I have lived here in the Capital District my whole life and purchased many vehicles in my time. This establishment particularly my Product Specialist stood out the most. The gentleman is named Larry M. If I could ten stars I would. The process flawless, very professional, the specialist knew the vehicle in and out explained slowly in detail and allow me time to ask any questions just awesome will definitely recommend if you want great value, security, trust and honesty. On last thing the detailing when I picked it up was absolutely beautiful excellent job just like a glass hot look. Kudos neighbors.

Recently, looking for a new car, I had the chance to interact with Jerry as my salesman. He certainly ranks as the best car salesman I have ever dealt with - honest, intelligent, patient, etc. Unfortunately, I ended up buying a different car, because that car suited my needs better. Jerry is still the best salesman!

Was hard to find the service entrance

Once they sold me the vehicle, i had a flat tire right away from a bad valve stem, the donut it came with was damaged, they ignored my emails, ignored my concerns, strapped me with a 27% APR due to poor credit. they called me for my free oil change service and asked me on the phone my mileage. I drove half an hour from clifton park to get the service and they come and tell me my free service expired 3000 miles ago. After I blatantly gave them my exact mileage on the phone. What a waste. I will never be purchasing or servicing a vehicle at new country saratoga again. Update: 10 months after buying the vehicle, AC doesnt work, heater blows warm only in the back for some reason, the radio and display screen freezes and doesnt work if you turn the car off (say at a gas station or store) and then back on again shortly after. Ive never had such crazy problems with a toyota van. Very strange.

Was contacted the night before from this company telling us they would have a car prepped and ready for us to drive the next morning. We drove an hour and a half, We get there and the car they say was sold. They never called us to let us know that the car was sold from the night before to that morning.. claiming they were too busy even though three people were just wandering around while we were there..No apologies No offer to make it right I call BS !! BAIT AND SWITCH DONT EVER GO HERE UPDATE: So, Their manager, reaches out to us to offer us a solution to make it right.. The solution.. Offers us other cars on their lot.. HELLO.. Thank you for proving my BAIT & SWITCH comment. Like we would do business with them after the way they treated us anyway. As it was that day, on our way back home , We stopped at another dealership, A much better dealership, signed paperwork for another car, So for us- problem solved. For Toyota , their mistake, their loss.

Its really hurts to come to a dealership and make a fair deal on a car and put a deposit on a car and they tell you they are going to take care of paint issues with the car before you come pick it up only to have been lied to and told that they didnt write that into the deal and that they already gave me a discount so why should I need the paint issues fixed when they gave me their word that it would be taken care of. This dealership must like wasting peoples time. So glad I didnt purchase this vehicle from new country Toyota and if must buy from them I would stay as far away from Chris their sales man whos word is worth absolutely nothing. This place was great, for my first car purchase they made sure that I understood everything and stayed in contact to make sure all the right steps were taken. The team was also very quick and I got my purchase done in about 3 days. I got there, test drove the car, and went in to do paperwork and was out in about 2 hours. Weve purchased a couple vehicles from this dealer to include a base model Toyota Tundra for $32,500.00. We had made a deal for $32,000.00 even but at the end they boosted the price another $500. After owning the Tundra for a short time I went back to this dealer to trade it up to a higher model. The dealer informed me the Tundra is now worth $20,000.00 which is $12,500.00 less than what we just paid them. Discussing this with New Country they tried to give me a line about covid pricing and post covid pricing. What a line of crap. This dealership has really gone downhill fast and continues to get worse by the day. The salesman dont even answer or return calls anymore. I think I may just try Whitemans Chevrolet. If you read the negative reviews of New Country and look at their responses they are all generic and the same for each customer which tells you they have no interest in customer satisfaction.

This dealership will planet scare tactic type stickers under the hood of vehicles serviced there, implying that basic repairs and maintenance will void you warranty.. which is not true. Care to elaborate? Theres several full videos on YouTube if you want sources.

Putting stickers under the hood to try and scare owners from either taking their vehicles to a different mechanic or doing it themselves is bad business. There are laws protecting owners from having their warranties voided over bs.

Dealership is scamming people. Do not go here. They are only after your money and dont care about you nor your vehicle!

They tried to charge me 17% interest on a 2021 Toyota the car was 23,000 when you looked it up on their website then when you walk in it was 24,000 so off the bat for them showing you the car on their computer they just made money credit was 700 they wanted me to pay $430 a month for 84 months that s 40,000 do the math beware they are robbing you without a gun!!! It s all a scam most cars also get repossessed because people lose jobs or get hurt can t work don t be fooled be smart!!! Stop letting them rob you without a gun!!!!

New country Toyota of Saratoga Springs lost me before I even had my first appointment with them. Before making an appointment I called to ask if they took my third party warranty service and they said yes. So the day of my appointment I am told they dont take my warranty or any third party warranty. The person responsible had even asked someone in the office and was told no, they dont take it but when told this she never bothered to call me back to cancel my appointment and let me know. While I was there I asked for a price on a 120,000 MI service and the price was over $1,000. So I went home and called Northway Toyota in Latham and they do actually take my warranty service and their price for the 120,000 mile service was around $400. So its further away for me to drive to Latham instead of going here to my local dealership in Saratoga, but at least I wont be lied to by my service technician or cheated out of money I cant afford.

Dishonest, overpriced service and clearly tried to scam us into buying new tires. After dropping our car off for an oil change they called to tell us a tire had a slow leak and it was at 1 PSI. We came back 5 minutes later and the tire was clearly fully pumped, checked with our gauge and it was full. They said sometimes their gauges can act up lol

I bought a 5 year old Sienna without seeing it, got assured by the dealer that it s in immaculate condition. Got it shipped to Colorado and it arrived with a transmission noise ( diagnosed by a local Toyota). New transmission is almost $9k with labor! New Country Toyota claims no wrongdoing. I am filing a complaint with NY Attorney General. UPDATE.They agreed to buy the car back, shipped it back and I got a check in mail, but not the full amount I paid, still arguing there is nothing wrong with transmission. Dishonest. Beware. They will serve only themselves.

New country Toyota charged $564.15 to make an incomplete repair on a jammed drivers side window on our Highlander. The car was taken to an auto window replacement shop which did the job correctly for an additional $230.20. It took 15 minutes, not two hours of labor New country Toyota charged. I called New country Toyota for an explanation of the charges. They explained they went by the book rate which says it should be 1.9 hours. There was no reason given for the time discrepancy between book rate and actual time spent. Charging a fair price for a complete job is reasonable. New Country Toyota charged a maximum price for an incomplete repair that required paying another shop to have the repair completed correctly. Consider other repair shops before you have substandard work done at New country Toyota .

I purchased a certified used Toyota RAV4 LE from this dealership in 2020 and they made it such a smooth process for a young adult financing a car for the first time. I got a great deal and have been financing with Toyota Financial at 0% interest for 60 months! What I really appreciate about this dealership is that their customer service doesnt stop after you leave the lot with your newly purchased vehicle. Recently I needed assistance with getting the proper sales paperwork that was done when I purchased my car in 2020 so I could transfer the vehicle title to a new state. Sandy Friday, the office manager, was super helpful and patient with me while I told her what I needed at the DMV and she got the documents faxed over ASAP! She helped me understand which documents would work and she even went above and beyond to speak to the DMV worker on the phone to clear up some confusion on the paperwork. Ive really enjoyed my experience with this dealership and Id recommend it to anyone looking for honestly, clear communication, and great customer service when dealing with something as stressful as purchasing a new vehicle.

Will never return. Looking for a new subaru impreza sport, or possibly a crosstrek, so asked the salesman if if I could drive both. He said eh, well they both drive the same. Not the point even, I want to SIT in the car (and yah, shocking, i want to drive an expensive purchase). After the crosstrek drive, he wouldn t let me drive the impreza sport, only the base, because the sport had thin, film plastic on the seat. Idk, honestly, felt very insulted, questions were ignored/not explained in any detail. Felt it was because i am a women, so why would I want information on differences in suspension, etc.

Matt was a great sales person. No pressure, answered all our questions and spent a lot of time going over all of the cars features during delivery Tyler was also great handling the paperwork. Both made our experience a really good one.
