Caliber Collision did a wonderful job repairing my car after I was hit. They were quick and cleaned my car inside and out!

They didnt put the paint on correctly, then said we told you we couldnt warranty the job. Well a warranty is a guarantee that it will last. Not that we might not be able to paint it. Thats a whole different animal! Its not a comfortable environment there, I never saw a happy customer and I am unfortunately unhappy. So, I wont recommend this shop to my friends. Edit.... The owners response lists an invalid email address. I was not surprised! I dont think they care!

Negative 1 star. They made an error in the phone Call when setting up an appointment. But I tried to understand and correct The manager got super rude and snippy. She then sent her tech to take four pictures of my car, couldntset me up for over three and a half months. And this was on a insurance claim.

Way over priced. They wanted to charge me $2,500 plus tax to paint my front bumper. They told me I had to buy a new front bumper. My car bumper has no damage. It just has scratches. My car was never in any account. I went to another place and got a free estimate. The other collision place told me I do not need a new bumper. They gave me an estimate of $500 to have my bumper looking new again.

I really cant say enough good things about this Caliber location. Already left a 5 star review for the expert collision repair and paint matching they completed on my vehicle. After some issues with non-OEM parts that were installed, and some suspension problems I had post-repair, they took the vehicle back, and made sure to address all of the issues. Couldnt be nicer or more helpful. Special shoutout to Franco for his great communication and assistance. The entire team there is top notch.

Accident occurred May 13 and by May 31 my car looked completely brand new. Kept me updated every single step of the way. Made sure I knew everything that would be happening and what damages the car had. The manager Jennifer as well as Joel were amazing and very upfront about everything involving my car. Overall an amazing experience and I m so glad I picked this place to fix my car. 10/10 experience.

Very disappointed with the quality of work. If you use this body shop do not take your vehicle unless you check all of the work that was completed.

They refused to work on my vehicle because I had spray paint on a section of my car.

Did my repairs at this location on my suv. I would not recommend this location at all!!! They actually tried to reuse broken parts from the collision, back on my vehicle. And I noticed it as soon as I was about to pickup my vehicle, so they had to order a new one and had me go back to get it actually fixed. On top of that, while it was in the shop, an accessory with loose change went missing from inside the vehicle. Other than that the repairs and finish look ok. But I would definitely not recommend this shop!!! Beware check your vehicle thoroughly before picking up, if you have no choice in using this location!!!

The body looked good, they said it is driving good the steering wheel is a little stiff. As soon as i drove it i knew something was wrong. Took it to Toyota dealer they said alignment is way off. Which i was told it was done. The steering rack is damaged.

The staff is unbelievably friendly, helpful and responsive. They made the repair almost, dare I say, fun!

They were professional and polite and even cleaned the inside of my vehicle which was a pleasant surprise! The repairs were completed in the time frame quoted! They are 100% better than the experience my husband is having at a different Calibur Collision!

Ive been there a couple times and they always do great work. The one time I noticed that there was a chip in the paint on something they worked on, they took it back and got it fixed immediately.

They only do visual inspection to get you business then claim they will do detail damage while fixing the car. I point out the other problem but she claimed after the open car up. All for money. They want to make sure they get to repair job. I think its a scam on the behalf. They were not up front with that on the website.

Franco went out of his way to help squeeze me in for a quick repair when I was in a pinch! Very pleased with the work and service.

Very poor service! Dont bring your car here if you want it back in the same century. They need to hire more painters if they cant keep up with the work. They must be using the smallest paint brush in the world! Beyond frustrated!

had accident and they fixed everything

Took car there for estimate after someone hit me. My appointment was for 7:30, The sign on door says they open at 7;30. They are open and someone at desk at 7:30. But no one comes in to do any work or estimate till 8. That was first problem. Then got estimate finally from my insurance company after over 2 weeks. I wanted to take to another facility to do the work but I kept putting it off and finally decided to go to Caliber as last resort. So I call and call and call to make appointment. No one answers phone. I go on corporate website and there is a # to call to make appointments for repairs. Again I call and call and call and again no one answers and again no voice mail. So Fk them.

I brought my car to Caliber due to my insurance companys preference, and was very satisfied with their work. The car was fixed when they said it was going to be and it looked great! I would definitely recommend them.

Caliber far exceeded my expectations & experience with fprevious repairs at other places. They got me in for an estimate the day after my accident. Then scheduled me for a repair soon after. They kept me in the loop while their work was being done and even arranged an extension with the rental car company when it took a little longer because of damage that could not be seen until they opened the car. Thhey also had a diagnostics expert come out to check all of the computer operations on the car. Clearly, they took a lot of pride in their work. They arranged for the rental car company to meet me when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. It couldn t have been easier.
