Called them in the middle of the night after my car broke down on highway, got a quote and they were there shortly after to help. Very professional and helpful.

Thought I found a good tow company. Completely wrong. After my own towing service failed miserably, I found J&F locally. Maybe it’s the nighttime guys, but they told me 1 hr. When I called, they said they would check with driver and call me back. Never did. When I called again, told truck broke down. Might be fixed in an hour. I told them to forget it. 1 1/2 hrs of my time wasted. 100% not reliable.
