insightful, we had some challenges with the vehicle but he was quick on his feet with thinking of options to getting the tow sorted. Car unexpectedly died on the road and called these fine gentlemen for a tow and repair (yes they work on cars and trucks!). Turned out my alternator was shot. They had it up and running the same day and they communicated with me the whole way through. Thanks again!

I called the tow company after my insurance request was sent and they texted the tow number. I wanted to verify the wait time (60-90min) to get my son s car door unlocked (keys locked in running car) ..they reassured me they would be arriving sooner than text indicated. In fact , they ended up sending one of their guys within 10 min. They were friendly and professional on all fronts.

I requested Roadside Assistance from State Farm for a dead battery at my residence. They arranged for TowAway LLC to provide service. The truck arrived within the timeframe I had been told to expect them. The young man was polite & cordial. And he jump started my car within a few minutes with no problem. I was pleasantly satisfied & appreciative.

The gentleman that showed up pronptly to tow my vehicle was the most exemplary towing experiences I have ever had! I had dogs, its was 15 degrees, the shop we first tried to drop to suddenly had no openings and let me tell you about how he was able to even get to my car in a soace that hard for me to back into! Then we went to a crowded lot and he unloaded the car in another tight space. To top it off, the mechanic he works with offered to fix the car! That day! On top of it all, the guy who drove the truck was simply a cool local guy who loves dogs. Ultimately, I leased a new car but I would recommend these folks for a tow and a repair service. Ever step of this experience was excellent. If you have to deal with a breakdown, you want to be on the journey with THIS garage.

I wasn t able to be with my vehicle when it was picked up and then dropped off at the dealership. I was completely counting on the driver to take care of everything. They did an amazing job, called me, kept me updated on the progress. I even called to make sure the vehicle was dropped off. I hired them to make the necessary repairs & they went above and beyond to save the tire rim, which would ve cost $500+ to replace. They are very knowledgeable and honest. My car broke down on a Tuesday morning on my way to work. My roadside assistance service contacted Towaway LLC and had them come get me. The driver arrived at the expected. He wasted no time loading my car carefully on the tow truck. He got me and my car safely to the repair shop in Troy. He was professional, courteous and competent.

These guys are simply amazing! I brought my car in for warranty work on my car door. I was there 90 minutes, during which time they spoke to my warranty company, got approval for the work, ordered the part needed for my car, and also reassembled my door, AND fixed the headlight problem I have been dealing with another garage for 6 months within minutes!!! They are honest, extremely efficient, friendly, and professional. I am so very happy with them. I won t ever go to another place again for repairs! 5

Driver was very nice but I didn t really understand why my fiancé had to help him push my dead vehicle (while I struggled to steer it) across the parking lot with many people around. I don t know. Either way I was happy for the help.

The guy was very rude that picked up my truck. He didn t want to hear a word I was saying he got snow all over the inside of it and he decided to drive it through a pricker bush instead of adjusting himself to make sure he could make the turn. I was trying to explain to him where the garage was that he was taking it to, and he just told me that he would figure it out. A little over an hour later, I had a phone call that he couldn t remember where it was going and asked me for directions. The only reason why they got three stars is because the Garage called me and told me that my truck made it safely there.
