We are very impressed with the service we received. We called at 8 oclock at night and Luis was at our house within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He was very personable and great with our dog.

I feel like I really lucked out calling reimer and getting Bill. He was incredibly helpful and reassuring. He really knows his stuff and has a great attitude toward the work and toward life in general. One of the good guys!!!

They did a great job in fixing a leak in our old heating pipes. They found the problem area and Steve and Charlie came and fixed the issue the next day. My wife works from home and they were courteous and respectful to her, waiting for her to finish something at work before asking her a question. They left the place spotless, cleaning up anything messes they made including an accidental spill on our driveway. Overall would recommend for a quick, effective and friendly response to any heating or pipe issues.

Brian was super helpful servicing my mini split units and getting me ready for air conditioning season. He was thorough and tidy - would definitely recommend.

First off I want to start off by saying I never leave reviews so for me to take the time to write a review means it went well! I had a clogged toilet. After calling 3 other places I called Reimer on a Wednesday evening at 6:50pm and Luis was at my door by 8:30pm. Checked my toilet and Determined that the clog was coming from the main drain outside which is my HOAs issue, not mine. Saved me $700. Only charged me the $100 fee for showing up which I had agreed to pay when I called. Runs a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for! Professional. Reliable. Great company and great people ! Thank you Luis!

Richard was professional and efficient when replacing the anode rod on my water heater, as well as replacing a toilet flapper. Very knowledgeable and careful too. Positive

The guys that came to my house were very friendly and professional. They got to work immediately to try to fix the issue of waste water backing up/not transitioning to the sewer. They scoped my line and informed me of a cracked pipe at 30 in one area and m a complete collapse at another. Price to install a new plumbing line: $22,000. Price to just fix crack: $7,000. With those price tags I needed another opinion/quote. The second company was able to flush the line and scoped it again. Everything was tip top. First crack was actually a second clean out location. Complete collapse was a gasket that came loose where it meets the sewer. Actual price to fix: $1,800. I don t believe Reimer techs were blatantly lying, I just don t know how knowledgeable they actually are. Based on trying to be sold some type of membership repeatedly, it appeared the focus was more on increasing the cost to repair. So while the guys I dealt with were great, proceed with caution regarding what actually needs to be repaired.

We were very pleased with the work done by Bryant and his partner. They took the time to explain everything they did and were very professional in their manner.

Great experience getting our hot water heater replaced. Called at 6:00pm at night somebody came to look- determined new tank needed. Great service scheduling and Kawal came to replace. He was friendly, efficient and showed great customer service!

I had my hot water heater fail unexpectedly. I made the mistake of calling another plumber who tried to scam me (If you want to know who, see my other reviews). After that fiasco, I called Reimer. They came out same day, and had me up and running, including the things that were need to bring me up to code. They recommended a top quality commercial grade AO Smith tank (not that Home Depot junk). In spite of using high quality materials, the total cost was quite reasonable.

What started out as a separate job turned into an all day affair as Brian was able to investigate and identify why our sinks were backing up.. he was immediately able to pivot to fixing after completing scheduled job and brought in Rich to help complete.. we now have a brand new setup with everything working optimally and looking beautiful.. Would highly recommend this pair for any job

Called 3/22 to Roland J Down since they cleared my main line. I had water backing up in my basement sink and water filling a pot sitting underwhelming main line and called RJD back to have it taken care of. Was told that all there equipment was down and I needed to call Apex or another company. I signed for a plumbing contract on 2/23 when I had a back up and RJD came out. I thought I would get the service I paid for but I did not. I called Reiner Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical and they were in contact with me letting me know when they would arrive. Ur plumber could not arrive until today because of the late time. But was here on 3/23 and cleared the problem. I have signed with a contract which covers a ur services and have a call into Justin Wright with RJD to cancel my agreement for plumbing only. I worked for RJD for 7yrs until I retired and I thought they were a good company. I will not use them again.

Louis came by within an hour of calling. Great guy, immediately got to work and found that the septic tank being full was probably the problem. He suggested we call a septic pump company first to see if that was the issue. It was!! Louis saved us $$, was very very nice and easy to deal with. Awesome experience! Got some business cards so we know who to call next time. These guys are first rate!!

Everything was fine.

I had a disappointing experience with Reimer. Charlie was pleasant, but insisted 2 parts needed to be replaced together because he always replaces the circulator control when he replaces the aquastat and vice versa. Quoted over $1,100 for the control and $990 for the aquastat. Suggested replacing boiler for $13,700. I note that Schwarz that I used previously had indicated in January that the aquastat might need to be replaced in the near future and quoted me $600. Charlie said parts have gone up 30%. Most expensive aquastat on Amazon is $450. So a 30% increase would have added $150 at most. Not bring it to $990. Schwarz was bought out by Reimer which is only reason I called them. I was very happy with Schwarz. After Reimer came I called different local licensed plumber and he said nothing wrong with control panel. Replaced my aquastat for under $600 and I have had no problems since. Also got two quotes for replacing 3 zone boiler for under $11,000. Seems that Reimer is over priced and looking to do work that is not necessary.

My mother was without heat. When she called J & M Schwarz Heating and Cooling, they sent Reimer Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical who they partner with. Rob came right away. He was personable and professional. He explained all the different services they offered and the different pricing options available. He even waited until I got to my mother s house and explained everything to me. My mom and I decided to get a whole new heating and cooling system plus a hot water heater. Now she shouldn t have to worry about home maintenance for years to come. Brian is an excellent technician. He was professional and thorough. All the guys made sure to check everything to ensure that everything worked properly. We weren t completely sure about the thermostat so I called Rob the next day and he came right away. Talk about customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

Interactions with technician great very friendly. Only issue is price is outrageous, they also quoted for sight glass change, flush and tuning. Pricing on higher side but the steam vent replace blow my mind. So I just got a $20 vent from Home Depot, replaced with one hand under 2 min. Which they had price at $378. #Issue with big business buying all local businesse

I usually do not write reviews, however, I have been waiting on responses from Reimer regarding recent work and am extremely frustrated. A family member recently had a new boiler installed. The successful installation took almost two weeks to complete. The issues we ran into include: - 6 visits by technicians over 12 days. - Circulators incorrectly installed on the supply lines instead of the return lines. - Incorrect parts replacement identified and installed. - Lack of identifying the root cause in a timely fashion. After 12 days days, it took a manager to be on site and identify that a gas gauge needed to be replaced to provide an adequate amount of gas to the boiler. We were offered a minimal refund, which we felt was not acceptable due to the scope of the issues, the length of time, and the lack of communication. I have called the office over the last 2 weeks and have yet to receive a call back. I am hoping this review results in a call back for us and raises awareness for others.

Brian was amazing. We are so grateful to him for everything he did for us. If you need plumbing done these are the guys to call. There was too much repair work to go into detail but Brian was able to come out right away and give a fair estimate of the repairs. He and the technician he brought today ( sorry I m bad with names ) were very personable and knowledgeable in everything they did and able to diagnose the problem with documentation. He even gave us a referral to a restoration company. Again, we are extremely grateful to Reimer for helping us with our plumbing issues. If you have a problem with anything related to plumbing give Reimer a call. We still have a ways to go but our pipes are no longer the issue !!!

I called at 9:35pm for emergency services for my plumbing. My main line was coming back up. Waited 2hrs and called again, they said it was scheduled and they would call when they were on their way. We had a scheduled time for 9:38pm and 11:38pm. We called back at 11:45 pm and was told that was a scheduled time and not when they would come. Then at 2:30am we called and cancelled after we still didn t receive any notice. Thank you for wasting 5hrs of being able to have this taken care of earlier!

We had a mainline backup and have worked with other companies in the past and were not very happy with the outcome. So we called Reimer and scheduled an emergency appointment to which Reimer dispatched Bill Critcher, from the second he stepped into our house he treated us like family. He walked my fiancé through every step of the process explaining why and how the problem occurred. Sold us on a membership as well because unlike other companies it was not a complete ripoff. Tyler installed a tankless hot water heater for us today. Reimer was very quick to respond after our hot water tank gave out over the weekend. Tyler was great to work with, he was very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent work from Rick and Chris on setting up a new location for my washing machine. They worked hard and were very accommodating for extra requests. They cleaned up and everything looks good so far. Very confident in the work they did.

Technician was nice, professional and thorough. I thought it was a bit pricey, but on a Sunday without y ok kitchen sink it was worth it. My advice is to use Reimer. You can feel comfortable that your problem will be solved.

A few weeks ago I contacted Reimer after having some issues in my home. I had a few different workers out at my house, everyone was extremely helpful and nice. I worked with Rob, Joel and Jared. I needed to get a new water heater and they were able to schedule the installation for 2 days later. Kyle and Rich came out to install it and everything was done quickly and efficiently. Additionally, everyone I spoke to at the office when I called were very helpful and kind. This was my first time using Reimer and I was very happy with the services provided, I would use the company again.

In two days, we had three technicians here. One for the walkthrough and inspection, one for HVAC issues and then one for all the agreed upon plumbing services. Every single person, Justin, Kyle and Yuvi were extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable and respectful. They were a pleasure to have and went above and beyond to help us as new home owners to understand all the issues and what they were working on. We bought the membership because we plan to work with Reimer for any of our needs in the future.

I have nothing but praise for Reimer plumbing. Today Brian came out to check out a slow draining bathroom sink. I m in a wheelchair and can t get under the sink. Brian was able to identify the problem and fix it in 5 minutes. No charge! On a Saturday no less. Needless to say Reimer will be #1 in our book.

Ron arrived as expected. He diagnosed and fixed our heating problem. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us several suggestions and options to fix the problem in the future. I would recommend him hghly.

Both guys are very experienced and definitely know what there re doing when it comes to both of my furnaces. They are very flexible when it also comes to availability.

They came when my AC unit went down on the hottest day due to a simple fix. Was a bit pricey for the piece. But why the rating is a 3 star is I was looking for a new furnace and hot water tank. They wanted 10k for the furnace, work, and potential of additional material. They also used fear tactics to try and sell it to me telling me my furnace is going to die this winter, I had a few other companies come through to see and the other companies said it wasnt that bad and it had a few more years on it with yearly maintenance. Overall not a fan of the fear tactics to sell their equipment.

What a fabulous service! Of course I had a pipe freeze in below zero temperature and wind a week ago and then thaw and then likely freeze again so it split (old house, old copper pipes). I called multiple plumbers because I had water leaking in my basement crawl space and every one said they couldn t send anyone until the middle of the following week. Then I found Reimer, who sent Jared within the hour. Very competent and pleasant, he shut off the water at the location, did a thorough evaluation, explained my options and booked the repair for the following week. Roger and a colleague (I didn t catch his name) arrived early this morning and worked about 7 hours replacing all the copper pipes in my basement and replacing them with PEX pipes which expand when water freezes inside them so they are much less likely to rupture. Again, technicians were pleasant and competent. I would definitely call this company in the future.

This was our first time using Reimer plumbing. We called them as we had a leaking drain pipe under our kitchen sink. They sent a tech named Jared out the same day. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain how he was going to fix the problem. He did a great job. We are very pleased with Reimer and would definitely call them again.

I am a first time homeowner and had some plumbing issues that needed professional work. My fiancé met with Jared to get a quote for us and installation was scheduled for the following morning. Rick and Brian came through to install a new drain pipe for my shower. They were wonderful and got the job done in a timely manner. We got into conversation and I mentioned I did not have central air. They were able to have Andrew stop by about 20 minutes after they left to quote me for AC. It took about an hour and 15 minutes before I received pricing. I wish that I had scheduled this sales pitch for a day where I had more time as I didn t realize it would take so long. That being said, Andrew was very thorough and provided me with a lot of useful information while generating 3 different quotes and boiling it down to the price best suited for the needs of my home. The service was incredible from all parties but will keep in mind for the future that sales quotes take a while. Would definitely recommend Reimer to my friends and family!

Richard called to let me know he had one stop before mine and hed called when he was on his way. He followed through with that call. He was able to put the clip back on the water mixer, which I was unable to get on. The water mixer was leaking and Richard gave me a quote for replacing it. The price was more than I wanted to pay. Richard then made sure I had the correct water valves turned off for the night. He offered to shake hands when he left, and said to call Reimer if I changed my mind. I went to Home Depot, bought the water mixer and replaced/repaired it myself. Part cost was $54 + tax.

Luis showed up promptly and quickly diagnosed our problem. He gave us our options and explained them well. He was quite professional and we were pleased with his efforts.

We called them at 7:15pm and they sent Luis San Inocencio over at our house at 8pm! Luis is such a nice guy that patiently evaluated our problem and gave precautions advice. He even offered cleaning our floor with cleaning spray. He went above and beyond. The price is reasonable for a same night visit. Highly recommend if you run into plumbing emergencies.

Reimer said my mom s boiler couldn t be fixed and it would cost $16,000 to replace it. But another company came and immediately found just a buildup of condensation in the drain and fixed it. The unit they were charging $16,000 to install only cost $3000, so they wanted $13,000 for a few hours of labor. Poor way to treat a scared old woman in the middle of a cold snap

I went into my basement and there were damp spots along the cracks of the basement floor. I went over to the hole where the sump pump was and it was filled to the top with water. I called 5 star plumbing and Nathan was here in under 30 minutes on a Friday night. Our sump pump was broken and he replaced it and prevented us from having a flooded basement. I can t thank you enough Nathan. Buying into the 5 star service plan is worth every penny!
