Picked up my car today from Starr Collision and couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. Emergency stop to take a look at my loose engine shield, which was being dragged underneath my car. They removed the shield, packaged it up for me to take home without getting the inside of my trunk filthy, and sent me on my way with a wave and a smile, all for no charge. Amazing service!

Starr Collision does an amazing job of repairing your vehicle. I took my Nissan Murano there for repairs after a tree fell on it, Amy was fantastic, she kept me in the loop on what was going on with the insurance company and timeline to get the car repaired. She was very instrumental in working with the insurance company and finding a common ground that was acceptable to them for the repairs, The quality of the workmanship is top notch. I couldnt believe how well the crew fixed all the dents, scratches and part replacements. The car looked better than when I first bought the car. If you want your car repair done right, Starr Collision is the place to take your vehicle, I highly recommend them.
I can't say it enough how happy I am with the collision repair they did to our tacoma. The bed and rear door were in super bad shape from a deer incident. From the very beginning setting up the appointment for the work Amy and Sam were absolutely great even during the time our truck was up there they were very good with communicating the status and taking care of all the insurance paperwork. The truck came out looking like the day I bought it . I'm so very happy to have chose Dan and his team with the task of getting the truck back to new. I highly recommend starr collision!

I was "limping" my motorcycle with a flat tire to a gas station and stumbled on this place. I asked for air and Dan Starr, the owner was quick to oblige. It became clear that my tube was shot. Dan then offered me to put the bike under an overhang and let me use any tools I needed to remove the wheel. Dan then proceeded to help me locate a shop that would have the tube I needed and that could install it as well. What started as major disaster, turned out to be another great travel story about meeting great people on the road. You might ask why I am talking about a motorcycle while reviewing an auto-body shop. Well, while I was inside the shop, I saw an antique truck that was being restored by Dan, immaculate work! Dan was also working on another customer's car and I can tell he was very diligent. So, the work is good, I just wanted to add a review about the human aspect of this place. Always great to deal with great people. Thanks again Dan!

I had my rear bumper pulled off while being towed to free my car from being stuck in the mud. They gave me an estimate of at least $2000. I had it repaired right up to spec at another local body shop for $300. Good as new...it was a 3 mth old lexus. If you can somehow avoid it, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
I am very happy with the work and service by STARR Collision. kept me informed along the process explained delays and made sure the truck was fixed right. I will recommend STARR to my friends without regret!

Body, Trim, Paint does not even cover the great work that this group performed on my ride. Removing body panels, all this new fangled electrical lines and placement, recalibration of stuff in the windshield, and a list of stuff I do not understand. Trees dropping on your brand new wheels was the cause of much heart ache. But by taking my ride to Dan and his crew eased the pain. From the time you enter the door Aimee has got your back. She deals with it all. She deals with the craziness of the insurance company and keeps you in the loop of progress. My ride is looking like the day I drove it of the showroom lot. Dan, Aimee and the rest of the staff are to be applauded for the quality of their work. Can not wait till my first road trip to show off how good my ride looks.
Job was finished in an amazingly short time .Car was cleaned inside and out. Had to wait for parts to be found and delivered but that was expected. The actual repair was as good as new! The people were friendly and professional. Im sure Ill be back!

I hired Starr to add noise deadening material in all the doors of my Toyota RAV4. From start to finish they were completely professional and a pleasure to deal with. So glad I was referred to Starr Collision by Ryleys Auto Repair. Had the back door of my van replaced and Dan did excellent work, the price point was the best in town and the work was done quick [even though it felt like weeks lol]. I wouldnt hesitate to bring a vehicle here again, if I needed to!
Unparalleled commitment to excellence! Exceptional quality of work, completed in about a week (much much faster than my experience with a competing body shop). When I picked up my vehicle, Dan, the owner, came out to personally introduce himself and inform me of what work was done. Like it never happened! My new truck was hit by a mirror on Partition St which left a gouge and scrape from the rear door all the way to the headlight also creasing the fender. Dan worked his magic and brought my damaged truck back to new using pure talent and skill to work the fender and door back into shape! I couldnt be happier with the results!
