My truck was in for a repair ended up on accident getting damaged at their sister store . They immediately let me know what had happened and said they would take care of it. We had a few minor hiccups along the way but the staff always took the time to listen. Repair was as good as factory if not better and would use them again for future body work.

I contacted Mohawk Collision to get paint correction and PPF film applied to a used vehicle from a dealership down the street from them. While my experience with the dealership was average at best, my experience with the collision center, specifically Victoria, was absolutely perfect. I am an out of state buyer so I was relying heavily on others to convey the condition of the vehicle as well as progress. From start to finish Victoria went into detail about what would be getting done, provided lots and lots of pictures, and dealt with my OCD personality when it comes to my fun cars. She even hung around and took pictures during loading of the vehicle when the trucking company came to pick it up and bring it across the country to me. She definitely went above and beyond and is an asset to this company. The car itself was in excellent condition and they did an incredible job with the work they did to it. 100% recommend this company.

I have purchased a vehicle in the past from Mohawk Honda, and that experience deterred me from coming back for another vehicle. Against my better judgement, I came back to look at a vehicle. Carfax had some concerns but nothing that would have prevented me from buying the vehicle. How they handled my questions regarding the replaced windshield and the fixed wheel was where I had issue. Wrote in to the team and was incredibly respectful yet did not get a response. Long story short I will not purchase from them again. My 2021 Civic Type R needed a bumper panel replaced, and I figured the body shop would be different, right? I mean they re certified to work on Porsche! I made sure to mention that I had aftermarket Rally Armor s on the car and they said that wouldnt be a problem. I asked if I could pay to replace the rear bumper clips in case they would not be replacing them. I was assured that they would be replacing them because the bumper will be removed and that they replace those when removing bumpers. Not only were the clips not replaced, but the rally armors were not reinstalled correctly and the pinstripe was either preinstalled or installed incorrectly because it s crooked. I thought this was all, but it looks like in the 3 times they washed my car while at the shop, they managed to micro-scratch and swirl every painted/plastic surface of the vehicle. So much for paint correcting/polish and ceramic coat months prior. I would have rather done the work myself.

Gerry, manager of the Mohawk Collision Center, installed an Xpel wrap on the front of my Corvette. He did an excellent job and was very detail oriented. Mohawk Collision Center is the only certified Xpel installer in the area. They have been wrapping many exotic cars recently and have clientele from New York City and other areas where there are a number of different installers. They are developing a great reputation among Xpel installers. The collision center and the Xpel products are both excellent. Update Aril 2024: I purchased a 2019 Corvette ZR1 and took it to Mohawk Collision Center for paint correction, full Xpel and ceramic coating. There are many more options for Xpel since they wrapped my previous Corvette but I feel they are still the best in the area. The crew at MCC did an amazing job with great attention to detail. These guys will not disappoint. Make sure to give Gerry or Victoria a call if you need any of these services. They will give you a free estimate and answer all of your questions.

The folks at Mohawk treated my xpel and Ceramic Coating on my Porsche 911 as if it were their own car. Very detailed, excellent communications and many pics, videos etc throughout the process. Highly recommended!!

Mohawk Collision Center was amazing. I have a Rivian and it was no small feat to get the car fixed. From the day I brought it in the process went seamlessly and I was kept updated regularly. When I had questions they had answers. There were no surprises. Just courteous and professional service from start to finish. When the car was ready to be picked up it was perfect! I worked with a few team members after an accident with my Pilot. Everyone was responsive, genuine, and courteous. They gathered the insurance companys information and outreached to them directly to work out the particulars. They were completely understanding and flexible with my appointment, even when I had to change it due to inclement weather, and made it a priority to set up another time to get me right in. The rental company was waiting for me. They are probably not even aware of the stress-free time they provided me. Not having a car, your car is stressful when you have more than one person relying on it, and the fact that as a busy person who had to do nothing more than show up is priceless. A HUGE shout-out to Kim. If only everyone in customer service could be like her. They should clone her. Another shout-out to Matt. He scheduled my appointment. He made it easy and convenient. He also reached- out to the insurance company so I didnt have to add one more thing to my day (s). I recommend Mohawk Collision Center to anyone that is looking for top-notch service.

I wrote a very positive review of Mohawk Collision 3 years ago and after the excellent work they just completed, I feel compelled to once again comment on this stellar company. I recently had my 2015 Honda Pilot in for some minor repairs after someone accidentally backed into my front bumper. From start to finish, I received the same excellent workmanship and outstanding customer service that I did 3 years ago. When the work was completed, my 2015 Pilot looked like it just came out of the showroom. The commitment to quality by the Mohawk Collision Center complements the same degree of quality I receive from Mohawk Honda when they service my car. Im totally impressed. The review I did 3 years ago follows. Well go out of our way to please you isnt just a slogan at Mohawk Honda...its an everyday practice. My 2015 Honda Pilot was recently in the Mohawk Collision Center after someone damaged my vehicle while I was Christmas shopping. As I mentioned to Allison when I picked up my Pilot today, the process went so smoothly that I was literally waiting for the other shoe to drop...which it never did. Everyone I worked with...Allison, Brandon, Kim, Travis and Brian....were exceptional in their handling of my questions and concerns. Although I had every confidence that Mohawk would do a good job, the completed work was EXCELLENT and exceeded expectations.

I had the XPEL ceramic coating and protective film put on my new car. Gerry took the time to explain the entire process and walk me through it. All of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Travis was very efficient and arranged for me to take the shuttle. All in all, a 10/10 experience!

I am a professional trainer for one of the areas premier hospitality companies so I m typically not speechless! My family buys all our cars from Mohawk Honda so when I damaged my Honda Pilot pulling out of one of our hotels there was no other choice than to bring it to Mohawk Collision. The experience from the beginning was stellar. I walked around my vehicle with the young lady that greeted me while she made lots of marks on my vehicle as to what would be repaired. The Pilot is older so my expectations were not high. Throughout the process I communicated with Jim numerous times on the phone as he kept me up to date on the progress. He was extremely professional. Finally, the day came when he called me and told me the vehicle was ready and I could come and pick it up. I was extremely elated as the rental I had been driving was much smaller than myself. When I arrived to pick it up, I was greeted by the same young lady that used my pilot as her personal coloring book. She was extremely polite and courteous, and treated me with patience. We settled up the deductible and she gave me the keys to the car and here is where it gets interesting I walked past my vehicle twice looking for it because they did such a spectacular job that my car was unrecognizable because it looked like a brand new vehicle. I went back into the shop and stood in front of the window in front of the entire Office team, and was unable to speak because I couldn t believe how great of a job they did and how awesome the car looked I literally had to sound the horn of my car to make sure it was mine. Although I said we buy all our cars from Mohawk Honda, I can honestly tell you I will never buy a car from anywhere else no matter where I live I will travel great distances to come back to buy my cars from Mohawk Honda. Jim was spectacular and one thing I noted is that after every one of our phone calls, he would never say goodbye and I m glad he didn t because my experience at Mohawk Honda will continue through my lifetime and I can never foresee saying goodbye to them, or their outstanding team. I had my Honda 2020 CRV repaired there. They not only did a magnificent job but they gave it a beautiful outstanding detailing job. My car looks like it just came off the showcase! My car not only needed body work from an accident I was in, it also need an inspection, oil change, and a tire rotation, and the great peeps at the collision center brought it down to the service center and had that done for me too! My elderly parents had an unfortunate accident and crashed their SUV. I reached out to Mohawk Collision as I have personally used them for a repair on my own vehicle in 2017. Everyone I spoke with both in person and over the phone were very professional, courteous and caring . Jim was my assigned estimator and he was very efficient and informative with his estimating and correspondence with both me and my father. Jim explained the process every step of the way and made sure we understood our options and were comfortable with the process. Great service. One business practice that could be better is to create functional or organizational emails for insurance companies to send information to. That way if an employee leaves, the email address is still valid. Simple and easy thing to do that would help business continuity.

Whacked a gigantic raccoon back in early December with my Honda CRV. Vehicle was new to me, hadnt even made my third payment. I held out for almost two full months to have my vehicle repaired at Mohawk Collision Center....and so glad I did!! They helped line up my rental vehicle (had it there at the shop for me the day I dropped my CRV off) and they allowed me to drop the rental back off there when my CRV work was complete. Not only did they do a fantastic job on my repairs but Jim Monroe also went the extra mile with my insurance company to make sure all repairs were completed as they should be. This is the 2nd time we ve used Mohawk Collision and once again, we were so impressed with the level of service. The 2 repairs we ve had with this vehicle were due to natural events (hail dents and an incident with a deer). Everyone we worked with both times was extremely responsive, professional and thoughtful. This most recent visit had a couple hiccups in the timeline (not due to the collision center) and Mohawk was extra communicative with us, always keeping us up to date on progress and options. Even just a quick call to let us know where they were at felt like an extra level of customer service and respect for us. When we picked the car up she looked like she just came off the show room floor! Aside from the gorgeous body work, the interior was vacuumed, extra belongs that had been relocated were carefully stored away in Mohawk Collision reusable bags and the tires where sparkling. This is the only collision center that we will use they are the BEST! Ps: we bought this Honda Pilot from Mohawk Honda in 2016 and they were so awesome back them. Great organization top to bottom!

This place is incredible! Seriously, I was new to New York, my car was in two accidents, with one the other insurance paid, the other was a hit and run, my insurance threatened to total my car. But this place not only handled everything beautifully but saved my car! They kept me up to date while traveling, and my car looks as good as new. They were complete life savers. I showed up for my appointment for an estimate the young boy and I do mean boy came out looked at my car took pictures and gave me an estimate of $10,000 which was so out of line and I could tell I couldnt believe it I had to leave and go to another place down the road and get a real estimate which is about $4,000 for the damage so I think theyre scamming people big time

I was referred here by one of the employees after getting hit while parked. Nothing major. I called to book an appointment and was told it would be a couple months wait, totally worth it. From the first phone call with Kim Amash setting up the appointment, to the phone calls from Brandon Pottenburgh with the updates about my car and the progress that was being made. Danielle Gier was the one who I talked to and did a walk around with me, she explained how the process would work and all the paper work. I wasn t rushed and I knew my car was in good hands. I d like to thank donni kerr for the body work that was done, I d also like to thank the one who referred me, Brian Rowe, who I know personally for also giving me updates on my car and buffing the panels that had work done. The painter Dennis Marx did an amazing job painting and blending and I couldn t have imagined anyone else doing work on my car. Thank you to the mohawk collision team. This was by far the best experience I could ve asked for after a frustrating accident. It couldn t have been easier and my car looks amazing. Brandon and Roy were an enormous help with a scratch I had on my vehicle. They easily could have written me up an estimate and charged me a bunch of money, but they recommended trying the buffer first to see if that helped. It worked like magic. Their integrity and professionalism was second and none and greatly appreciated. If you value integrity (and who doesn t?) this is the shop for you.

They did an amazing job fixing a dent in my wifes car, the check in and rental was smooth and on time. They cleaned the entire car and detailed the outside, the car looks brand new (not bad for a 5 year old car). Highly recommend them if you need a car body repair.

I had my vehicle repaired at Mohawk Collision after a minor collision. They did amazing body and paint work. As an auto damage appraiser myself, I know how these things can be dragged out by insurance companies. The shop found some hidden damage after the vehicle was disassembled and was able to get approval on the additional repair work very quickly. Amazing quality repair, done before promised and the customer service was top notch. Jim Monroe kept me updated throughout the entire process & got my vehicle to service for me (at my request), as my vehicle was due for regular maintenance. A large tree branch fell on my vehicle causing quite a bit of damage. Mohawk Collision did an amazing job fixing it. They were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They kept me updated along the way and even made sure I had a rental vehicle. I really didn t have to do anything other than drop off and pick up the car. Also, my car looks as good as new. They made a pretty stressful situation very easy to manage. I highly recommend!

Absolutely top-notch body shop! Extreme attention to detail and commendable professionalism. All the employees are incredibly friendly and maintain open lines of communication. I received timely updates about work being done or needing to be done. They worked with my insurance to make sure the vehicle was returned to the exact conditions prior to the incident. I have also used them separately for XPEL protective film installation, which was done perfectly. Their detailing is great, interior and exterior!

Having a black vehicle every imperfection shows and when the repair was finished it was straight as an arrow, detailed, clean inside and out. I pulled into a service station to get gas and the attendant even commented on how great the truck looked. Hats off to Mohawk Collision and the crew they re the best.

Their customer service and professionalism is horrible to experience. If you re expecting communication and timely expectations might as well disregard getting that from them. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out for I work in the insurance industry myself and travel for work. I was told that an appraiser only works certain weekends and was ensured that their would be one on staff for my appointment. This is when it started to twist into a mess and I should have just walked out. The date of my appointment came I arrived 15 mins early. I walked into the shop to acknowledge that I have arrived. A lady advised me that they don t have an appointment for me and there is no appraiser on staff. Even though I sat with the young lady 3 weeks prior and watched her enter all my inforjmation into the computer. (First computer on the right as you walk through the door). I advised that I was scheduled for an appointment with an appraiser and not a soul called me to inform me or even just simply offer a reschedule. The lady became very embracive but said she would take my pictures and have them email the appraisal to me. 2 weeks have gone by and I have not yet to receive my said appraisal. I decided to call to find out where things were. A young lady answerEd the phone and was quite rude from the get go. They said that my email had kick backs even though I verified it twice and receive Emails from work to it. I asked why no one called me? After she kept calling me by the wrong name continuously I explained that I have no missed calls or voicemails. The lady snapped attitude and asked for an alternative email. This time a provided my work email and confirmed that she had it correct. She quickly responded they would send that out and then hung up the phone without being able to get clarification on my additional questions or want to schedule a drop off date. I have yet to still receive that said appraisal. After long thought I will not be using this shop for multiple reasons. I work for a Fortune 500 global insurance company and out of my experience have never received thus far horrible of an experience. I wouldn t recommend any clients to them either. There seems to be a lot of unfair and bad faith coordination with this auto body. I had very high expectations for them specially with their name and advertisements not to mention family that works for Mohawk Honda but was quick to learn it will be a let down. I m very disappointed for I really wanted there to be a great outcome. Maybe I was pushed aside because I am paying out of pocket for minor damages? Maybe it s because I m a middle aged adult? Not sure, but now I am concerned to even have this shop work on my vehicle because if their is an issue and based on experience thus far it wouldn t be a great out come. Issues: Poor management/ organization, poor communication/customer experience, poor resolutions to simple handling, lack of compassion/empathy, lack of pride in the work they complete. To the shop: if you read this this isn t anything personal. However, you should really focus on your customer service and outreach focusing on the experience. To make a customer feel unimportant and careless with their experience and input is just unacceptable. I truly don t think the Harden Family has this expectation set for their based on what I received. You must do better. I want you to better. Not for me, but your brand and the future customer that expect the strength and leadership you should be withholding.

After a detail was missed following a repair to my windshield, Andy and his team drove my vehicle back and forth (we live in Syracuse!) to me to ensure that it was completed correctly and that we were satisfied. They even let us borrow a car while the vehicle was away for the repair. The workmanship is always top notch at this shop and the fact that I ve seen some of the world s most expensive vehicles in their repair bays speaks to the fact that they are trusted by even the most exacting clientele. This is where my Hondas will continue to go if we need any type of body repair.

Gerry and his team at the Collision Center did an amazing job with the trim package, XPEL wrap and Ceramic finish. Throughout the whole process I truly appreciated the customer service and frequent communication by Gerry. This included Gerry s suggestion to stop by the shop and see the modifications to ensure the vehicle was exactly what I d envisioned. This body shop is seriously the BEST. They got me right in for my body repair, and when they found that there was way more damage than the insurance company originally thought, they took care of it with insurance and got me back on the road in a week and a half (which was really fast considering the amount of work). I worked with Noelle, Kim and Brandon, and they kept me updated and called me when they said they were going to. Highly recommend!

They did a fabulous job on my wifes 2015 Impreza after I slid it into a ditch. The job they did exceeded my expectations. 100% would bring my car back there for repairs if needed! *** 2020 update Had to bring the car back in after someone backed into it in a parking lot (and didnt leave a note!) Every time I had a question or concern Kim Amash would be so kind and ease my nerves. As soon as I came to pick my car up she made it so easy and relaxing. Brought my 15 Audi s4 in that i had just bought to get the bumper and fender repainted due to paint damage. Brought the car in last Wednesday and got it back this Tuesday, as expected. I also got a full buff and detail, by far the best detail/buff i have gotten on any vehicle ive owned that i had it done to. Visited for an estimate on my small car damage. Professional and quick.

I hit a deer with my Chevy Silverado and brought it to Mohawk Collision Center. There was over $7,000 of damage to the front end, right-side bumper and grill. As well as the right front wheel and wheel well. The folks at Mohawk did an excellent job on the entire truck. Besides all the repairs, replaced parts, front end alignment and painting, they also completely cleaned inside and out the entire truck. Their work was the best! Id recommend them to anyone.

These folks are amazing! They are not tied in to any insurance companies, so you know youre not going to get a deal between the two. The first time we used them was when I backed into my brothers car, mainly cosmetic damage, scratches, etc. We took it there, and they took care of everything right there while we waited, no charge! Recently, I had an accident with my Accord, and they were incredible. The insurance company kept playing games, never actually came out and looked at the car, just kept offering super low estimates. Mohawk Collision stayed on my side, giving them complete details of everything that was wrong. Brandon kept me in the loop, calling me every couple days to let me know what was going on. I picked it up today, just like new! Kudos to Brandon, Kim & Noel!!!!

Too often in todays world exceptional customer service really is the exception. Weve learned to rarely expect it - until today. Mohawk Collision Center has not only exceeded my expectations they have REDEFINED the meaning of exceptional. Earlier this month I brought my GMC Yukon to them for front end repair work (I hit a really big rock). A year ago I had been hit by a large van and the entire left side of the vehicle had been damaged and the vehicle was barely drivable. The damage had been repaired at a GMC authorized dealer in the area. To my untrained eye, it looked o.k. to me. The day after I dropped my vehicle at Mohawk, Jim called to ask me what had previously happened to it because they found a lot of damage they werent expecting from my accident when they examined it. I told him the story and he explained that the original repair work was shoddy and the vehicle didnt look 100% repaired. A few days later he called me back to tell me that Mohawk had called Chevy/GMC (the manufacturer) and Chevy/GMC was going to pay to have all of the original work redone!! I was completely taken by surprise. Mohawk wasnt responsible for the work and they didnt need to take ownership for the bad repair. But they did. Jim called me every couple of days to keep me up to date and to apologize because the additional work kept taking longer than expected - thats how bad it was. It was only after I picked up the vehicle yesterday that the extent of the time and effort put in by so many people at Mohawk Collision was explained to me by Kim. Both the owner and General Manager of Mohawk Collision and Mohawk Chevrolet (their new dealership) were personally involved. I want to thank Jim (my wonderful contact who made sure I knew everything as it was happening), Kim (front end), Brian (technician), Travis (estimator - boy was he surprised when he looked at it!!), Carm (painter) and Tony (detailer) for the exceptional jobs they all did. It was a team effort. My vehicle has 100,000 miles and is 5 years old. Today it looks better than it did when I first purchased it. After I got home and looked at the exterior in detail, I realized they fixed blemishes and scratches on the right side of the vehicle that werent even part of either repair job. They wanted the entire vehicle to look shiny and new. That is going out of their way to please me. I am extremely grateful. I dont think I have ever received such exceptional customer service anywhere, ever!! They have a loyal customer in me and if I could, I would sing their praises from the rooftops!! If you need any work done on your vehicle, this is the ONLY place to go.

Honda Collision Center did a fantastic job getting my car back up to its beautiful working order after the crash. The before and after photos only give a hint of how great their craftmanship is. You cannot tell that parts were traded in for other parts. You cannot tell that they took time to paint any part of this car. It all blends in perfectly and it works like new. Furthermore they left the inside of the car significantly cleaner than when I dropped it off. In the interest of full honesty there is one place they could do with improvement; communication. I was originally told that if everything was in order the repairs would take two weeks. At the two week mark I called hoping it was ready, and they said it would be another week. At that time I called again and then they said it was another week. Each phone call they had to go and ask the person working directly on the car, leaving me on hold or offering to call me back later. It made scheduling alternative methods of transportation harder since I kept hoping that it would be done, only to find out that it was delayed. It would have been nice if they called me with the updates, and if they had some of the info on hand for the current status of the car. That all being said, I didnt think their communication was bad enough to dock a star. Ill leave off with an additional note about their attention to detail. At the end they were running a battery of tests to make sure that the car was fully functioning. The pressure test for my brake lines failed. Upon further inspection they found a micro-fracture in the break fluid line and replaced the line right away. While it took extra time for me to get my car its absolutely better to not have to take the car back for additional repairs. Since the service was completed my car has looked wonderful and operated smoothly. I would absolutely take my car back here again, and recommend it to my family and friends.

Three years ago I was involved in an accident and Mohawk collision center was great. Recently something hit me in a parking lot and while there was no damage there was a scuff on the vehicle. I took my vehicle back to Mohawk collision center and they took the vehicle right in and buffed out the scuff mark. I asked how much and I was told no cost.

Really impressed with the Collision Team at Mohawk Honda. They beautifully restored the damage to our 2017 Pilot following a fender bender. They seamlessly coordinated the repair estimate and billing with insurance as well as getting us a rental AND finished the job ahead of schedule. I had my car repaired for damage from a deer. The staff was professional and provided great communication. When I called about my car, each person I spoke to knew the state of my repair. When I received my car back, their work restored my car to like new condition. I would definitely use them again (although I hope I won t have to ).

Having been to to other body shops in the area over the years and having had mostly bad experiences, I knew after buying the car from Mohawk Honda that if anything ever happened I would bring it to Mohawk Collision. From start to finish they were amazing. When I initially dropped the car off it was for some front bumper damage. After we went through the damages and they explained to me what that would be fixing the man asked me if there were any scratches on the car that he could take care of for me, I couldn t believe what I was hearing! I asked him to clarify what he meant and he repeated himself and said they would be more than happy to buff out any scratches while it was getting fixed, I quickly without much hesitation pointed out a few scratches I knew of which had been driving me nuts every time I had to look at them. When I picked up the car after it was finished I was surprised to find out that not only did they make the repair to the front and remove a few scratches but they went ahead and detailed the inside of my car too . They also facilitated a rental car and it was there when I arrived to drop my car off, they made the rental process very simple. All of the staff there were very professional, thoughtful and just very kind. I guess having had bought my car from Mohawk Honda I knew that I was in for an exceptional customer service experience and I was right. I would highly recommend Mohawk Collision, they will go above and beyond and most of all they will do it right! My car looks flawless inside and out. Well since Im the lonely LOW SCORE, I guess my truck dont matter. My promise 1 week return date came and went w/o a call. I called them. Blamed on USPS. Next Monday. Came and went. No call. I called them. Some story about parts not in...Different plastic parts. Tuesday - No Call. I guess they didnt wanna give me anymore bad news. Wednesday - No Call. I called GEICO. They called the shop and said they didnt know when it would be ready. Maybe today, not for sure, but I could drive by and see. Dont nobody care about getting that truck out of their shop !?!??!!?? Well - Here it is.I finally got my Truck back. Despite their excuses about phone numbers and UPS. The truck looks Great !!! ALA Tony Tiger. I was very impressed how they replaced parts previously declined by GEICO, in their supplemental inspection. Matching Tuxedo Black with Flake. Technicians did a great professional job. Bedside manner could be improved by those that actually communicate with the customer. Overall, Ill say Quality Job - Well Done.

My car was damaged at a corporate location, and the owner had my car fixed at a Capital Region dealer that sells and services several brands. After THREE unsuccessful attempts to replace, tape (straight!!) and match the paint color (within reason) of a new bumper cover, and with me asking the dealer s Collision MANAGER each time did you check this job before telling me it was done? and then reporting my horror back to that owner WITH pictures each time to our mutual dismay, the owner finally had Mohawk Honda Collision fix it. They had my car ONE day and did the job perfectly. Lindsay and her management team mix a talented and attentive staff with a state-of-the-art facility and the results are flawless. A class act!

With the unfortunate events of needing the service of MCC not once but twice in less than 6 months it was incredibly reassuring to know that not only would the staff at MCC handle our repairs but also the communication with the insurance companies. All procedures were explained thoroughly and with reason which made it easy to understand and gave me peace of mind. They did a fantastic job on our van! The peace of mind that comes with using a repair shop that knows your Honda inside and out is worth it. Our car was clean and ready for us when we went to pick it up looked like a brand new car.
