I’d give zero stars if I could. Had a terrible experience just trying to get my wheels balanced. They failed multiple times. I eventually went somewhere else and found that they left weights on the wheels after putting balance beads in the tires. They refused to fully compensate their screw ups and offered me a gift card. I don’t want a gift card for somewhere I’m never giving my business to again. Do not recommend!
Tuff to find places that fix smaller tires. We bring our goof course equipment tires here and the turn around is with in a day. Did have an issue with 1 of the repairs but the rectified it quickly and that makes for great service. So thank you from Whispering Pines GC staff.
Honest, hard working/above and beyond service, and friendly! I can't recommend this shop more! It doesn't matter the location either. The standards are maintained at every location I've been to. Shout out the the service Tech that stayed late so I'd have my car by the morning.
This is a really easy and convenient shop to work with! For starters, when you call someone actually picks up which is surprisingly rare. It was really easy to get an appointment scheduled and they had great availability. When i arrived for my tire swap and inspection they were ready to take the car back and were efficient and quick. Thank you!
They quick and prompt with service upon my arrival to my appointment!!!! Very friendly and accommodating. I arrived on time, granted I only had one tire to change and brought just the tire and rim with me, they popped a new one on there and I was in and out very fast. They are also VERY affordable. My tires are kind of expensive but they charged me half the cost of any third party company (before tax)
I had an incredible experience today. My husband's had a flat tire on the highway so I was able to bring the tire to Adirondack in attempt to have it repaired. Eric was so helpful and got the tire in right away. Unfortunately the tire was beyond repair but the fast and friendly service made a bad situation a lot better. I highly recommend this business.

The staff at Adirondack Tire just helped me out of a JAM!! That curb came out of NOWHERE, and my tire was popped. I called the Morris Road location, brought my car down, and they had 3 options for me. I chose the tire I needed and was out of there in 20 minutes. Very friendly, very affordable and LOCAL. I'll definitely use them again!

The team that works at ADK Tire is top tier. They are super friendly, have some of the best prices and are always speedy. I have been using them for the better part of 10 years and I wouldnt recommend anyone else for tires.

I gave this place another chance to make things right thinking if I called a different Adirondack tire they would balance my tires since I already paid the other Adirondack tire and they never even balanced them at all. This location seemed to balance them , but they definitely overtorqued my wheels on with the air gun at 500 ft lbs because no way in hell are they torqued at the proper spec of 90 ft lbs. now I have to fight every lug to loosen and properly torque myself. There so tight I m worried there gonna snap , it s very unfortunate no one can seem to do there job right . SUMMARY: STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS YOU PAY FOR WORK THAT DOES NOT GET DONE AT ALL OR DONE IMPROPERLY , ILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN OR ANY OTHER ADIRONDACK TIRE FOR THAT MATTER AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THEM .

Whether it be for tires, check engine emission issues or front-end alignment with the exception of one customer service person that was not there next time I went, they have given me quality service at a price I consider reasonable for my family and business.

Overcharged, $160 to remove a set of rims that had tires on it and put another set of rims that had tires on it. Called another Adirondack Tire location and quoted $30 for a tire rotation.
The person working on my car helped me so much I had a huge mouse neat and they cleaned it up for me. Great people
Now Im sure they do a good job on their work but they sure do not appreciate your time. I had scheduled an appointment last week for this week at a time they said works for them. Now unfortunately I only have one vehicle so I cant just drop off. So I waited for over 30 minutes and my car hadnt even been pulled into a bay. So why even make my appointment at a time knowing my situation that you wouldnt get to it at a later point. Ill tell you why it is an all too common practice that these shops take as many appointments as they can without leaving room for a job that may take longer than planned and force the following customer to wait. Just tell me a time that allows you time to work on a current vehicle. Now my time is wasted along with the gas I drove there with. I have other things to do and cant waste hours for a 40 minute job.

Had bought a certificate from Groupon and called the first Adirondack Tire store in Scumnectady but the earliest they could get me in was the following week so I called and spoke to Eric at Adirondack Tire on Morris road and he was able to accommodate me with a 2:00 appointment today.

I have been here many times with multiple cars. Rick is as great as his predecessor, Tracy. Honest, hardworking gentlemen here. They do only what needs to be done. No extras like many places.

Four old tires dismounted and four new snows mounted and balanced with a four-wheel alignment in about 45 minutes. I cant think of any other place that could do that: a professional crew and a great experience. Minor hiccup with simple tire not sending over my pre-paid install paperwork, but thats not on ADK. Ill take that up with simple tire. If you dont want to wait at Mavis or Firestone for 3 hours to have unbalanced tires like my buddy Gavin, see Eric and crew!

Outstand customer service!!! I called Adirondack Tire to have my car Inspected on a Tuesday and they were able to get me a next morning appointment. The customer service I received from Eric was nothing short of outstanding. He was very professional, knowledgeable and had my car in and out in 25 mins. I will continue to make Adirondack Tire of Colonie my place of choice for Car service.

One of the few places around that can install tires on a Class A motorhome. They also participate in the FMCA tire program. They did a great job installing 6 new Michelin tires on my coach.
