This is one of the worst car dealerships that I ever had to deal with, if I could give no stars I would have! The owner, I believe his name was Charles Bardino, could not take the time to answer my list of questions about a car that I was interested in and said that they were ridiculous. The car I was interested was a 17 year old car with high mileage, because of this I want to make sure I am not buying a lemon and know that it will not break down once it leaves the parking lot, no matter how well it looks out the outside. Future buyers steer clear of this dealership because they will not take the time to answer your questions if it’s more than one. He was very rude, hung up on me as well and repeated multiple times that this was not the car for me due to my questions. It looks like he is the only one in the office and is too lazy to answer my legit questions, he stated that he only glanced at them, yet they were ridiculous. UNBELIEVABLE! Take your business elsewhere, don’t waste your time with them no matter if the car you’re interested in is affordable (it might be a lemon in disguise).
Just purchased my second Volvo XC60 from Bardino Motors, Chuckie went out of his way to ensure everything was just right and I was completely happy with the Volvo. I just wish I starting purchasing my vehicles sooner at Bardino Motors. My wife and I will not purchase anywhere else. I highly recommend to everyone to do the same. Rob
I found a beautiful car through Bardino Motors and worked with Chuckie on getting it. He made the process quick, easy, and seamless. He allowed the process of me trading in my own vehicle to be easy as well. Chuckie was a pleasure to work with and the vehicle I got from him was in pristine condition, clearly well and professionally cleaned, and runs like a dream. He made sure to tell me all the things he does to his vehicles before they leave the lot. After working with a dealership in Ballston Spa that set the bar pretty high, I wasn't sure another dealership would be able to match up but Chuckie certainly did. So, thank you for the beautiful car Bardino Motors!
I bought a beautiful car from Bardino Motors. Chuck is a man of his word by taking care of an issue we had while taking a long trip 3 weeks after our purchase. I would recommend this dealer.
Yesterday we purchased our second car from Bardino Motors. We told Chuckie, the owner, exactly what we were looking for about 30 days ago. Chuckie didn't have what we were looking for in his lot, so he took some notes. He researched, found several cars matching our description and price range, and sent the options to us for review. The car we selected had everything we wanted! Chuckie made the process seamless. Within one day of the car being delivered, he had the vehicle registered, cleaned, put on new tires, and made sure it was in tip-top shape.
We bought a 2012 77000miles Fiat 500 lounge convertible from Bardino 12+months ago. We love it! It was free delivery to Boston. It's easy to drive and park around Boston's narrow street, and we took it to NH on several camping trips. We did replaced a engine oxygen sensor right after we bought it, but Bardino agreed to reimburse us. 10k miles and 12 months later, it has had zero issue and everything is working well.
We bought a car (2018 Fiat 124 Spider) from Bardino Motors, we dealt with Chuckie Bardino the owner! We have never bought a car online so we were a little Leary! To our surprise it was a excellent transaction! We spoke to Chuckie several times with questions and getting pictures and we have to say he was honest and a pleasure to deal with and prompt on messages! We got a picture of the car on the car hauler the day it was leaving and we had excellent communication with Chuckie and the delivery driver. We took it for the first ride today and we are so happy with the car! It takes the corners with ease and Hugs the road! We are so thrilled with Bardino Motors and Chuckie. We would absolutely buy from them they were Excellent. Thank you from NH. Abe and Caroline
I purchased a 2019 Abarth 124 Spider from Mr. Bardino, sight unseen, via his website. We had a short telephone exchange where Mr Bardino accurately and honestly described the car to me. We agreed that I would wait for hi res images to be texted to me before I made any decisions. The new Images showed the car to be perfect and as such I agreed to purchase the car. The car was then transported 500 miles to my home and arrived in perfect condition. I could not be happier with my purchase.
Nothing less than exceptional and unique all around
This is the third car I have bought from Bardino Motors. It is run by Chuck Bardino who provides individual superb service. The car prices are more than fair and Chuck goes out of his way to please. Last car purchased he gave me 4 brand new tires and outsourced wheel work which he did not have equipment for.
Recently took my vehicle to Bardino Motors for some mechanical work. He was able to get me in right away. Very professional, prompt and communicated well with me about the issues I was having. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone looking to purchase a car or needs work done. Thank you!
Bought a 2014 Fiat 500C GQ edition and have had a wonderful experience with Chuckie. I am unsure how there can be reviews regarding him as not being a man of his word because that hasn t been my experience whatsoever. The car is almost brand new (16k miles, great condition), Chuckie held it for me until the title came in and communication was incredible throughout. It was a very quick and easy process. I had two minor problems since buying it, one being the soft top clip coming off the track and the other being the drivers side window needing a new window regulator (common fiat problem), neither of which are problems he could ve predicted and both times he said to bring it right in and he fixed it immediately. Great experience all around, 10/10 would recommend.
Happened to come across Bardino Motors while doing random car search online. Did a test drive and negotiated the details. Eventually purchased after a month and the whole transaction went smoothly. Initially, I kept hearing a sound and I went back asking their help. The mechanic took a drive and figured out it was a loose connection on the front hood cover. Few months later, an indicator on the left rear light signal and they helped to fix it (another loose connection). I kept going to Bardino whenever this left signal showed up and finally they replaced the bulb last year. (happened 4x over 4 years of purchase, not a big issue though) I will also go to them for engine oil service. Overall, I would consider their post sales service as excellent.
My whole time here was very smooth and easy. Chuck the owner was so helpful and respectful from the minute I stepped on the lot. Went there just browsing and ended up with a car, not a plethora of options but some very nice cars (all with new tires) for great prices! Would definitely recommend, 10/10 experience
Had a significant difference of opinion on the purchase of a 2003 MB SL 500. However, after a heated discussion and a thorough evaluation of each positions opinion, it was mutually satisfactorily resolved. I will continue as a loyal client. Chuck
Chuckie Bardino sold us a wonderful 2016 Cadillac ATS with 30,000 miles on it. Absolutely honest and the car was an executive s leased vehicle exactly as he said it was. Thank you for a great experience and a fantastic car. You are the top of the line in our book! Pastors Bill & Esther Emmons, Johnstown, NY
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased during the COVID quarantine. The Driveway delivery is amazing, three signatures and I was done. Completely and reliably cleaned sanitized. I really felt like a princess taking delivery of my new 2018 Cadilac ATS in my driveway. Small dealership fantastic customer service and highly recommend. Chuck you and my vehicle are awesome.
Outstanding customer service experience!!!!! Wont ever go anywhere else again !!!!!
A big Thank You to the nice people at Bardino Motors for helping me get the hood of my wifes Mini Cooper open. I couldnt open it at home today and I remember someone telling me Bardino works on these cars. I called and the person I spoke with was very courteous and said to bring the car over. One of the Technicians came out right away and fixed the problem in about 5 minutes! No Charge either! Great service and good people! Thank you!
My wife an i just bought a car fromBardino Motors, what a pleasure it was.Chuck the owner was a real gentleman never pressured us an answered all our questions. After buying it they went thru all theoptions (my head is still spinning lol)we were never rushed,i would highly recommend if looking for a car
They took advantage of a college student. Car no longer runs and they can t fix it. Hard earned money wasted
5 STARS For Bardino Motors ! We have purchased several cars from Chuck Bardino and Highly recommend this business. Mr. Bardino cherry picks fine autos from his resources ,after he fully inspects the automobiles and feels rest assured they are in tip top shape he sells them at reasonable prices. If you are looking for a low mile, slightly used high end vehicle Bardino Motors is the place you can trust . Prices are excellent. It s like a candy store for car enthusiasts. Always check the website to see what goodies are on there. If you see something you like, I suggest you act quick. Enjoy your new ride .
No hassle, purchased a used Jetta
Chuck has quite the ego. I PROVED to him that some damage on my recently purchased vehicle was present before I bought it, but he failed to admit it, even though his mechanic did! I wanted to merely split the cost of repair, but he refused. I even told him I would be purchasing a new car for my wife in the next few weeks. Oh well...... Bought my wife an Infiniti QX from Latham today.................
After 13 months and lots and lots of miles, Ive got nothing but good things to say about Chuckie B. and the loaded 15 Fiat 500 Sport he sold me. No-pressure sales, good price, generous trade-in allowance, and everything he said about the car was true - including, after asking me a few questions about my driving habits and my automotive needs, wants, likes and dislikes: Youll love it. Im still smitten with this vehicle but when the thrill is gone for any reason, Ill make the drive over from SE Vermont to Saratoga Springs to see what Chuckies got on offer. Pro tip: If you dont like strangers staring, smiling, pointing, asking you bemusedly What the hell is that thing? and Hows it go in snow? (answer: with 4 Perelli snows, wonderfully), dont buy a 500. My favorite interaction to date was with the gorgeous young woman on pump 1 filling her equally (nearly) gorgeous, British Racing Green Mini convertible. I was on pump 2, filling Fiorello. I stared at hers, smiling, and she stared at mine, smiling. As she finished up and opened her door, she looked at me, still smiling, and said Thats my second favorite car. Same here, I said, and off she drove into the night. <cue music, roll credits>
If I could put negative stars I would. This was an absolutely horrendous experience. I ve had the car for just over 4 months and haven t been able to drive it for 2. He sold me a complete lemon. Knowing that it was my first car he took complete advantage of me and saw an opportunity to get something off his lot. Car is a 2012 VW CC 6 speed manual transmission. I asked when we looked at the car if it had any issues nope we fix any issues a car has once we get it okay, have there been any accidents on it nope we did a car fax and there are no accidents reported on it okay, are there any recalls done on it nope we have all recalls done on a car before we sell it (legally they have to, i ll Get to that part.) Awesome, I fell in love it the car, I learned how to drive stick w/ it and it was great. 2 weeks into having the car a tire sensor goes on it. How can a tire sensor go that fast, I thought they do any repairs it needs right there? Okay, so we are trying to figure out why my car won t start and we determined it was because my battery died. How did my battery die OVERNIGHT because I was just driving it around the day before. This is when suspicion grew about this guy. So we went on a recall site and put the VIN in, and there were 2 ACTIVE RECALLS on the car that he never fixed. One was the airbag recall going around and the other for my FUEL PUMP MODULE where they would find some cars would lose battery life very quickly, and it wouldn t start, or in other cases WOULD JUST TURN OFF WHILE SOMEONE WAS DRIVING IT. So I contacted him, all he did was replace the battery that took 2 ½ hours to do because they didn t think to go get the battery in the hour ½ it took me to get there in the first place. I went to a different (actual VW dealer) dealership to get the recalls done and explained to the service manager the situation, and they said legally he should have had them fixed before he even put the car up for sale. The airbag recall is obviously dangerous but this fuel pump recall is extremely dangerous . That s great, so not only did he scam someone on their first car but he also clearly didn t actually get a car fax done on it, and wouldn t care if he got someone killed for not bothering to check it. It doesn t end there though. I get the recalls done, I m driving around for a couple more weeks and one day on my way home from Albany I get a low oil pressure light. So I pull over, my boyfriend came over to me, we checked out my car and checked the oil and it was fine. The dipstick had PLENTY of oil on it (at least 2 inches) and I wasn t even due for an oil change for over another 2,000 miles. So we moved on, got home and briefly looked into it but didn t really get a conclusion so we moved on. A WEEK LATER I notice as I m driving that my engine is shaking a little bit. We pulled into a parking lot, checked it out, and it was definitely shaking. I felt it while I was driving. So I said okay in the morning right when we wake up we re going straight to a shop to get it looked at. Woke up the next morning, got dressed, went to go start the car and it wouldn t start. It would sound like it was going to, but it just wouldn t turn over. We check to see if there were any immediate electrical issues that we could see, none, we checked the oil and there was NOTHING on the dipstick. How on earth did I burn through ALL of my oil in a week?? It didn t give off any weird smoke or have any weird smell?? There were no leaks anywhere?? So we called a shop and they told us to put some oil in it, manually crank it so there would be oil in my engine, and then try to start it just to get it over there. We got oil, let it sit, cranked whatever had to be cranked, and then tried to start it, and it started but was shaking even worse and making a horrible sound so I just turned it back off. Wouldn t start again. Got it to a shop and they said that for some reason they couldn t figure out, my motor wouldn t compress. AND he refused to help and decided it was out of warranty, so I now pay $240 a month for a 3,000+ pound paper weight.
Very helpful. Good service!
I test drove a car but didnt buy it. The owner was very nice...I like the car but was set on another car.
I wish he was a man of his word and his product
22 years ago our real estate agent told us Chuck was the best guy for cars. Still is. Glad to be back.
Stands behind what he sells
Always a friendly greeting from Chuckie!
If you want a Fiat, or a toy, this is a place to check out!
Do yourself a favor and buy your next car from Chuckie Bardino. He is not warm and fuzzy. But he finds and sells terrific cars for thousands under book. I just purchased my 2nd car in a row from him. He is a straight shooter and stands behind his products. He takes care of all paperwork, delivers your car with a full tank of gas and totally detailed. A few days after my recent purchase, I found the cars cruise control didnt work. Chuckie took care of it, even bringing it to a dealer to have it fixed, paying the bill himself and providing me all of the paperwork. This was AFTER the sale. He had no legal obligation to do anything. When I thanked him and said Not everyone would do that., he smirked and replied Well, Im not everyone. He is 100% right. My next purchase car purchase will be from Bardino. And the one after that. Yours should too. Cant recommend him highly enough.
Best car I ever owned and prompt painless service
I bought a vehicle from Chuckie Bardino in middle September. It still runs perfectly and is exactly the great vehicle he said it would be. I cant recommend Chuckie and Bardino Motors enough. Top notch, honest service.
