From the girls in the front to the guys in the back, Alisha and Joe specifically know what they are all doing. They will never guide you the wrong way when it is time to repair your vehicle. I myself am an auto mechanic and NYS Inspector and Let me tell you that they will continue to get business from me and my family. They always treat everyone like family!!!!

Simply the best place in the NE to have any paint or body work done! Walter's has worked on my motorcycles for years and I've brought them some crazy paint jobs to work with and every single time they exceed expectations! Friendly, professional and always great to work with!

Between personal and business vehicles we have at least 10 vehicles that get regularly serviced here. This is a family-owned business that is honest, fair, and does great work. Absolutely would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. UPDATE: they continue to be awesome! Everyone is helpful and pleasant to deal with too.
I'm associated with Saratoga Auto Museum and have 2 very rare cars one is extremely expensive & I wouldn't be putting them in Walters care if they weren't the very best in the Capital District the skill & ability is unsurpassed especially if you want your car right. I consider myself lucky to have this level of craftsmanship & integrity available in our area. Couldn't recommend a better automotive repair & body shop on the east coast.

I will never trust anyone but Walters with the repair of my vehicle. Ive been a customer for over 15 years. They fought with my insurance company for factory made parts when they wanted to use after market parts. Walters truly cares about the work they do and more importantly the people who drive away in their work! If I could give more than 5 stars they would be infinite.

My mother had taken her car there after her accident. They had the car almost a month, lets just say the experience was less then enjoyable. First the gentleman she spoke to was extremely rude an had a terrible attitude. They charged her for things that were suppose to be replaced an it wasnt, they painted the car the wrong color a then told her to do it herself. She also had car mats specifically made to fit her car an they were taken. An thats just what can be seen on the outside, so now she has to take her car to another place to make sure that the mechanical things were done right. An to have the other things done that they were suppose to do.

Honestly the best. I have been taking my Volkswagens to them for years and.my 09 Jetta is still going like two years old when my 15 Tiguan acted up and they did not want to make matters worse, they advised me well. They will never steer their patrons in the wrong direction of try to bilk you out of money by adding unnecessarily needed service.

Im from Ferndale N.Y. My diesel F250 pickup truck broke down on the highway on a winter night and I had my 2 kids with me. The tow truck driver was a very helpful, patient and honest person to say the least. The mechanic shop amazed me on how knowledgable and professional they were that they earned my trust, even though I was a distance away they kept me abreast of the repairs. Im grateful to have met them at my time of need. Thank you all

The crew at Walters are incredible. I have been bringing my classic car to them for over a year now and there has yet to be a single thing they collectively dont have the ability to fix. All around great shop that goes out of their way to do it right.

These folks did a restoration for me on an older Porsche and the quality of all the work, especially the paint, was exceptional. Highly recommend!! They wont be the cheapest but youll get more than your moneys worth!
