I was looking for someone to paint a 66 El Camino I was restoring. The body work was complete, but I was unable to find someone who was willing to paint the car locally. Liz at our local Maaco was willing to paint the car and was very accommodating, painting the fenders, hood, and tailgate separately from the rest of the car. Her crew did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations.

I have gone here Multiple times for my vehicles to get fix and always had a very pleasant experience here everytime and will always go back here for any work and will recommend this place to everyone I know that needs work done and thank you to Liz and her team for all the work done.

Maaco did a fantastic job on my CRV. It looks great. Liz was awesome to deal with. The customer service was excellent.

Poor lines on repair of a dent, gooped up paint ovelapping decals, can still feel the dent and left white paint smudged on decals. I took this repair to professionals because I wanted this to look like it never happened. Its painful to look at the repair. I think I could have done better myself.

Took a fiberglass truck cap in for a paint color change. Paint job itself was really nice, masking around window trim could have been better, but overall I was pleased with the results.

What a place!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR AT LIA TOYOTA. I purchased a Toyota Camry. I love the car but, now I have to pay $2000 to have the roof repainted and the.back of the car below the trunk where the licence plate is. Paint is either coming off areas of the car and there are multiple rust spots on the roof of the vehicle. Went back to talk to a manager and they talked through my sales person Jennifer. It was like good cop bad cop. Then Jennifer told me, you shouldve bought a new car. I also heard a manager walk by saying the same thing. Then further Jennifer says...you would have been better off if your car was keyed all the way down...are you kidding me? I owned the car only less than 10 days. I was bullied by these people. WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW WHO IS LOOKING FOR A CAR!!!!!!!!!!

I just picked up my car painted at Macao on 1741 Chrysler ave in Schenectady NY & I was blown away at the beautiful job they did on my Lexus which I had in Florida for 10 years baking in the hot Florida sun which melted the clear coat & paint through out the car Liz the owner was unbelievable & so knowledgeable just what was needed to be done at a great great price compared to what other companies wanted matter of fact my friend that drove me there was so impressed at the beautiful job they did he is having them fix some dings, scratches & painting of his car , so I highly recommend Liz & the great crew that work there for the beautiful job they did on my car believe me anybody doing business at this Macco shop in Schenectady New York will not be disappointed with the friendly & great work they do & Liz the owner is a blessing to work with!

Had a rear door, rear panel, and side view mirror replaced for less than half of what Mohawk Collision quoted me. Came out perfect and got it back when they said I would. Also cleaned it up nicely inside and out. Cant even tell the lady ran a stop sign and broadsided me.

They were amazing super helpful and even helped me to get my car in and out of there as fast as possible

My son s vintage Acura RSX was in an accident while home on a visit. Matt at Maaco was able to get the car right in and did an excellent body repair as well as taking care of a few previous rust spots. We were very pleased and appreciative with the quick service.

Called to get quote on pricing of paint. Nov1 2022 at 4pm. Beat around the bush on pricing. Failed to let me know the price of single stage paint. (I had to ask about it). Only brought up the most expensive options. Then told me single stage wouldnt match my car. I have to bring my car there to see it even though I told them the exact car that its a brand new rear bumper unpainted. Prepped ready to paint. the car is white I dont care if it matches exactly. Then the person hung up on me when i said i dont want to bring the car all the way there just to look at it. There was nothing more needed than the information i already gave. Must have had a bad day and decided to take it out on me. Not what I would expect from a place like this.

I came to get my spoiler fit, the day of installing, the clerk at the front said it s taking more time than usual and it was past three and a half to four hours and when I arrived the clerk at the front gave me a disclaimer saying the mechanic himself installed to the best he could but it s not properly installed which made me iffy and concerned but I paid but not sure if I d recommend here. If it were properly installed and sealed I would ve gave it a 5 but the disclaimer makes me say 2.5. Don t know if I d personally recommend.

Had my Grand Cherokee hood repainted, they took two days and paint matched perfectly, looked like a brand new truck when they were done. They did a great job painting it, very pleased with the quality work. I would definitely recommend Maaco at Chrisler Ave in Schenectady. Absolutely amazing job done by Liz and her team! First, I cannot thank Liz enough for the amazing service. I was extremely indecisive with the color, coming in twice to flip through paint chips to find the perfect shade, she was so patient with me running outside looking at every white shade they had next to my car. Most importantly, her and her team did a fantastic job making my miata look new again. It had new body panels welded on and was atleast 6 different colors when I had dropped it off. 8 days later, I show up to a shiny new car! Special thanks to the two men who did the body work and painted my car. I really couldnt thank the team enough. Great value and fantastic work. In addition to this, the attention to detail is absolutely insane. I went into this appointment expecting all of the stickers in the door jams/under the hood to be painted over. They took the time to mask off every single sticker on this car before painting. Mind you, every part of this car that wasnt visible from the outside, was painted green. Under the hood, door jams, trunk, gas cap was green. There isnt a spec of green anywhere. I cannot be more satisfied with the work done by the Schenectady maaco team

Where do I begin, I went to the Chrisler Ave location and Liz was FANTASTIC! I called her multiple times being a pest and she was always friendly and said it was no bother even if it was. Ive never had to have body work done on my cars, but if it is ever needed I will head there again. When I picked up my car it was clean and washed, too cold to actually hose wash it so she used a bucket and did it the old fashioned way, LOL.

Professional and Liz went above and beyond what was expected. I was in and out. More importantly, it was obvious the other customers I saw while there were also satisfied. An appointment was made, an estimate of time was given and was accurate. She took the time to make sure my needs were met. Absolutely no complaints on the work they did.

I brought my dad s 1997 F150 from Arizona and after 22 years in the sun it was in desperate need of new paint. I received several quotes for 2-3 times the cost of what Maaco quoted. The truck looks brand new and I m certain that my dad and grandad, who bought it new, are looking down with smiles on their faces. Liz was excellent to work with on my 91 Corvette. She led me through which method would be best; either new color or refreshing the original, which wouldve been cheaper. I went with the original, and I was honestly impressed beyond my belief and very satisfied with the end product. After hearing the horror stories of people who have gone to other Maaco places, I was not sure what to expect. But the price was reasonable for all the body work done, and the paint, and man, it looks beautiful. They cleaned up all the scratches, chips, and dents, and painted it wonderfully; the gloss is amazing. Liz obviously cares about the work they do at her Maaco; and it shows. Would definitely do business again if I get another project car!

Great experience. I was involved in an accident and the hitters insurance was trying to low-ball the repair. When the insurance company stopped responding to me, Liz took the info and got the whole job reassessed and squared away in a couple of days. They turned my car around quickly and it all looks great!
