Saratoga Ford and specifically Nicole were excellent. My Family and I had an emergency failure with my 2015 F350 as we were driving through Saratoga. I called Saratoga Ford and spoke with Nicole and was able to fit us in same day and have one of the techs diagnos my truck, and was able to make the necessary repair (failed ground wire to the transmission module) During the 2 hours we were there, my family spent time in their waiting room, which was very clean and comfortable for a commercial service area. If I lived in the area this would be my new Ford dealer.
