SERVPRO of Saratoga Springs, Gansevoort in Saratoga Springs

My nine year old manufactured home had a leak in one of my bathrooms .ServePro of Saratoga Springs was contracted by a subsidiary insurance company that is part of USAA, the military insurance company. They were contracted to do the remediation from the leak. My insurance company paid them for work that was ostensibly performed. The company did a TERRIBLE job. They tore out the obvious damage but FAILED to remove the damage in the belly membrane and insulation that was more difficult to remove. In addition, they cut the floor out to the wall but not to supporting the wood behind the wall that held up the floor. The floor that they did lay was unsupported and too thin stand on. All in all it was a terrible job. What made it worse was the lack of response and the annoyed lip service I received from Catherine. She could use some serious customer service training. If you have an option AVOID this company like the plague. They are a disgrace to the ServePro organization and while their field workers are OK, the back office sucks. They have cost me nearly $2000 to fix what they didn’t. Be aware!!

Extremely responsive, with a professional staff that offered comprehensive follow through on a complex water damage job in my home. They went the extra mile. Would not hesitate to call them again. Highly recommended.

A great crew to work with. They were professional, thorough and cleaned up the mess from a broken pipe! Would recommend them for any services you need.
