The process was smooth and efficient. We got our windows at a great price and the installation on all of them took less than a day. Highly recommend!

Window King has the best windows, best prices, ( other company gives triple or double the price quote and have to wait until next April) best team works. We are really appreciated their fantastic job. If someone needs change windows ask Window King.

Ordered 5 windows from King windows of saratoga. 2 were replacement casements and 3 were separate windows to fit into a large preexisting window frame. My experience with King Windows was absolutely terrible and very stressful. The owners young son and Connor came out to do the work. Connor cut the main electrical wire even though it was visible to the eye. He was on the phone with Luis the owner discussing a dissatisfied customer when it occurred. I was able to have an electrician come right away to fix the problem. Connor also cut about a 7 inch slice into the sheet rock in my dining room another error that was left unrepaired. The windows were poorly installed and incorrectly. I had hire a 2nd window company to redo everything it was that bad including purchasing new windows. Errors included: External trim cut to different lengths instead of being one full piece and they nailed the trim directly into the new window frames causing water to seep into the frames. Wrong size and style nails and trim nails that were already rusting. Never replaced trim cap Exterior trim was to be flush with siding they just put it over the siding and used spray foam to fill in the spaces. We would have to go outside to physically close one of the casements it was not level. 3 of the casements were put in incorrectly and opened backwards. Replacement casements did not fit well in preexisting openings so they filled openings with excessive spray foam and caulk. The three windows installed side by side were not level, the top of the windows stuck out much further than the bottom. The 2nd professional window installer had to throw out the Double hung window because king window intentionally cut part of the frame to force it to fit in place. I would never recommend this company not even to my worst enemy they are incompetent and unprofessional.

Could not recommend more highly! We had all of the windows (14) replaced in a house we just moved into where the existing windows were single paned and mostly non functional. The new windows look great! Crew was efficient and polite, and the completed the project in around four hours and left the house and yard clean. Luis is great to work with as well, and the prices are quite reasonable.

Amazing experience! I did not think I would love windows as much as I do, but it has made a huge improvement to the exterior of the home. What an incredible difference. Lou was amazing to work with. He was so professional and I understand the scope, investment and next steps. The crew was on time and very clean with their work. They were friendly and worked quickly. Quality windows, fair price, wonderful owner and crew; our 1960s windows are gone and the Oknas look far better and provide much more insulation! (We got 4 Okna 500s double hungs and a large bay window with casements on either side and are saving up to have Luis do the rest of the house next year.)

The siding and replacement windows look awesome. The workers did a good job. They cleaned up after each days work and left the yard as they found it.

I would not hesitate to recommend Window King to anyone seeking new windows. We just had our first floor windows replaced and the team was quick, efficient, neat, and very knowledgeable. I can t say enough great things about Window King of Saratoga! Great crew, great product, and Luis was incredibly easy to work with! If you re looking for high quality vinyl windows, you can stop looking and call Luis. I researched the heck out of Okna windows (the brand they carry), and they re consistently placed in the top 3 of vinyl options out there. Sure, you can get cheaper windows, but they ll be drafty and probably start seal leaking in a couple of years. I noticed a difference in noise and heat transmittance the moment they were put in. And although they cost a couple dollars more than the bargain basement units out there, they were hands-down the best cost to quality ratio out there. But a great window doesn t mean much without great installation, and the team at Window King didn t disappoint. They were prompt and respectful of my property. They had 14 replacement windows with seemingly little issue, and I m overjoyed as to how they turned out. One window was missing a screen, but Luis didn t hesitate in ordering one for me. If I ever need replacement windows in the future (or even a front doorway, which is my next needed project), I ll be calling Window King of Saratoga!

We knew we needed to have a large bay window replaced especially before winter. We had received a quote from Anderson and they quoted us almost 30k. We decided to look at smaller family own companies and found window king on Google with fantastic reviews and took a chance. And it didnt cost 30k it was far less than I had even anticipated. Lou was great, he was prompt in responding and setting up a time to do the assessment and then received our quote by end of business that day. After confirmation of getting our windows he reached out and we set a date for the installation. They installed the window in one day and came back the following to finish the outside trim. I have a 6 year old at home and he watched and they let him help (I know have an aspiring contractor in the works). They are kind friendly and their work is fantastic. I have nothing but great things to say and we will certainly be using them again in the future for other windows!

A professional and courteous team from start to finish! I needed to replace the original 1950s era sash windows on my home, and Luis and the team at Window King set me up with an awesome product at a competitive price. Once the windows came in from the manufacturer we set up an install date, upon which they were happy to accommodate me needing to reschedule last minute due to a family emergency. When the new install date areived the team was extremely friendly, courteous, and quick! The finished product looks great and my chief complaint is that it works so well that I havent had to run my climate control since. I will absolutely be reaching out to Window king of Saratoga for all of my future window needs!

Luis, Anthony and his team was so great in replacing all my front side windows 20 of them and they replaced the porch that goes well with the new windows. Luis and his team was excellent in doing their job and they are very friendly, smily and patience in clearing all my questions that i had during the installation. Luis was an excellent person in scheduling the appointments and showed up on time, rain or shine. He even bought different types of windows with him to show the quality of the products and the financing options which made me decide to go with the windows that we need that fits in our budget. I contacted Andersen and home depot before contacting windowkingofsaratoga but was not satisfactory with proper explanation of theirs products and quotes that they offered me which made me to go with widowkingofsaratoga. Im looking forward to replace all my side and rear windows and front and rear doors later this year with windowkingofsaratoga. I highly recommend windowkingofsaratoga if any one is looking for installing or replacing their windows/doors/porch.

Had a giant old 4 panel window from the 50s in my living room that was cracked with holes...left a message and got a call back immediately. They showed up on time, did a fantastic job. I have an older home with large sash windows with pulleys and weights. I had 9 of them replaced by Window King and was very happy with the whole process. They showed up on time, gave me a quote while there, answered my questions and followed up. The windows were ordered and installed about 30 days later and the installation was done quickly and professionally. The windows look great, open and close smoothly, and fit perfectly.

Fair pricing and quality work! My wife and I were in the market for an egress window and we called a few different places to compare. Aside from Window King all other local companies that offer egress window installation either had longer turn around times, notably higher quotes, sub par client communication and in one instance, a hundred dollar fee just to receive a quote. None of that was the case with Luis of Window King though! He provided us a quote with several different options to choose from to fit our budget and always got back to us as soon as possible. On the day of installation, Dylan and Dylan made quick work of everything and didnt miss a beat. From start to finish they had installed our new egress window in under 5 hours! My project was installing two basement egress windows, requiring cutting into an 8 inch thick poured slab to expand the opening.

Luis was always very responsive and accommodating. Connor, who did the install, very professional, cleaned and very courteous. The window itself is beautiful and much more soundproof than my last window which is nice because the A/C units are right below my window, and some of them are quite noisy but I dont hear them anymore!

Window King installed 8 windows for me during the peak of the pandemic. I had a fire and needed windows replaced immediately. Window King did a great job. When I wasnt fully satisfied with a minor error Connor was sent to correct the issue. Connor did an amazing job and was a pleasure to have working at my home. I would highly recommend Window King because they stand behind their work and respect their customers.

I am very disappointed with Window King of Saratoga, One window was put in so crooked it couldn t open. It was already insulated and caulked in. I had to remove it all and redo. Caught them trying to put in windows over rotten sills. ( During the original estimate I pointed out the two windows needing additional work. I was told it would be done as part of the cost. As you can see by the picture they simply tried to put a fresh trim board over the rot and were preparing to put the windows in to cover the rot.) Left glass and nails in the carpets. Not to mention filth. A drop cloth would be nice. They covered weep holes so the water couldn t escape and failed to caulk obvious gaps. The windows are good quality and they were cheaper than the other guys but you get what you pay for.

I own a duplex and my windows were 33 years old the old wooden ones Luis and his crew replace all the 10 windows and I also had two big bay windows in the front of the house that they took out and replaced with three windows They look like they have always been there. It is amazing. Luis worked with my schedule and the dogs to do the windows replacement in two different days. Anthony and Connor took out the two bay windows and replace them with three other windows and it looks awesome. Again looks like it was always there. I would definitely tell you to call Luis and have him come out and give an estimate they were very reasonable priced and the service was extremely outstanding. I have put okna windows in a bunch of places and they are fantastic and fantastic value for money. In some cities the installation has been questionable. Not with Luis at Windowking. Communication and installation were flawless. The windows are transformational for the house both in the way they look and in terms of energy bills.

Window King of Saratoga recently helped us out with installing two sliding glass doors on our rental property and we are extremely happy with the results. Dealing with Luis (owner) was a pleasure; he is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the customer and the quality of his work. When you talk to him it is clear that he knows what he is talking about and he has the customers best interest in mind, this is rare for contractors! Luis bailed us out big time when our previous general contractor failed to install our sliding glass doors 3 times; Luis came to our house to assess what was going on and then reinstalled the doors properly. The doors reinstalled by Window kings came out looking 1000 times better and they were installed with a high quality of work. Dont be fooled by general contractors saying they know how to install sliding doors... turns out they dont. Luis is a specialist with windows and doors and we are very grateful to have worked with him! Definitely recommend Lius to anyone! I highly recommend window king. They made the entire process from measuring to installation extremely easy. I was worried about the installation as we have an older house with wood siding but the installation went smoothly, was quick and the windows look great all for a great price.

We had so many issues and problems with them. First of all they were extremely careless. They scratched our hardwood floors all over by setting their tools down on them and not being careful. We were told this would be a four hour project and actually ended up taking over 16 hours and three trips to ours house. The one worker was so careless they threw our brand new screen in the back of their truck and ripped it. We had to wait weeks for a new one. There were nails and glass in our driveway after they left, and we have dogs. The job itself looks like poor quality. They didn t finish yet again and had to come back to caulk the outside of the window which we pointed out wasn t done and the worker brought a ladder that was too small and he couldn t reach. They also were over two hours late on Saturday during the installation day and didn t bother to call and give a heads up they were going to be late. Extremely unprofessional and careless. These are just a few of the issues we had- I wrote a letter to the owner highlighting our issues and we got a whopping $50 off for our troubles. That isn t going to fix my hardwood floors. Save yourself time and use someone else for your project. It s worth it paying more for a professional company and better quality. I would give a 0 star if I could.
